Ich hoffe und glaube es.
Ich habe mir H power als Long Position ins Depot gelegt.Habe auch noch keine großen Verluste,da mein Mischkurs 4 Euro beträgt.
Als ausgleich für diese "langweilige Aktie" Trade ich ein bischen mit Enron.
Viel Erfolg weiterhin.
Ich hoffe und glaube es.

ja,daß glaube ich auch.Habe aber echt Glück gehabt,denn die erste Position habe ich mir erst im August gekauft.Hatte die Aktie seit Mai im Auge.
Mehr möchte ich allerdings nicht in einen Wert stecken,deshalb kaufe ich nicht mehr nach.

wäre zu schön, um wahr zu sein.
ich denke, solange keine echten
ergebnisse in form von verträgen
zur lieferung zustande kommen,
wird der kurs nicht besser werden.
die kohle reicht noch für rund
zwei jahre, so denn die kosten
derart weiterlaufen. hab die dinger
unter wirklich long-gesichtspunkten
gekauft, aber wenn ich manchmal
andere axien so ansehe, dann frage ich mich doch,
ob eine zockerei auf inktomi z.b.
nicht wesentlich schlauer gewesen wäre.

Und genau deswegen sollte man jetzt nicht verkaufen!
Sonst ärgert man sich im Nachhinein,das man die Aktien so lange im Depot hatte,und kurz vorm steigen viel zu billig weggegeben hat.

lese immer im us-board, die sind auch der meinung,
daß sich ohne wirkliche ergebnisse nixx tun wird.
hab schon einmal gut verdient mit hpow (von 6,5 bis etwas über 12), bin jetzt seit ca 4,4 dabei, nervt schon gewaltig,
das ständige kurz starten und dann wieder langsam zusammensacken.
viele postings in us-boards weisen auf den januar,
wie begründet sie sind, das steht wohl in den sternen.
auf jeden fall haben wir eine menge steuerliche verkäufe.

Die morgigen Quartalszahlen und der Conference Call von Fuelcell Energy könnten dem gesamten Brennstoffzellensektor wieder etwas mehr Leben einhauchen!
Nachbörslich sieht´s bei einigen Unternehmen aus dem Brennstoffzellensektor gar nicht schlecht aus; auch Plug Power konnte zum Handelsende noch deutlich zulegen!

Joint Development Agreement Based On PSA Peugeot Citroen`s Prior Successes With H Power`s Fuel Cell Stacks
CLIFTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2002--H Power Corp. (NASDAQ: HPOW - news), a leading fuel cell development company, today announced it has formed a joint development agreement with PSA Peugeot Citroen, the world`s sixth largest car maker, to develop low power fuel cells that will be used in light duty vans.
These 7 kW fuel cells will be employed as ``range extenders,`` an on-board device that increases the current range of an electric power car through an alternative energy source.
The minimum revenue to H Power expected to be generated from this joint development agreement will be $2.0 million over three years. Based on the results of these efforts, both companies will jointly seek to identify additional fuel cells applications. During the first year of the agreement H Power will receive $1 million for the development and delivery of two separate generations of fuel cell systems.
The joint development agreement is based on an existing relationship whereby PSA Peugeot Citroen previously tested two of H Power`s 5.5 kW fuel cell stacks, as well as other fuel cell stacks from several different fuel cell manufacturers. The fuel cell stacks were tested solely for range extender purposes in light duty vans. Following these tests PSA Peugeot Citroen identified H Power`s fuel cell stacks as providing the most efficient and reliable performance measures required for application in PSA Peugeot Citroen`s vehicles.

Na also! 2,58$ Schlusskurs! Nachbörslich geht´s weiter nach oben: 2,65$! Hoffen wir mal, dass es morgen weiter nach oben geht!
Übrigens, schaut euch doch auch mal Plug Power an! Der Chart schaut nicht schlecht aus! Zum Handelsende zog der Kurs bei starken Umsätzen in den USA deutlich an.

ECO, H Power`s marketing partner, is an energy services cooperative of more than 300 rural electric cooperatives serving more than 18 million customers in approximately 83% of the counties in the U.S. The amended and restated operating agreement now provides for ECO to market H Power`s portable products, including the recently introduced EPAC(TM) 500 fuel cell based power source. In addition to the amended operating agreement, H Power and EFC entered into three additional agreements, a Sales and Marketing Services Agreement, a Test Reporting and Field Services Agreement and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for a sustainable fuel cell community project.
Under the operating agreement, H Power and EFC have outlined a delivery schedule that calls for H Power to begin shipping residential cogeneration units (RCU) in the third calendar quarter of 2002 and deliveries to be completed by calendar year 2008, with the substantial majority of the deliveries scheduled to take place in calendar years 2005 to 2008. The schedule also includes the recently launched portable EPAC(TM) 500. Approximately $76 million of the agreement will be allocated to RCUs. Pricing for the RCUs will decrease on an ongoing basis as reductions in component costs, increased operating efficiencies, and reduced distribution costs, among other factors, are realized. H Power and EFC will meet on a quarterly basis to ensure that any changes to the delivery schedule will be made in the best interests of completing the delivery schedule on time, and in meeting the requirements of EFC`s customers.
Under the terms of the Sales and Marketing Services Agreement, EFC will work with H Power to identify potential markets, applications and distribution channels for H Power`s fuel cell products. TOKYO - Japan`s government last week pledged to buy eco-friendly fuel cell vehicles from next year in an effort to promote the fledgling technology.
"We decided at today`s cabinet meeting that the government would start buying fuel cell vehicles from next year if car companies are able to market them," Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi told a news conference to mark his first year in power.
Fuel cell vehicles, which use hydrogen to create electricity and emit only water, may one day replace the internal combustion engine and major automakers are racing to put the first vehicles on the market by 2003 and 2004.
But with the technology so new, costs for the vehicle are too high for the ordinary consumer and the cars are not expected to go mainstream for a couple of decades.
In Japan, Toyota Motor Corp, the nation`s largest automaker and second-ranked Honda Motor Co are leaders in the field.
"This is going to have a huge impact on the world because they are useful in terms of our environmental and energy measures as well as improving our industrial competitiveness," Koizumi said.
While fuel cells promise a pollution-free source of energy using renewable fuels, high costs, a lack of industry consensus on how to transport or store a hydrogen fuel as well as on the development of a hydrogen supply infrastructure, stand in the way.
Japanese automakers are also aggressively promoting gasoline-electric "hybrid" vehicles which combine a battery-powered motor with a gasoline engine, which are expected to fill the gap before fuel cell vehicles come into their own.

Sollten die Brennstoffzellenwerte demnächst wieder mal etwas anziehen, dann sollte H Power zu den am stärksten steigenden Werten gehören! H Power ist im Vergleich zu Werten wie z.B. Plug Power meiner Meinung nach deutlich unterbewertet! Schaut allein auf die Liquidität der Unternehmen; H power hat fast genauso viel Bares wie Plug Power, ist aber gerade nur mit einem Fünftel von Plug Power bewertet. Auch bei den Zahlen gibt es bei H Power keine negativen Überraschungen!
Fazit: Bei steigenden Kursen in dieser Branche sollte H Power ganz vorne mit dabei sein!

Jetzt fallen wenigstens auch die Aktien von Plug Power und Fuelcell Energy! H Power hält sich zur Zeit ja wieder etwas stabiler; H Power hat wohl den Kursverfall von Aktien aus dieser Branche schon etwas vorweggenommen!

BELLEVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2002--H Power Corp. (NASDAQ: HPOW - News), a leading fuel cell development company, today announced the results of items voted on at its annual shareholders meeting on October 15, 2002.

A proposal to allow the Company`s Board of Directors to implement, at their discretion, a 1-for-5 stock split, was approved by the Company`s shareholders. The approved proposal also allows the Company to decrease its number of authorized shares of common stock from 150 million to 50 million. Also approved by the shareholders was the re-election of the Company`s Board of Directors to their current positions, as well as the approval of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company`s independent public accountants for the 2003 fiscal year.
Subsequent to the shareholders` meeting, the Board of Directors determined to implement the reverse stock split. The reverse stock split and the decrease in the authorized shares of common stock became effective at 5:00 PM ET today. Shares of H Power common stock will commence trading on a reverse split basis on October 17, 2002 on the NASDAQ National Stock Market under the symbol "HPOWD" for 20 trading days. After that period, trading would resume under the current symbol "HPOW."
Under the terms of the reverse split, shareholders will receive one share of H Power common stock for every five shares of the Company`s common stock currently held. As of the first quarter of fiscal 2003, H Power had approximately 53.8 million shares issued and outstanding. As of today, the number of shares of the Company`s common stock outstanding is approximately 10.7 million.

H Power Announces Results of Annual Meeting and Implements Reverse Stock Split

BELLEVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2002--H Power Corp. (NASDAQ: HPOW - News), a leading fuel cell development company, today announced the results of items voted on at its annual shareholders meeting on October 15, 2002.

A proposal to allow the Company`s Board of Directors to implement, at their discretion, a 1-for-5 stock split, was approved by the Company`s shareholders. The approved proposal also allows the Company to decrease its number of authorized shares of common stock from 150 million to 50 million. Also approved by the shareholders was the re-election of the Company`s Board of Directors to their current positions, as well as the approval of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company`s independent public accountants for the 2003 fiscal year.
Subsequent to the shareholders` meeting, the Board of Directors determined to implement the reverse stock split. The reverse stock split and the decrease in the authorized shares of common stock became effective at 5:00 PM ET today. Shares of H Power common stock will commence trading on a reverse split basis on October 17, 2002 on the NASDAQ National Stock Market under the symbol "HPOWD" for 20 trading days. After that period, trading would resume under the current symbol "HPOW."
Under the terms of the reverse split, shareholders will receive one share of H Power common stock for every five shares of the Company`s common stock currently held. As of the first quarter of fiscal 2003, H Power had approximately 53.8 million shares issued and outstanding. As of today, the number of shares of the Company`s common stock outstanding is approximately 10.7 million.
"H Power`s shareholders have approved the reverse split primarily to support the Company`s continued listing on the NASDAQ National Market," said H. Frank Gibbard, Chief Executive Officer of H Power Corp. "The reverse split will help improve the Company`s marketability and acceptability of H Power`s stock, particularly among institutional investors."
