You and I have had are ups and downs, yet we still seem to reach out to each other.

All I can say is my DD points to the patents alone being worth many many millions.

Mdeskm and I have.......done our dd without exchanging any insider type information.

1.) We have spoken to Jeff Verbally not just email.

2.) We have Spoken to OTC Markets about the reason for the skull and cross bones Verbally not just email.

3.) We have had email exchanges with Pi innovations.

4.) We have spoken to Corporate Creations Verbally

5.) We have exchanged emails with KMA investor relations

Now I will be doing a Master DD post over the weekend I am working on.

But here is a small taste of why the Patents alone are worth many millions.

Remember KMAG just starting coming into its own before the Naked Short Attack took place.

Ending 4-30-2011. Revs were 121,762

Ending 7-30-2011. Revs were 162,870

Bringing the first 7 Months of Revs total revs 284,632

So the first 5 months revs were 121,762 then the next 3 months 162,870. So in 3 months KMAG already surpassed the first 5 months of the year. Project that out over the final 5 months of the yr and add in all the new customers your easily over 1 million in revs in 2011 and clearly in the 5 mill + range for 2012


This product has to be continuously reordered. It's not something you buy them don't come back.

Folks KMAG is worth a ton of money and folks who are patient will be rewarded.

This has not even started to move yet.

How many Pinks can you name bringing in revs? Prob close to none down in this level.

There are many angles i thought about before putting this KMAG DD report together. I have chosen to stick to almost all factual Data that is currently out there. Since we have gotten confirmation from an I-hub poster (potts) that KMAG through confirmation via email from Jeff Reid (CEO) is going to be updating ALL Financials, and Shareholders soon i figured it would be best to leave out almost all speculation except a small part i will add at the end of this post..... Now Let's get started.

In 2009 during a Routine Physical Our CEO Jeff Reid found out he had a serious Health Problem,, which stunted the fast growing pace of KMAG... KMAG was growing Rapidly buying Property and Equipment in the U.S as Well as there Head Quarters in Canada. He had put the whole company on his Shoulders... In order to become Healthy again our CEO Jeff Reid had to take 15 months off work to take care of himself....

After coming back healthy being Sick Made Jeff Reid realize that he could not take the risk of putting the whole company on his shoulder. He had to be smart about what he was doing. The Patents and Technology that he created was where the particular industry was headed. The industry was shifting to RFID technology....

In 2010 Jeff Reid did something that would Protect His Company, and Shareholders..... Jeff Reid did something that turned out to be the right decision. He licensed his technology to r-pack International Hong Kong.... In doing this KMAG partnered up with r-pack international who has distribution in many countries and a VERY... deep customer list. KMAG will now receive SUBSTANTIAL Royalty payments over the life of the Patents...

Ok so on to the next part.......
Looking at this simple chart



KMAG back in Nov 2011 started to Plummet in share price, while the company itself was on a very strong rise... It had everything going for them... NO Dilution Practically no Debt, and they were landing customers left and right... Everything for KMAG was headed in the right direction.

Something else was going on with the PPS unrelated to KMAG. ( this is where my Speculation comes into play based on My communications and others with KMAG) KMAG imo either pissed of another big time competitor that paid some Prime Time shorters to attack there company, or They were Attacked by a Group of Shorters just by Bad Luck.... The Company imo was NAKED Shorted on Low Vol because KMAG was running under the radar and putting together a really strong business. The Public did not even know much about KMAG until now... So KMAG was Advised by there Legal Counsel to basically shut themselves off from the World and Go DARK until the shorters moved on Or until they could figure out Who was intentionally bringing there Share price down to nothing...

In the Meantime KMAG started to get noticed because of there cheap Share Price and Many Good i-hub folk starting doing there DD while reaching out to the company. KMAG investor relations started to open back up and respond to new Shareholders explaining without going into detail what was taking place...

with their investigation into the obvious manipulation of the market by

Some more Fantastic DD by mdeskm. He contacted OTC and was told that the Skull and Crossbones could not be removed for 30 days when a security is hit with it.

He also Learned KMAG did nothing wrong OTC was protecting KMAG from the non normal trading that had been going on.

And finally on a Sad note.. this past week sadly, Jeff's Father In Law Passed away last Sunday, and it puts life in Perspective. He is gonna get it done folks and the Wait is going to pay off Tremendously...


So shareholders as you can see Someone or Group did some major Damage to KMAG unrelated to the Company and the CEO......

KMAG imo is easily worth .10+ and when we get filings and updates on Rev and customers the market alone will dictate how high we go. I originally took a Position in KMAG looking for a Big return but had no idea how much of a GEM KMAG really was until now!!!...

So the first 5 months revs were 121,762 then the next 3 months 162,870. So in 3 months KMAG already surpassed the first 5 months of the year. Project that out over the final 5 months of the yr and add in all the new customers your easily over 1 million in revs in 2011 and clearly in the 5 mill + range for 2012


Nevada licensing is done online so that will be easy and posting the legal opinion with Q3 and YE will only take the day as all accounting is complete

Ok a few answers to questions I am getting pm'ed.

1.) skull and crossbones will be gone next week after q4 and legal are posted. Q3 legal will be posted by Thursday. It takes 48 hours per OTC.

2.) due to it being good Friday Q4 will be released I believe Monday maybe Tuesday At the latest. Once Q4 is posted Legal per OTC will follow 48 hrs later. Them Skull and crossbones will e released and we go straight to fully current.

3.) per the pr's between Nov and Dec everyone be prepared for a super super good 4q based on my calculations I have posted before.

Today was the sampler. KMAG is about to go very big very very big. This is the real deal not some bs promo or pump. Longs have been getting rewarded the whole way up an everyday we gain new longs that can now see the clear picture.

Our CEO holds the only debt owed to the company. As you all see the manipulation was just that manipulated down to .0003. There was no dilution and will not be any dilution. KMAG has a growing cash reserve. It has increased every q and were not even at the fun part.

Conclusion


I have listed most of the announced and known business partners that KMAG currently has. This doesn’t include the partners that the company has had since before the year 2011, KMAG has been around for 15 years and I am sure they have many more business partners.

KMAG has a set goal to have no debt, and it has a very clear goal that it wants to continue to expand internationally as can be seen by their announcements. KMAG has the possibility to double their FY12 revenues in FY13 with their constant increase in production and new contracts.

Conclusion


I have listed most of the announced and known business partners that KMAG currently has. This doesn’t include the partners that the company has had since before the year 2011, KMAG has been around for 15 years and I am sure they have many more business partners.

Mentioning SPNG here to me is the equivalent of mentioning "Macbeth" backstage at a theater production.

Since you both bring it up it is a good reminder that smart traders made alot of money in ATRN and SPNG but not-so-smart and greedy traders lost big. Both failed to deliver in the end (although the ATRN story isn't completely written it sure looks like a giant dump (pun intended) has been taken on the remaining investors).

It is my opinion that KMAG is superior to ATRN and far superior to what SPNG was... but just remember to keep it real and let's not let up on the DD every single day. IF anyone DOES see any red flags, don't keep them from the board for fear of being shot down. We're all in this together and we should look out for each other.

That said... this coming week is going to be like crack. Expensive crack... but crack. Euphoric. GO KMAG!!!!!

ich bin auch bei der DiBa. Mir wurde gesagt das mußt du über das Telefonbanking machen. Die Höhe der Gebühren wurden mir aber leider auch nicht mitgeteilt. Wohl aber das die nichts steuern können, und wenn du z.B. 100.000Stück verkaufst, kann es vorkommen dass die in 20 Teilen veräussert werden. Das kostet dann richtig!

Kann die Aussage von herby75 bestätigen. Hatte da auch mal deswegen angefragt. Handel geht, allerdings dann wohl ab 100€ Gebühr aufwärts weil die da noch einen dazwischenschalten als Broker. Ist aber erst ab einem Aktienwert von 1.000€ an aufwärts möglich lt. DiBa. Wenn die Gebühr tatsächlich pro Verkauf/Teilausführung anfällt (weiss ich nicht), wird´s echt teuer. Denke auch das ist erstmal realistisch da KMA ja vor einem Jahr auch bei 0,035US$ war und nach jahrelanger Funkstille nun wieder action ist - CEO gesund zurück, GM und CFO sollen eingestellt werden, Q3 Report gefiled und bei OTC wieder gelistet und bis Ende April Q4 Report. Sehr ich ganz genauso ! Ist natürlich toll, jeden Tag einen Anstieg von 10 bis 20 Prozent zu sehen. Aber daß das nicht ohne eine entsprechende (Zwischen) Konsolidierung so weiterlaufen würde, müßte ja eigentlich allen klar gewesen sein. 40 Prozent sind natürlich auch heftig. Schaut Euch ander-erseits aber mal die "Bollinger Bände" an. Danach war eine derartig heftige Korrektur durchaus zu erwarten. Egal: Hauptsache, es geht jetzt wieder gen Norden !

Hi Papa, ich kann dich verstehen. börse ist ja insgesamt schon komsich und irrational geworden und diese hot stocks / penny stocks sind mehr verarsche und zocken als sonst was. Hatte KMA auch schon abgeschrieben und hoffe es geht jetzt aber wieder voran. Es ist einfach zu viel passiert in den letzten wochen. Aber es wäre auch nicht unvorstellbar es ist wieder nur eine Verarsche. Gestern würde ich aber eher tippen zu beginn Konso 7 Gewinnmitnahem und dann SL weil ja 52 Mio Aktien gehandelt wurden (sonst doch nur so 30 plusminus) auch ist nächste woche wohl warten auf den Q4 bericht angesagt. von da her war es gestern schon komisch mit - 40% weil eigentlich noch viel Phantasie in der Aktie ist. First of all thank you for your comments and interest in kmag


The company is not selling any shares period.

The company has enough cash to cover current requirements and the balance required is being supplied by myself if necessary

We have no debt in the company other than the debt that I have and my position is restricted as an insider

Next I would hope you can continue to support kma over the next weeks as we have good news to share once the first quarter ends on Monday

It is the belief of many shareholders the recent fluctuations in price is due to the profit taking from those who invested in kma when we were in .000 pricing

Once again the company is not selling shares and do not anticipate the need to raise further capital at any time in the future

KMAG läuft die letzen Tage mit Neom fast im Gleichschritt, aber wenn ich mir die Grundlagen anschaue ist hier erheblich mehr an Substanz. Ob und wann Neom Geld verdienst ist fraglich und wieviele Teile die noch ausgeben werden ebenfalls. Kann mir gut vorstellen dass einige der Neom Jünger bald hier mit einsteigen werden. Und wir haben sogar erheblich mehr Umsatz. Alle spekulieren dass die Hauptkäufer für Neom aus D kommen und nicht aus den USA, wenn dieser Umsatz hier bei KMAG auch noch dazu kommt ......

Ich auch nicht ! Hätte eher gedacht, daß nach all den positiven News dieser Woche locker die 0,02 endgültig "geknackt" werden. Weiß der Teufel woran das liegt. Wenn sich aber all die Prognosen hinsichtlich abgeschlossener Verträge und daraus resultierender Umsätze bewahrheiten und dementsprechend in den offiziellen SEC - Dokumenten veröffentlicht werden sollte, dürfte einem nachhaltigen Kursanstieg nichts im Wege stehen.
Also: abwarten und beobachten.

Also macht euch nicht zuviel Hoffnung ich möchte Kmag nicht schlecht machen , aber ich denke es sind entfach zuviel Shares im Markt .Selbst nach dem Rückkauf sind 750 Mio noch zuviel d.h. Bei einem Kurs von 1$ steht eine MK von 750 Mio $ an .für mich unmöglich .
Fazit wenn Kmag weiter positiv arbeitet und auch die Umsätze stetig wachsen sehe ich den Kurs in zwei -drei Jahren maximal auf 8-10 $Cent das wäre durchaus realistisch .Als nächstes wird um im an der OTCQX gelistet zu werden ein Reversesplitt anstehen von Minimum 50:1.aber das ist nur meine Vermutung .

kma war im tief auf etwa 0,0004 cent und im hoch auf über 2 cent-das sind 5000 prozent.da ist es doch nur logisch das es zur korrektur kommt.

To all Kmag’rs; please keep in mind I am not a well seasoned, well informed investor with savvy knowledge of terminology etc.
Therefore, you will have to excuse my lack of articulation re: the answers provided for those of you having the questions.

To be honest; I am not at liberty to share everything that was discussed, and quite frankly couldn’t remember for the life of me
everything that was shared-Information overload. This is the God honest truth. It was a true honor and great pleasure to meet
Jeff; and, if he does happen upon reading this, I wanted to thank him again on behalf of the BM’s and myself for taking the time
And being most generous to offer this opportunity.


Questions:

If Kmag doesn’t have the support and volume and increased shareholders can the stock increase in value just on revenues alone?

Answer: If revenues increase it will eventually attract new investors and these two fall hand in hand resulting in pps increase.

2) What is the worst case scenario that can happen to us shareholders based on present production/revs and future business?
Is there a potential for shareholders of losing their capital due to market manipulation or excessive over sell?

Answer: the pps drop was due to massive positions being held from earlier on from 000's – profit taking.
(I can’t honestly remember what else was said aside to this pertaining to my question – sorry)
He is clearly aware of what is happening currently on the pink market with Kmag shorting etc but difficult to pin down.

3) Why did he gag the T.A while totting the co. As being transparent doesn’t make sense. – answer: no gag.
I am not the one who is responsible for this. This is standard policy for any TA and is independent of Kmag.
They won’t release this information to any shareholder.

4)Who is buying back shares? Answer: I am – Jeff Reid.

5)How will investors know shrs were repurchased ?

Answer: We will provide proper notification what the insider has done – float reduction. –free trade to restricted. Not from authorized shrs but off the float.

6) is the buyback all attempts to stop manipulation/shorting? – answer : YES!

7)We can’t call the TA to get a count on the o/s cause the agent has been instructed by the co. Not to release that info.
Why the co. Doesn’t let investors call the TA to make sure the co. Isn’t diluting.

Answer: Not true. 750mil, 609 o/s, 543- float.

8) How concerned are you with the pps at these levels and are you surprised it hasn’t moved in light of all the PR?
What is your plan to combat it and how concerned are you that it can be held down by those who wish to manipulate the pps?

Answer: rumor helps price, news doesn’t help price as we saw recently with the how the pps reacted to news.
Ceekers question: we need pr and marketing? Answer: yes.

Further answer: Not happy with what is happening in the market. I am not one to sit and watch the daily activity.
We are working on increasing revenues with each passing Quarter as quickly as possible to get KMAG into the OTC:QX

Hallo alle zusammen leider kann ich nicht immer gleich auf einen Kommentar reagieren aber an Oski meine Meinung .Ich bin unter den gegebenen Umständen und den Aktivitäten vorausgesetzt es ist alles so wie derzeit geschrieben . Aber ein für mich entscheidende Punkt hinkt für mich gewaltig und zwar folgender.
Den Fakt "keine Verwässerung " die Aktie ist dermaßen verwässert mehr geht gar nicht .
Begründung : auf der Otcbb.COM Seite konnte ich immer die MK verfolgen und habe mich gewundert das die MK bei einem Kurs vo 0,0004 bei 65000 $ steht das wären umgerechnete rund162mio Aktien jetzt auf eimal nach Antragstellung an die OTCQX sind es1 Mrd Aktien d.h.das rund 6 fache das kommt sicher daher das die Meldepflicht an der pinksheet gegen 0 geht . Für mich sind das nicht Veröffentlichung von Tatsachen die erheblich das Vertrauen schädigen können .Ich sehe es aber gelassen da ich fast keine Börsenaktivitäten mehr habe
und mich nur noch auf meinen Job konzentriere indem ich sehr sehr gut verdiene was ich auch brauche da ich an der Börse in meinem Leben bestimmt schon im 6stelligen Bereich Geld verloren habe u.a. auch bei Kmag

Hallo KMAG-ler, ich habe es mir abgewöhnt, von dieser Aktie großes zu erwarten - bin froh, wenn eines Tages mein Einsatz herauskommt, bin schließlich seit 09.2007 dabei. vielleicht habt ihr ja mal glück und die 3 anderen jetzt eigenständig geführten unternehemen ehemals unter dem dach von kma werden mal seperat gelistet an der otc oder sonst wo.
solange ihr die im depot habt würde ich die dinger schlafen lassen. kann man ja eh nicht handeln im moment.
jeff soll ja im moment auf asia tour sein schätze mal er fährt zu eines dieser ehemaligen tochtergesellschafften um nach der aktuellen entwicklungen zu schaun.
finde es traurig das die pps in der hauptaktie so dermassen in den letzten woche so runtergesackt ist trotz aller guten nachrichten.
kurz vorm q1 ende mai wird aber wieder euphrorie in die aktie kommen denke ich schau ma mal.

bei einen online broker hast du ein cashkonto da muss man geld hin überweisen vom hausbankkonto. mit den cashkonto kannst du dann ganz normal aktien handeln. beim anmelden bei einen online broker kannst du deine risiko klasse wählen glaub a bis f wobei nur für sehr risikofreudige sind da sind unter anderem optionenscheinhandel zertifikate cfd -handel auslands handel usa und andere länder und otc-markets ...

In late 2009 MMG met with Jeffrey Reid and discussed potential business transactions.

The trading here is so obvious. My theory is this:

KMAG wants to buy back as many shares as possible. They have a set amount of cash with which they intend to buy back shares with. Through whatever means necessary, KMAG's PPS slowly declined until the .005 area, where we have since jumped 40% or so. There has been massive loading in the sub .009 range. These are not coincidences IMO, it is KMAG loading. When KMAG announces how many shares they have bought back, you'll see this stock run a bit. And when the 1Q comes out, you will see this most likely run HARD.

What you will see in the coming days is a PR that outlines how many shares were purchased on the open-market. It may also be coupled with a filing that confirms the buyback. Jeff will also likely address when we can expect the 1Q earnings report. My early guess is the final week of May (Wednesday or Thursday).


Don't be discouraged if this declines a bit before Friday's close. Weekly traders want to hold 100% cash over the weekend so there is a natural selloff. We should resume the uptrend Monday and I'm expecting a PR regarding the share buyback sometime by mid-week. KMAG won't load this forever - they're coming up on a week now. That's ample time for the PPS to decrease and for them to load.

KMAG has all of the makings of another play I've been in for over a year now and am still holding. That company began in the .003 range and began a move with a CEO as a one man gang, no revenues and a tremendous amount of potential. To this day, the company has a tremendous amount of potential with a LOI to purchase and confirmed closing date on a full buy-out of a multimillion dollar company. I've watched it move from that micro range through the low silver, base and move higher, bring in more potential business and move higher again and base. They are on the verge of gaining employees and becoming a full-time contractor in environmental clean-up. Massive business and Global. Correlation? Several.

KMAG is also Global. KMAG also picked up employees. KMAG has the same type of CEO, but more communicative and active with his shareholders, but similar. KMAG has massive business potential in the multimillion and laugh if you want, if grown properly billion dollar range in the future. I'm not talking down the street and around the bend here. I know, as well as most of the longs, who and what is in control right now, but the other company went through the same thing and sit at .155 today with a HOY somewhere in the mid .20's. All in a year's time. Doable here as well? Absolutely.

There are differences though. Critical and key differences between my two stocks that I am fully loaded on. First and foremost and absolutely crucial for success is we here have a fully structured business plan and it is long-range. I know, I've said that before and it's becoming redundant, but for the days when we feel down, and the days where the manipulators and tire-kickers seem to have us by the short hairs, you have to repeat that to yourself and step away; from the ticker that is.

Second and just as critical and repetitious is we have revenue streams. There is no debating the numbers we have ladies and gentlemen. We've had it quasi audited by a law firm offering their opinion. They are relevant and they are transparent. We also have multiple streams of revenue. For argument sake, I mean more then one stream without placing a quantity above two, but that possibility exists. We find that out in Q1.

I believe most of us our in agreement that we may hear something next week or early the following about the goings on in Asia. It makes sense. It's sound business strategy to relay that to us and Reid has done nothing but shown sound business sense so far.

Notice I really haven't touched on PPS yet, because all of us, the longs, the shorts, the bashers, the sideline lurkers, the manipulators, the pumpers and movers and shakers know that revenue, and lots of it, trumps are need for instant gratification. With revenues and with multiple quarters of revenue, comes multiple waves of opportunity on the charts for each member of this KMAG team to make money. Whether we like each others opinions, respect them, disrespect them, ignore each other, bond, disregard, it won't matter if revenue pours in. Who does not believe that will happen? Raise your hand please? Because if you don't think it will happen maybe a different board is more suited for you, because I'll suggest you're wasting your time here.

Third, and also very important, and worth repeating (and duelittle2 says this A LOT, and he should), is we have zero debt. And for a penny stock to come to the table, reinvesting in itself by having the CEO recognize that his SS and Float need some work and he reaches into his own pocket and risks his own money should tell us something about his resolve. Does anyone, any group, with any philosophy here think this guy Reid doesn't want to turn this into a monster? I sure as sh*t do, or I wouldn't be here. He is absolutely resolute. If you can't read that already and you haven't seen the pattern of how his plan is unfolding and how this reemergence is coming together and picking up steam then you need a new pair of glasses or a thicker lens. Without that burden of debt, which my other play has and with no toxic financing this company is nothing but a simmering volcano.

I know that is a strong word, but who isn't convinced yet that Jeff Reid isn't a strong CEO with strong business skill? He is simply climbing the ladder folks. Building the building. Putting together the beams, adding the support structure, checking it for resiliency and making sure house KMAG can withstand the strength test of standing on two feet and moving forward. If we can't sense that by now, we better start researching more, because other companies do that. I've named a few before and I won't do so again, but they reside in the NASDAQ, AMEX and DOW.

I guess what I'm saying is there aren't too many pennies that I see with sound plans, a willingness to be fully open and engaged with the SEC, formulate plans that are executed well and keep their shareholders completely informed each step of the way. If that can't get you excited, not for the potential of this company, because we make money already, but for the journey moving forward, I don't know what will!

I look forward to the day in what I believe will be the very near future when the longs, shorts, cheerleader and all other manner of folks in here celebrate KMAG hitting silver, breaking into the teens and moving forward as a viable and serious business in the RFID and source tagging business. Ich bin seit 6 Jahren bei Cel Sci drin - auch da wird seit Jahren im Forum von 3- 4 Leuten immer nur positiv die P III erwartet, damit die Aktie angeblich durch die Decke geht. Bei KMA geht es seit den letzten 3 Jahren immer einmal im Jahr hoch- Zocker machen Kohle - und dann gehts bergab. Ich bin bei KMA seit 2 Jahren- halte 1 Mille.Wenn es noch einmal richtig hochgeht, mache ich Schadensbegrenzung.

wenn es hier mal nen mega Run geben sollte, was ich nicht glaube, dann wäre hier viel mehr Feuer in der Aktie. gute Nachrichten (Buy back) hin und her , Q1, Q2,... wird hier keinen Hype auslösen. Wir können froh sein wenn wir die 0,02 nochmal sehen. Deswegen, wer hier mit mehr als mit Spielgeld drinnen ist ist selber schuld. Geld verdienen tun andere ;-). Das kann doch nicht Dein Ernst sein ! 21 MIo. Umsatz in Q 1 ! Die bisherigen
Veröffentlichungen deuten eher auf einen Jahresumsatz von 21 Mio. hin. Ich persönlich wäre also schon sehr froh, wenn "die" in Q 1 einen Quartalsumsatz von 5,0 Mio.$ melden könnten, denn die kommen ja immerhin von

Dauert jetzt noch 2 lange wochen bis die Zahlen Q1 kommen werden, aber wenn die auch nur ansatzweise den Ankündigungen entsprechen, wäre das wirklich ein Hochstart aus dem Stand. Hoffe nur der Kurs hällt sich bis dahin so einigermaßen und es gibt eine Meldung wieviele Teile die zurückgekauft haben. Wäre schön wenn der Freeload nur noch max. 400 Mill wäre.
Solle die die erahnten 5 Mill Umsatz im ersten Qartal schaffen wären das hochgerechnet mindestens 20 Mio p. a. und bei unterstellten 10 bis 15 % Gewinn auf den Feeload bezogen ein KGV von ca. 1,5 bis 2. Dann hätte das Teil mindestens 300 bis 400 % Potential nach oben bis zu den erwähnten 0,03 $. Also schön die Teile festhalten und abwarten.

papa,sicher wird uns niemand ausnocken.kma ist ein heisser stock und aktienkurse wachsen nicht in den himmel-das gilt aber auch im umgekehrten fall.momentan befinden wir uns in der korrekturwelle und sollte die welle 3 beginnen so würde sie uns über das bisherige hoch von 2,1 cent bringen und sicher noch weiter.man muss bedenken das kma von 0,001 cent kommt!

Im Febr. stand der Kurs mal kurz bei 0,0006 cent. Was hier im Hintergrund abläuft, kann man nur ahnen. Ich glaube es geht noch weiter runter - bis die "3. Welle" (begleitet von News) anläuft. Für mich gibt es nur eins, im richtigen Moment die Fladder machen. Das ist nur meine persönliche Meinung.

Ich möchte meinem Beitrag noch etwas hinzufügen. Die Fladder machen bedeutet für mich nicht auf und davon sondern verkaufen und KMAG beobachten, um zum richtigen Zeitpunkt wieder einzusteigen (den wird man wohl nie erwischen, aber so in etwa). Leider habe ich 2007 zu teuer gekauft - inzwischen aber in 02.2012 verbilligt. Abwarten und Ruhe bewahren - nur nicht kopflos werden. Allen einen schönen VT.

geht mir ähnlich, werde bei ca. 0,002-0,003 nochmal nachlegen. Selbst wenn die news nicht ganz so ausfallen sollten wie erwartet, wird es in jedem Fall wieder ein verdoppler oder verdreifacher geben. Kaufen würde ich noch bis max Ende nächster Woche, alles andere wäre dann zu heiss.

KMAG is a great company. no-one here can control anything but there own investment. I tried to help by putting together as much dd as I could and it was all backed up by countless posters. The amount of negativity and gripe + all the hate mail when things turned sour made me stop posting. Many of you understand and many others due to the nature of PinkSheets and trading like to throw out personal skeptical attacks. I have bought at .02 to sell at .001 many of times when I started trading. I have lost a fortune. I only blamed myself and strived to get better at what I do. KMAG IMO is one of the very few down here that is LEGIT but this manipulation and selloff has clouded so many minds and driven so many to sell for huge losses that everything has turned sour. Heck the last pr alone shows millions of revs for q2. Yes 1 customer worth millions. YET it's been overshadowed by a bunch of nonsense.

JEFF needs to get a handle on what's going on. Blaming folks is not the right thing to do. no way has this drop been anything to do with I hub shareholders IMO and many who have been forced to sell even a company they love have all been victimized.

KMAG is going to win in the end and I look forward to much better days.

Our labellers are in use and we have some deliveries for Q2

Our Buyback program is extremely moderate to date but is under review considering the PPS

The PPS is frustrating to all. We will continue to report all information and keep investors up to date. KMAG is on track for a great year

I have another $20K in funds that will clear tomorrow at 12:30 pm and I will be firing it all at KMAG. I will post on the board when I start buying tomorrow and I will be slapping that ASK.

I have thoroughly enjoyed just sitting back and reading this board over the past three to four weeks. The DD here is incredible (Smitter you are Awesome Dude!!!) For me it was the STT Radio interview by JR that really caught my attention. I highly recommend all new investors in KMAG to listen to this STT radio interview.

Vorab: Auch ich bin hier mit einem nennenswerten Betrag engagiert und wünsche mir natürlich auch, daß hier endlich mal was draus wird. Aber
1 $ !!! Das kann entweder nur ein Witz oder übersteigertes Wunschdenken sein. Kleine Kontrollrechnung aus meiner Sicht:
Nach den abgeschlossenen Verträgen bzw. Absichtserklärungen hat KMAG für 2012 die Chance ca. 20 Mio.$ Umsatz zu erzielen. Üblicher Kaufpreis bei Übernahme (facebook mal außen vor gelassen) maximal der zweifache Jahresumsatz oder das 8 - 10 fache des Gewinns vor Steuern. Ausgehend vom Umsatz also rd. 40 Mio.$ Kaufpreis. Zur Abrundung noch 60 Mio.$ für die Patente. Bei einem Kaufpreis von 100 Mio.$ und 500 Mio. shares ergibt sich ein denkbarer Kurs von 0,20 $. Oder anders ausgedrückt: für 1 $ müßte ein
Kaufpreis von rd. 500 Mio.$ hingeblättert werden. Das halte ich momentan für völlig ausgeschlossen. Dafür müßte KMAG in den kommenden Jahren schon extrem wachsen. Mir könnte es nur recht sein ! Erst einmal abwarten, was die Q 1 - Zahlen zu bieten haben.

also Papa, mal butter bei die Fische. In erster Linie bist Du nicht hier investiert, weil Du so sehr an KMA glaubst bzw. ein Samariter bist. Glauben kannst Du in der kirche. Aktiendeals sind ein knallhartes Geschäft. Das dumme nur dabei ist, das im Schnitt drei Leute Geld verlieren, das einer gut macht. Es können nicht alle gewinnen, obwohl das ne super Sache wäre. Glauben tu ich in sofern ja auch an die Firma, hinsichtlich dessen, was wir zu erwrten haben, wenn alles so richtig ist wie es geschrieben wurde.Hinsichtlich des evtl. Rücksetzers auf 0,025$... Das ist immernoch ein Haufen Plus. Nach einem evtl. Hype wird sich das ganze wieder etwas beruhigen um dann zu neuen Höhen zu starten. Aber auch hier ist irgendwann mal das obere Ende der Fahnenstange erreicht in bezug auf die Aktienzahl. Wenn es in ferner Zukunft mal einen Re-Split geben sollte, sieht die Sache schon ganz anders aus. Aber das liegt in sehr ferner Zukunft.
Das ist ausschließlich meine Meinung. Schönen Abend.

Only real buying pressure can stop the MMs from doing whatever they please with this stock.

They took it down hard in the last minute of trading after basically letting it be for the entire day.

MMs imho see this stock as a vehicle for making money with manipulation. Why this stock? Who knows. We have all seen how weird KMAG can move.

The brutal biwhacking we saw a few weeks ago may be over, but we still need news to go higher, otherwise we will have many more days like today where virtually nobody buys and MMs sell/ naked short.

Only concrete, SUBSTANTIVE news will take the price higher.

I agree. Stay conservative. If "4 to 5 times Q1" was stated, go with 4.

I am impressed that the CEO did not BS anyone when he said Q1 would be higher than all of 2011.

Revenues for 2011: $858K

Revenues for Q1 2012: $866K

If Q2 shapes up to be 4x Q1, that'd be near $3.5M.

At just the steady rate of $3.5M p/Q for Q2-Q4, that'd be a total 2012 of around $11M-$12M, debt-free, before exp.

Definately not your typical pinkie, IMO.

From all the posts I read after Q1 none of the posts talked about Q1 Or analyzed it!!!

Q1=$866,176 . . 611% higher than Q1 2011
Gross profit=$164,976 . . 19% of sales
Net operating expense reduced in % in Q1 2012 compared with Q1 2011 however amount is higher since the Q1 2012 is much higher . Reason, R&D , travel and professional fees which means KMAG is inventing and spending in technology development

On May 3, CEO exchanged The debt of $328,015 Owed from the company with 25M shares, so technically the KMAG doesn't owe anything now even to the CEO which makes it 100% debt free, if you do the math that was on price 0.013 !!!! If Jeff exchchanged his debt to the company with shares at 0.013 then what the h*ll this stock is doing at 00's ????!!!!!! This means in very short time 0.013 is absolutely nothing where the PPS will be . . Remember . . The CEO is the best guy who knows what we all don't know

At the top of that the CEO is buying back shares which will be out shortly in PR, bottom line the CEO is eating tons of shares . . You are smart enough to know why a CEO would do that

You are sitting on gold in KMAG and I have decided after Q1 and the pure honesty of the CEO I will double my investment in KMAG and raise my shares to 8M shares next week

Investor Relations told me in an email that there will be a PR on Monday.

I am probably one of the few people who believe this, but I actually see a 135-155% increase on Monday alone. Yes, a lot of people are watching KMAG but most people won't realize what's going on until the PR actually hits. At that point, you will see a lot of reactionary buys. With penny stocks, triple digit percentage gains in one day is not that uncommon, and it usually occurs on good news. With normal trading, the pps usually drops back down to its initial point soon after, but I think the Q2 guidance (if in the PR) will help mitigate that.

If the PR comes out Monday, and there is Q2 guidance similar to what we expect (i.e. 4 to 5 times Q1), I think we hit .02 and possibly even .025 by Thursday, with likely a little sell-off on Friday where it would close in the high teens.

Just my opinion.

ich bin auch zu hoch eingestiegen, allerdings geb es auch zu verlockende News. Zahlen werden besser, Aktienrückkauf etc. Vielleicht haben wir ja nicht vollkommen auf das falsche Pferd gesetzt und der Kurs rappelt sich in den nächsten Wochen. Einen echten Grund für einen Abverkauf auf diesem Niveau sehe ich jedenfalls nicht. Und sollten die weiter ihre Arbeit gut machen kommt der Kurs auch wieder nach oben.

IMO i believe Jeff is waiting for the perfect time to release this Monster PR either this week or the latest next week. Maybe he is waiting to see a solid bottoming of the PPS, just like the "buyers" are currently waiting for. It would inspire confidence to those who hold the stock. Finally the BIG PR directly increases the PPS substantially and holds the gain.

This would have a substantially greater impact if the PR includes the "buy back" #'s. Most investors in the pinks rarely see a PR'd "buy back" actually followed up with calculated #'s in a future PR. If Jeff can provide #'s in a PR proving he decreased the shares in the float and O/S, this would be huge!!!! It is unheard for a typical Pink sheets company to do this usually they state they will be "buying back shares" but are actually diluting instead.. Many traders/investors would then alter their typical "pinky" strategy from flippers to medium term swing or long traders. This would raise the PPS some but whats more important is that it will hold those new highs and create a new base for the next big leg up.
I was just specifically pointing out about the "buy back" news but I do realize it is still only one piece of all the great news from coming from KmAg.

Our CEO is a very intelligent business man and has surrounded himself with 2 new experienced company officers to aide him in building a multi million dollar company. Sit back and hold on real tight bc we are gonna pull some G's on the way up to silver and higher!!!!!! This is a golden opportunity for new investors to load up and also for current shareholders to add for crazy discounted prices. Its just a matter of time before we break this downtrend and then the sky is the limit. Go KmAg!!!!

hallo oski,wenn Du hier auch teilweise angefeindet wirst - mach Dir nichts draus. Mach mit der Berichterstattung so weiter. Für mich war wichtig, dass die Aussage: Umsatz in Q1 2012 größer als Umsatz 2011 bestätigt wurde. Gespannt bin ich auf Q2. Ich traue CEO JR viel zu. Dass der Kurs hier verrückt spielt hat sicher nichts mit der Qualität von KMA zu tun. Wir werden sicher bald in ruhiges Fahrwasser kommen - hoffe ich jedenfalls.

One thing that has to happen is that JR and company personnel focus and make it priority number one: GET NEW BUSINESS UNDER CONTRACT. Shouldn't be hard in a industry that is expected to grow as fast as this one; heck "Build it and they will come to you".

hallo papa57, ich bin der Meinung, oski macht einen guten job. Seine Berichte oder seine Zahlen sind sicher nicht aus der Luft gegriffen. Ich glaube schon, dass er sich beim CEO JR rückversichert. Dass das, was heute gesagt wird, nicht morgen eintrifft, dürfte jedem klar sein. Also brauchen wir Geduld - und so sollten wir auch miteinander umgehen. In der jetzigen Phase wird der Kurs manipuliert (meine persönliche Meinung).Da sind Zocker am Werk. Aber auch die Phase muß doch einmal vorbei sein. Wenn Q2 so erscheint, wie von oski prognostiziert, müßte sich hier etwas zum Positiven ändern. Also Ruhe bewahren. Wer keine Geduld hat muß aussteigen, ich mit Sicherheit nicht. Allen ein schönes Wochenende.

... klar sehe ich das auch so. Von mir aus kann Oski auch Berichte , Zahlen oder sonstwas einstellen. Was er aber unterlassen sollte ist pushen. Ja, er hat gepusht in den letzten vier Wochen vor den Q1 Zahlen, und ja er hat uns das blaue vom Himmel versprochen (Q1 5 mio , super zahlen usw. usw.- ok, schlechte Zahlen sind was anderes aber soooo gut waren sie dann doch nicht ) Nur deswegen stell ich die Posts von Oski auch in Frage und mach mich ein wenig lustig darüber. Das ist nicht nett das weiss ich, ist aber so. Das das mit der Firma nur in eine Richtung gehen kann weiss ich, sonst wäre ich nicht hier. Aber so Mutmaßungen wie die Vorraussagungen der nächsten evtl. Quartalszahlen und der evtl Aufstieg aus den pinkies heraus halte ich zum jetzigen zeitpunkt für falsch und unangebracht. Also Oski nichts für ungut, ich respektiere Deine Arbeit, Deine Recherchen und Dein Email kontakt mit Jeff. Ich wünsche mir auch weiterhin das Du produktives zu Kma Global beiträgst, nur lass bitte mal die Kristallkugel aus dem Spiel. Die Typen die den Kurs nach unten drücken werden hoffentlich bald weiterziehen, damit wir endlich wieder einen unverfälschen Kurs entgegensehen können. Und wenn es noch bis zum Ende des Jahre dauern sollte, dann soll es so sein. Lieber ein langsamer stetiger Aufstieg als ein rasanter , das ist besser für die Firma
