Doubleview Gold Corp. [DBG-TSXV; DBLVF-OTC; A1W038-Ger], which recently changed its name from Doubleview Capital, is preparing to restart diamond drilling at its Hat porphyry discovery located 50 km northwest of Telegraph Creek, northwestern British Columbia, after intersecting the strongest mineralization yet encountered at the property. Drill hole H-034 was mineralized from bedrock surface to the total length of 701.2 metres. A 3.6-metre section of core assayed 3.44 g/t gold and 6.61% copper for a 10.91% copper requivalent (CuEq).
Drill hole H-034, that was directed to a geophysical target area, intersected 689 metres of strong gold-copper mineralization in what appears to be a continuation of the Lisle Zone deposit. H-034 intercepted 88.0 metres of 0.68 g/t gold and 1% copper in a greater interval of 258 metres of 0.31 g/t gold and 0.47% copper (1.87%t CuEq) within a greater interval of 692.3 metres of 0.17 g/t gold and 0.25% copper. Drill hole H-034 was collared 360 metres south-southwest of hole H-022 and 469 metres south-southwest of hole H-023 and expands the dimensions of the Lisle Zone to approximately 920 metres north-south and 650 metres east-west. The indicated vertical dimension is about 620 metres. The Lisle Zone has not been delimited in any direction.
Farshad Shirvani, Doubleview’s President and CEO, said: “The large expansion of the Lisle Zone announced today confirms our belief that our Hat Project is rapidly becoming a very significant large deposit and that geophysical data from 2018 surveys are reliable guides to mineralization. Since acquiring the Hat property in 2011, and discovering the Lisle Zone in 2014, we have conducted multiple drill programs and expanded the mineral zone to its present size and we are approaching a situation where our database of analyses will permit resource estimations. Our geologic model is supported by drilling and by geophysical surveys. Several other prospective areas of the property await exploration and we are very confident that not only will we continue to grow the Lisle, but will make new discoveries.”
Drilling highlights:
HAT-034 demonstrates the potential for higher grades and length not only within but also around the three-dimensional (3-D) IP survey highlighted in previous news releases.
The Lisle Zone of the Hat deposit now measures approximately 650 metres by 920 metres and depth has been shown to exceed 600 metres. Most of the 3-D IP footprint and the property remain to be explored.
Mineralization remains open in all directions – several large coincident geological, geophysical and geochemical targets close to the Lisle Zone have yet to be drill tested.
Recent discoveries have shown the continuity of large-scale gold-rich porphyry-style mineralization and the relevance and reliability of the geophysical database. See company website for complete drill results.
Shirvani also stated that the company is actively planning and preparing the next phases of exploring the Hat property but start-up is subject to ensuring the safety of workers operating in a remote location and the company’s ability to finance exploration.

Doubleview Gold Corp. (“Doubleview”, “Company”) (TSXV
BG) (OTC PINK: DBLVF) (FRANKFURT: 1D4) is pleased to announce that the company has received assays from part of the core from its Hat Project drill hole H-036 where visible gold was observed in a 1.15 metre interval (see News Release, Nov. 9, 2020). That part of the core was expedited and rush assayed to confirm this first discovery of metallic gold (visible gold); the remainder of the core from the 972-metre-long drill hole is currently being assayed following the usual procedures and results will be reported when received and verified.
A 0.3 metre core interval from hole H-036 was crushed and divided into two almost equal halves (575 and 577 grams), each of which was processed by metallic screen analysis followed by 50 gram lead collection fire assay and ICP (induced plasma ignition) methods: one half assayed 11.02 g/t gold, the other, 10.25 g/t gold (average 10.63 g/t gold). The whole 1.15 metre section was also halved and then assayed by four acid digestion and ICP-MS analysis and returned 2.41 g/t gold with 0.58% copper. The assayed interval is from 222 to 223.15m.
Mr. Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO, comments that “The section of core with visible gold is illustrated in the accompanying photograph. The core was processed by an independent accredited analytical laboratory that employed certified reference materials, replicates and blanks as part of its quality control. Gold values were determined on 50 gram samples by metallic screen analysis and lead collection with fire assay and induced coupled plasma finish; other elements by four acid digestion with induced coupled plasma ignition and mass spectrometric analysis. We are waiting for the analyses for the entire drill hole but believe that this partial data further confirms the gold and copper potential of the Hat deposit. Drilling and core processing are continuing”.
The following drawing illustrates hole H-036 and the deep induced polarization target that may be the continuation of the Lisle mineral zone. In 2019 several drill holes also sampled this geophysical anomaly and returned long intervals of Lisle Zone-type mineralization with high gold, copper and silver values and tested the anomaly to more than 950 metres below surface. Further drilling will explore this exciting discovery of gold and chalcopyrite-magnetite-quartz mineralization.
Hat Project drilling is continuing. Assay information will be reported when available.

Doubleview Gold Corp. (“Doubleview”, “Company”) (TSXVBG)(OTC PINKBLVF)(FRANKFURT:1D4) is pleased to announce the discovery of a new zone of mineralization at its 100% owned Hat gold rich copper porphyry property located in the “Golden Triangle” of northwestern British Columbia. Drill hole H-037 is the first hole drilled into a previously untested IP Chargeability target; preliminary core observations including similar mineral and alteration assemblage, suggest that it potentially could be a significant extension of the Lisle Zone that has been the focus of all recent exploration. The new area of interest has been partially defined by historic and most recent 3D induced polarization surveys and, pending better definition by drilling and surveys for its metallic content and size parameters, has been designated the “O Zone”.
Drill hole H-037 is located as follows: collar: UTM Zone 9 – 346,567E – 6,453,758N; inclination – 60°, Azimuth 290 °; final length 750.1 metres and extends 375 m laterally and 650 m vertically and it is collared 1460 metres west of the apparent center of the Lisle Zone which has extended the exploration domain to approximately 2050 metres.
Core is being processed on site with sawn half-core samples forwarded directly to an accredited independent analytical laboratory and remaining half-core retained for future reference. Core handling procedures observe QA/QC standards, including chain of custody and transfer by bonded carriers. Laboratory methods employ routine sample preparation, and insertion of certified standards, blanks and replicate samples in each batch. Assay results will be reported when received and verified. Core information will be added to the database and used in planning future property work including drilling and technical surveys.

Doubleview nimmt Explorationsprogramm wieder auf
Doubleview [...] freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass es in Vorbereitung des Sommer-/Herbst-Bohrprogramms 2021 des Unternehmens ein geologisches und Standortvorbereitungsteam auf seiner unternehmenseigenen goldreichen Copper-HAT-Liegenschaft mobilisiert hat.
Das Explorationsteam wird die Bohrstellen und das Camp vorbereiten und sich mit den lokalen Lieferanten und der Abteilung für Beschäftigung und Auftragsvergabe der Zentralregierung von Tahltan in Bezug auf die bevorstehende Bohrkampagne abstimmen.
Das Bohrprogramm soll schnellstmöglich beginnen.
