jeder sucht sie, aber keiner findet sie. es sind die unentdeckten perlen. die highflyer unter den spezialwerten (keine zockerwerte. eine perle ist netcommerce. die letzten zahlen aus dem april waren für einen internetwerte erste güte (nachzulesen unter finanzen.yahoo.com; kürzel: neet.ob). vorher wie später wurden sehr gute kooperationen wie auch joint-ventures veröffentlicht. gerade gestern wurde nun die neue finanzseite veröffentlicht: www.neetstock.com. diese aktie wird sich wie eine krake über das internet hermachen und entsprechend in andere dimensionen vorstossen können. im folgenden jetzt die letzten zwei nachrichten. kursziel konservativ: 4 USD

NetCommerce announced revenues for its third quarter increased 168% to $307,884 from $114,840 compared to the same period last year. The net loss for the third quarter increased by 66% to $662,305, up from $374,823.

habe mir den wert auf finanzen.yahoo.com angeschaut und halte ihn für absolut interessant. wo sollte man netcommerce den kaufen ? deutschland ist zur zeit noch relativ billig. was ich nicht verstehe: die nachrichten waren alle gut, warum ist netcommerce noch nicht höher und wie begründest du dein kursziel ?

Beobachte den Wert auch schon seit einiger Zeit. Die angespannte Lage der Boersen hat in den letzten Monaten insbesondere bei den kleineren Unternehmen "normale" bzw. erwartete Kursentwicklungen verhindert. So sind auch bei Netcommerce die hervorragenden Unternehmensmeldungen ins Leere gegangen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass der Kurs kurzfristig anspringen wird, denn die Story und das Wachstum sind sehr gut. Hier eine Bewertungsrechnung:
Der Börsenwert je ein Euro Umsatz liegt bei Netcommerce bei ca. 50
(50.000.000 Aktien, Kurs ca. 1 Euro, Umsatz mind. 1 Mio Euro) Andere Internetdienstleister wie Onvista (120), Lycos Europe (über 300)Freenet (über 400) liegen da bedeutend höher. Von daher sind alte Kurse von 2 - 3 Euro kurzfristig locker möglich. Für ein spekulatives Investment lautet daher meine Empfehlung:

das kursziel ist einfach erklärt: das alte hoch lag etwa bei 3,5. die neuen nachrichten zu grunde gelegt, müßte sich eigentlich ein kurs jenseits der 6 ergeben. konservativ halte ich 4 in kürzester zeit für möglich.

ich unterstütze die Meinung von brokerlynch, da ich die fundamentalen Daten als hervorragend einschätze.
im gegensatz zu anderen werten brachte neet.ob gute bis sehr gute nachrichten an den markt.

wenn man jetzt ganz einfach beachtet, daß der gesamte sektor (OTC-BB) durch die verluste an der nasdaq
in die knie gezwungen wurde, dann ist es schon sehr wahrscheinlich, daß bei einer allgemeinen erholung solche werte,
die positive news veröffentlichen, die gewinnzuwächse im drei-stelligen berich haben, die schwarze zahlen schreiben in
die Höhe schießen können.
Ich habe bei neet ein gutes Gefühl.

Das management geht seinen Weg, den richtigen Weg.

Bringt man noch etwas spekulation hinzu, dann kann man sich auch vorstellen, daß neet mal an der nasdaq gehandelt wird.
So weit ist es aber noch lange nicht.

Die fundamentalen Daten reichen äber für sich aus, um ein investment in neet.ob zu wagen.
Aus meiner sicht ist es egal, wo man kauft.
Egal ob in amerika oder in brd.
Beides hat vor- und Nachteile.
USA: kaum zeit zum handeln, höhere Gebühren ++++ neet ist ein amerikanisches Unternehmen
BRD: ganzen tag handelbar, man kann schneller und effektiver reagieren ------- man kann kurssprünge/verluste nach
17:30 Uhr nicht mehr realisieren.

Mein Ziel: alte Höchststände ---- wenn allerdings aich noch Phantasie rein kommt, aber das lassen wir...wir wollen ja realistisch bleiben

schaut euch mal den thread von jo dirk vom februar an. merkwürdig wie man seine meinung zu einer aktie so schnell ändern kann. aktien sind langfristige anlagen. aktien repräsentiern unternehmen und keine lottoscheine. netcommerce ist eine perle im otc bb markt. die zahlen (letztes quartal waren sehr gut), das management wird ständig um spezialisten erweitert, die geschäftsidee hervorragend und die position vielversprechend...! jo dirk gehört scheinbar nicht zu der geduldigen sparte aktienanleger.

Ja ja, so ist das! Du bist anscheinend ein ganz Schlauer! Es ist absolut richtig, daß ich im Februar (und auch noch ein paar Monate später!) völlig überzeugt von Netcommerce und der Firmenstrategie war. Allerdings, und ich hoffe dir geht es normalerweise auch so, entwickelt man sich mit der Zeit immer weiter. Was ich damit meine ist, dass ich zwischenzeitlich fundamentale Neuigkeiten über Netcommerce in Erfahrung gebracht habe, die mich veranlasst haben, meine damalige Meinung zu überdenken, ja sogar zu korrigieren.
Frage mich jetzt nicht nach meinen Infos oder gar meier Quelle, ich werde ein Teufel tun und diese Infos in ein Board stellen. Das mußt du nicht verstehen, würdest du aber (denke ich zumindest), wenn du meine Situation kennen würdest (ich bin davon überzeugt, du würdest genauso handeln).
Das hört sich sicher alles sehr geheimnisvoll und undurchsichtig an, aber ich hätte das garnicht erwänt, wenn BrokerLynch nicht so einen "schlauen" Kommentar geschrieben hätte.

auch ich war im Februar noch überzeugt von der Aktie, bin es aber im Gegensatz von JoDirk trotz des Verfalls immer noch. Ich hoffe, daß mit dem heutigen Anstieg in USA (+37%) die Wende eingläutet wird; allerdings sind die Umsätze recht dünn (leider)!

kurze antwort zu jo dirk : deine art eine aktie anzugehen ist ein klassischer trugschluß. wenn du meinst mir in einem board drohen zu müssen, dann kann der schuss schnell nach hinten losgehen...!

zu neet:
auch ich bin überzeugt das neet in das kursziel von stockreporter.de vorstossen wird. der wert hat sich hervorragend positioniert, allianzen und übernahemn wurden gezielt durchgeführt. das management wird ständig mit kompetenten personen ergänzt. all diese daten lassen auf eine positive geschichte schliessen.

die analyse einer aktie, wie jo dirk es macht ist tödlich. sicherlich habe auch ich mit einem schnelleren kursanstieg gerechnet, doch leider hat der otc bb - markt uns einen strich durch die rechnung gemacht. die klassische bottom - up methode einer fundamental-analyse hat wiederum ihre macht gezeigt.

na endlich geht es wieder los. in amerika haben wir eine stark steigende kurstendenz, bei stark steigenden umsaetzen, was das bedeutet muss ich euch wohl nicht sagen, oder ?

deutschland passiert noch nichts, aber das wird schneller passieren als ihr denkt. heute noch einmal amerkika, dann sehen wir sehr schnell wieder kurse um 0,5.

schaut euch mal die analyse von www.stockrepórter.de an und geht dort auf unternehmen. eine hervorragende analyse von neet.

das unternehmen easysearch, dass neet jetzt outsourst ist in der lage firmenkunden in den suchmaschinen ganz oben zu halten. eine sicherlich revolutionaere software.

Endlich wieder die ersten Umsätze in Deutschland. Es sind zwar nur geringe Stückzahlen, aber so langsam kommt wieder Bewegung in die Aktie. Dementsprechend reagiert auch der Kurs darauf.
Das grosse Manko allerdings ist, dass in Deutschland nicht so viele Stücke im Umlauf sind und deshalb die Bewegungen wie in Amerika nich nachvollzogen werden können.
Kursfeststellungen sind zwar gut und schön, aber meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr aussagekräftig.

Trotzdem bleibe ich bei einem Kursziel innerhalb des nächtsten halben Jahres von 1,50 - 2,50 EUR.

Schaut euch einfach mal die Fundamentaldaten und die aktuellen News zu dem Unternehmen an.

die umsaetze werden relativ schnell wieder in den wert hineinstossen. mit einer steigenden nasdaq (sehr wahrscheinlich be fallendem zinsniveau) wird auch wieder musik in neet kommen und die umsaetze im deutschen markt werden dann eine klassische folge des in amerika wachsenden kurs sein.

man darf nie vergessen, dass die nasdaq erste boerse fuer neet ist und da hier die umsaetze erst seit freitag wieder akzeptabel sind werden im laufe dieser woche auch wieder umsaetze in den deutschen markt kommen....

Allein, wenn ich mir jetzt die Umsätze bis jetzt in Frankfurt anschaue, da konnte man in den letzten Wochen nur von träumen.
12.000 Stück bis 16.00 Uhr haben wir teilweise in 2 Wochen nicht gehabt.
Auch der Umsatzsprung in Amerika wirkt sich postiv auf den Kurs auf, weil manch ein Anleger bemerkt hat, wieviel Potential in dieser Aktie noch steckt.

Nochmals!
Im letzten Jahr haben wir Kurse um die 3,00 - 3,50 EUR schon gehabt. Dann wurde auch dieser Wert im Laufe der Markteinbrüche in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Ohne besonderen Gründe kam es zu panikartigen Verkäufen, wobei die wirklichen Investoren sich doch nur kaputt gelacht haben und billig ihre Anteile aufgestockt.

Auch ich habe diese Situation ausgenutzt, und von den Ungläubigen und einfach unerfahrenen Anlegern, die langsam kalte Füsse bekommen haben, deren Aktien, soweit die Orders ausgeführt wurden, aufgekauft.

Ich bin mir sicher, dass sich das in nicht all zu langer Zeit, sehr positiv auswirken wird.

Mal schauen, was diese Woche in Amerika so abgeht.

die anchrichten und steigende umsätze (auch in deutschland) lassen (mich) auf bessere zeiten hoffen.

die nachrichten sind gut und die fundamentalen Daten stimmen auch...

ich freue mich, daß es wieder bergauf geht und neet bei mir im depot nicht mehr mit 0,02 bewertet sind.

so, jetzt geht es in eine neue woche. hoffentlich erholt sich die nasdaq noch ein wenig...!! warum ?? ganz einfach. netcommerce braucht ein positives umfeld, um alte höhen zu erreichen. die neuorientierung ist vollzogen, der europäische markt beschritten und das vertrauen der firmeninhaber in das eigene unternehmen (siehe kauf eigner aktien am 30.11.2000) ist ungebrochen hoch.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2001--NetCommerce, Inc.,(OTCBB:NEET - news; http://www.neetstock.com), NetCommerce, Inc. announced that Commodore Ventures N.V., a Dutch venture capital firm, has agreed to provide NetCommerce, Inc.`s wholly owned subsidiary, MetroplexWeb, Inc., with $2,000,000 in financing, upon the successful acquisition of NewData Strategies, Inc. (``NDS``).
