Was war der Grund für den Kursverfall?

Das Unternehmen hat die Analystenschätzungen für das letzte Q um 12 cent verfehlt und der Kurs ist 75% gefallen.
Meiner Meinung ist diese Reaktion total überzogen.
Es handelt sich hier nicht um ein Pharmaunternehmen welches ein Produkt nicht zu gelassen bekommen hat!

Des Weiteren wird Primo eine Wassermaschine für das Saisongeschäft bei Wal-Mart anbieten, also beste Aussichten!

Launch of New Carbonating Appliances

In the first quarter of 2011 the Company announced that it had purchased the assets of Omnifrio Beverage Company, LLC, a company that was developing a single-serve carbonated beverage system, and as a result the Company would begin a strategic brand and competitive base positioning project. The Company completed that project in the second quarter and determined that the new single-serve carbonated beverage systems will be branded "Primo Flavor Station." There will be two models, the Primo Flavor Station 500 that uses the Company's patented Flavor-Cups and CO2 cylinders, or "Primo Carbonators," and the Flavor Station 100 that is expected to retail for less than $100. Each device will be offered as a tabletop model for the 2011 holiday season. In 2012, the Company expects to launch a version of the Primo Flavor Station 500 as a module that will attach to Primo's bottom load dispensers.

Prim added, "We are excited about the introduction of the Primo Flavor Station line. The Flavor Station 100 will make carbonated beverages in a single-serve, refillable bottle. Our research shows consumers have personal beverages preferences and our Flavor Stations will allow them to create their beverage of choice in the convenience of their home and office. Both series of the Primo Flavor Station will offer consumers a unique, easy and affordable way to drink beverages and water as we further leverage our consumables."

The Flavor Station products represent an extension of the Company's overall razor/razorblade strategy. The introduction of the Flavor Station products will provide the Company with numerous high margin "razorblades" for the consumer headed into the holiday season and fiscal year 2012. Consumers who have purchased the "razors" can then be expected to purchase our "razorblades" -- water, flavors, CO2 and other beverage accessories. Die Aktie ist meiner Meinung nach etwas für die kurzfristige Anlage 1-2Wochen als auch für die Langfristanlage geeignet ( gem. Analystenmeinung Kursziel $17 )

Was macht den wohl ein Anwalt, wenn er langeweile hat? Richtig einen lawsuit einreichen , wenn bei Unternehmen der Aktienkurs stark gefallen ist aus welchem Grund auch immer.

Aasgeier sag ich dazu!

Des Weiteren ist der Kurs unter die Räder gekommen, da mittlerweile das Computertrading solche Ausmaßen annimmt, dass von diesem bewußt Unterstützungslinien gebrochen werden.

Der Kurs müsste eigentlich bei ca. 3,22€ stehen.

Q2 Revenue von 20,6 Millionen bei einer MK von zur Zeit über 110 Millionen Dollar???

Also wenn man eine MK von 50 Millionen ansetzt ist das schon viel in meinen Augen denn die Kiste schreibt ja noch Miese.

Schau Dir lieber mal gute deutsche Firmen an wie dort die Fundamentals aussehen dann weißt Du was ich meine.

Die Amis wissen das auch und werden PRMW auf unter 2 Dollar bringen wo Sie hingehört.

Tut mir leid aber 15 Minuten habe ich mich mit dem Wert beschäftigt und ALLE Zahlen die ich ausgewertet habe sind grotten schlecht und lassen nur eine Schlussfolgerung zu :

DIE KISTE IST ÜBERBEWERTET BIS ZUM GEHT NICHT MEHR.

Wenn Ihr wenigstens gut argumentieren würdet was eine so hohe Bewertung rechtfertigt wäre das ja noch ok.Aber von Euch kommen außer Parolen nichts absolut nichts.

Scheinbar sind die Jungs schlauer und fitter als jeder Wallstreet Analyst die hier ein 2 stelliges Kursziel sehen.
Ich wäre dafür, dass man diesen netten Zeitgesellen eine Plattform bietet , wo sie sich austoben können.

habe auch kurz mit dem Gedanken gespielt. Der Rücksetzer heute waren aber klassische Gewinnmitnahmen aus meiner Sicht. Das closing deute ich eher so das es heute weiter grün wird. Natürlich nur wenn der Börsenstrend das hergibt.

Primo wurde heute auf CNBC im Vergleich zu Sodastream erwähnt.
Primo ist krass unterberwertet und wird ab dem 1. November mit dem Verkauf der Flavour Maschine u.a. bei WalMart beginnen. News dazu sollten bald kommen.

Primo is now expecting just $1 million to $2 million in Flavorstation-related sales this quarter. Its inability to land material retail distribution outside of 500 home improvement stores and an ill-timed delay to reformulate its soda flavors will cost it the critical 2011 holiday shopping season.

This doesn't mean that Primo's flagship water business isn't doing well. Selling exchangeable three- and five-gallon bottles of drinking water has been a booming business for the company. However, the home-based pop play is off the table -- for now.
