      Hallo Leute,

      Habe gestern nachgelegt bei 13 €. Ich glaube an diesen Wert und vermute, dass ich nach der Konsolidierung bei Prosoft die 20 € wenn nicht die 29,20 € wiedersehe;

The Trepper Group Announces Partnership with
      ProsoftTraining.com for E-Business Skills Training
      with Certified Internet Webmaster Program

      Business Editors and High-Tech Writers

      MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2000--ProsoftTraining.com
( Nasdaq:POSO) and The Trepper Group Thursday announced a partnership
to create training programs companies can use to help their COBOL
programmers become skilled e-business programmers, now that Y2K
      projects have been completed.

The Trepper Group, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm, founded by
prominent author and e-business consultant Charles Trepper,
specializes in helping organizations develop e-commerce training
programs for workforces. ProsoftTraining.com provides Web skills
training and certification materials including the Certified Internet
      Webmaster Program (CIW).

Announcement of the partnership with Prosoft coincides with the
introduction of two new books written by Charles Trepper: Training for
Software Rollouts (McGraw-Hill) and E-Commerce Strategies, (Microsoft
      Press).

Trepper, CEO of the Trepper Group, said, "As COBOL programmers
transition from Y2K updates to Internet-related projects, many will
need a significant amount of training. Our company offers complete
training program development including needs analysis, curriculum
design and delivery, courseware and vendor evaluation. We are using
the CIW certification program because it is vendor-independent,
job-role based and can be delivered around the globe through
ProsoftTraining.com`s channel of authorized CIW training partners
including IBM, Productivity Point International, CompUSA and
      ExecuTrain."
ProsoftTraining.com provides Web skills training and certification
materials. The Trepper Group helps organizations plan, develop, and
implement training programs that use ProsoftTraining.com courseware
and certification materials to retrain Y2K COBOL programmers
      effectively and efficiently.

Once the retraining program is created, both ProsoftTraining.com
and The Trepper Group can deliver training either onsite or at
certified training centers worldwide. The Trepper Group will help
manage the retraining program, and provide ongoing support for future
      training efforts using ProsoftTraining.com materials.
"A recent in-depth survey on the Internet by Bear Stearns found
that implementation of Internet initiatives is significantly hampered
by the lack of qualified personnel," said Jerry Baird, Chairman and
      CEO of ProsoftTraining.com.
"Marketing and information technology professionals will need new
skills in the coming years as company after company makes its
transformation to the e-business age. We believe this unique partnership enhances the CIW program by adding proven skills
transformation consulting to the services available to companies
      facing this challenge."

ProsoftTraining.com is an e-learning company that sells education
and certification programs for Internet and Linux professionals. The
company`s CIW certification program creates and certifies skills that
today`s workforce needs to support the growth of B2B and B2C
applications. Prosoft education programs include Internet, Linux,
      security, and networking topics.
Each topic is developed using a design methodology that allows
courseware materials to be delivered in several online and classroom
formats. Using a B2B model, the company distributes its products
through classroom and e-learning networks. Programs are offered
worldwide through a network of authorized training partners.

      Danke Dir Daktari,

      Hoffentlich bleibt´s so.

      Also, strong buy

      Prosoft Press Releases

      5/11/01

      ProsoftTraining.com Announces 25% Staff Reduction

Austin, Texas, May 11, 2001 – ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq: POSO) announced today that it has reduced
its staff by approximately 25%. The company employed more than 200 people worldwide prior to the
      announced reduction.

"Last month we told investors we would move aggressively to reduce the company’s operating costs as a
direct result of lower near-term revenue expectations," said Jerrell Baird, Chairman and CEO of
ProsoftTraining.com. "Today’s announcement demonstrates our commitment to return the company to
profitability as soon as possible by swiftly reducing our headcount and expenses."

In April the company announced lower near-term expectations for revenue; staff reductions were required
to bring operating expenses in line with current revenue expectations. The majority of the staff
reductions came from the company’s services organization, where personnel utilization had been
declining. Other staff reductions were spread across various departments and were targeted to improve
efficiency. The company expects to take a charge of $550,000 to $650,000 in the third fiscal quarter to
      cover severance and related costs.

The company plans to release its results for the third fiscal quarter after market close on June 6, 2001.

Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including but not limited to the
Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K. The Company undertakes no obligation to update this
