I read a lot of threads and appreciated, you will be rewarded, you are long and convinced, last year I bought USGA for o,o6 cents then it went over 3 Dollar. Unfortunalktely I sold to early was listening to bashers in the board. I´´ll never make this mistake again, I made 40 k instaead of 1,3 miliion dollar a couple of month´s later.

Everyone....I JUST got off the phone with Cyn. Everything is in great shape. She reiterated how impressed she is with the CFO that was at the meeting the other day and the 10K will not be late. The Q ended Dec.31 so it could literally be any day.

A major note of interest is Eliron is STRONGLY considering a shareholder CC. It would e done through Cynthia, they would issue a PR with the info on how to call Cynthia and she would read a safe harbor statement etc etc. and then he would come on and open the forum to comments and questions. She is pushing for it hard and my guess is it will be a go .

I said to her if/when we do a CC this stock would pop to a quarter IMMEDIATELY and she said "oh yes, if not higher".

All in all it was a VERY positive call and my opinion is 10 cents is gonna be just a memory by the end of the month if not sooner. Look how good it held today. This should have sold off big time if there wasn`t smart money in this thing already. Hang on to your shares peeps....trading at this point would be "stockicide" IMO

Things are still just as strong as ever folks. No need to worry, I`ve never felt so good about a stock in my life!!

Our ECST was just mentioned on CNBC this morning. I am looking for it to make another big move soon. With EBAY acquiring SHOP for $620 million and SSP acquiring Shopzilla.com for $525 million, this could mean that ECST is very undervalued at the current levels.

All of these developments could also be very good for SHRN. Remember, SHRN has a deal with SHOP which was just acquired by EBAY. SHRN recently started advertising again on Howard Stern. Even better news is that SHRN appears to have acquired the activeshopper.com domain name so now they don`t have to tell people activshopper.com with no e.

Even though I still believe SHRN needs to appoint a new CEO, I am beginning to regain my confidence that SHRN will either start generating revenues soon or get bought out.

Die ersten Positionen werden in ca. 2 Wochen steuerfrei. Ich bin nach wie vor sehr zuversichtlich, denn

1.) Warum werden Umsatzzahlen künstlich niedrig gehalten (oder glaubst Du, dass die gemeldeten Q-Zahlen echt waren?). Sieht eher danach aus, als ob die Umsätze mit Shopping.com symbolisch bezahlt worden wären, weil vielleicht ein besonderer Deal zwischen beiden Company`s ausgeheckt wurde.

2.) Warum heuert man eine teuere, professionelle PR-Agentur (Rubenstein) an? Rubenstein würde sich nicht dazu hergeben, wenn Shelron (und Neomedia ???) nichts Aussergewöhnliches bevorstünde.

3.) Das absolute Schweigen der IR-Abteilung. Als ob eine Maulkorbverordnung für alle Mitarbeiter erlassen worden wäre.

4.) Die Umsätze an der US-Börse und die Art, wie die Umsätze zustande kommen, geben Anlass zum Nachdenken, ob sich nicht Insider-Investoren weiterhin zum mittleren Preis um die 0,08 USD eindecken.

Vergleicht wirklich mal die Seiten von Shopping.com und activeshopper.com! Wählt einen Artikel und vergleicht. Meiner Meinung nach zeigt AS mehr Optionen an und reagiert genauer auf die eingegebetnen Artikel (zumindest bei mir)! Vom Auftritt her sind wir auch nicht weit von Shop... entfernt, die mangelnde Bekanntheit ist der Schlüssel.

Ich weiß nicht ob das illegal wäre, irgendwelche "Scheinumsätze" zu veröffentlichen aber in einem Punkt muss ich zustimmen. Etwas läuft hinter den Kulissen, wenn man sich die Umsätze anschaut, die plötzliche Veröffentlichung der neuen Seite, die Namensrechte, der Berg wird langsam in Angriff genommen!

Was man aber nicht machen sollte, wieder auf irgendwelche Übernahmen/Umsätze mit super Zahlen hoffen, so werden künstlich die Erwartungen hochgeschraubt und man landet sehr unangenehm!

Nicht vergessen, das ist immer noch ein StartUp-Unternehmen, welches sogar schon, wenn auch gering, Umsatzerlöse erzielt hat! Danke un´tschüß

Erstmals seit langem konnte SHRN aufgrund einer Meldung im Handel deutlich zulegen. Man beachte dies deshalb, weil bei Shelron bisher die Flipper (also Kurzfrist-Trader) immer bei News für fallende Preise gesorgt haben. Offensichtlich sind jetzt erstmals längerfristige Investoren, die sprungbereit auf der Seitenlinie gewartet haben, in den Wert eingestiegen, so dass "sell on good news" sich diesmal nicht durchsetzen konnte.

Der Sharepreis hängt voll hinterher! Die gestrige Meldung (ActiveShopper wird inzwischen auch von Wallstreet-Händlern gesehen und diskutiert und als Übernahmekandidat bzw. im Deal mit EBAY gesehen) konnte die Skeptiker noch nicht voll überzeugen, obwohl in einer weiteren Meldung von einem signifikanten Umsatzanstieg im 2. Quartal die Rede war.

Wenn die Suchergebnisse bei Google laufend wachsen, so kann dies auch als Zeichen für den Bekanntheitsgrad gesehen werden.

Zufall? Ich glaub nicht an solche Zufälle. EBAY scheint etwas Besonderes für Shelron zu sein. Nachdem shopping.com von EBAY übernommen wurde und Shelron mit shopping.com in Geschäftsbeziehung steht (immerhin nutzt ActiveShopper deren Datenbank), könnte EBAY schon seine Griffel über Shelron halten.

Shelron Group Reports Over 450% Revenue Growth in 2nd Quarter

Deferred Debt Likely to be Reduced by $382,000


NEW YORK, August 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Shelron Group, Inc. (OTC BB: SHRN - News), a leading provider of e-commerce software and e-business solutions, today announced an increase in excess of 450% in sales revenues for the second quarter of 2005, compared to previous quarter reported revenues.

This huge jump in revenues comes in parallel with an increase in marketing and advertising expenses for the second quarter lower than 300%, relative to the first quarter of the year.

In addition, Shelron reports a decrease in consulting fees of more than 60% for the second quarter when compared to the first quarter of the year, from $459,987 to $157,601, respectively, bringing about an over 60% decrease in net loss from $605,100 to $234,463, respectively.

Company`s current assets at June 30, 2005 are reported at $1,147,823, primarily composed by a cash balance of $1,040,150. On July 16, 2005 the Company entered into an additional subscription agreement for additional proceeds of $300,000, received on the same month

As of June 30, 2005 Shelron`s current liabilities include a deferred liability to a shareholder in the amount of $382,966, which is likely to be converted into restricted shares of common stock according to the notice received from the shareholder in this respect and as subjected to the terms in discussion and the approval by the Company`s board of directors. If the deferred liability is converted, the Company will no longer have a repayment obligation relating to this amount that represents approximately 60% of the Company`s current liabilities at June 30, 2005.

USD bei Shelron ergibt einen Faktor von ca. 28, während die Zugriffszahlen bei Alexa mittlerweile nur noch einen Faktor von ca. 12 ausmachen. Shopping.com wird derzeit mit einem P/E von ca. 220 gehandelt. Wenn #105 tatsächlich eintreten würde, dann würde Shelron etwa 20 Mio. USD Gewinn machen. Unterstellt man gleiches P/E wie bei Shopping.com, so dürfte der Aktienpreis bei 500 Mio. zugelassenen Aktien bei knapp 9 USD liegen. Mit 2 Euro übertreibe ich doch dann wirklich nicht.

Bezahlte Textlinks auf Webseiten werden immer beliebter. Ganz zum Verdruss der Suchmaschinen.

Die Verlinkung von Webseiten liefert einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Beurteilung von Webseiten durch Suchmaschinen. Diese Beurteilung entspricht dem ursprünglichen “demokratischen” Grundgedanken. Jeder Link bedeutet eine Stimme für die entsprechende Webseite. Solange keine kommerziellen Interessen dahinter stehen funktioniert dieses Prinzip ganz gut. Heutzutage erkennt jeder Internet-Nutzer den grundlegend kommerziellen Charakter vieler Angebote. Der Anteil kommerzieller Angebote hat sich seit der Zeit, als zwei Stanford-Studenten die Macht der Links als grundlegendes Element zur Beurteilung von Web-Seiten erkannten und ihre Suchmaschine integrierten, vervielfacht. Somit auch die Interessenlage Links unter kommerziellen statt “demokratischen” Gesichtspunkten zu setzen.

Während man früher davon ausgehen konnte, dass die überwiegende Zahl der Links wirklich als “Wählerstimme” für eine Seite angesehen werden konnte, haben sich heutzutage die Kräfteverhältnisse deutlich verschoben. Grosse Firmen die in mehreren Ländern agieren verfügen häufig schon zwangsläufig über mehrere Präsenzen, die untereinander verlinkt werden und damit zur gegenseitigen Stärkung beitragen. Falls das nicht genügt, werden weitere Präsenzen hinzugekauft oder professionelle Optimierer damit beauftragt, Link-Strategien zu entwickeln.

Die Möglichkeiten der Verlinkungsstrateigien sind jedoch begrenzt und bewegen sich mitunter auf schmalen Pfaden der Legalität. Automatische Einträge in Gästebüchern, Foren oder Weblogs die mit Suchbegriffen und Links das Ranking bestimmter Seiten puschen sollen, werden in die Kategorie Spammen eingestuft. Aus diesem und anderen Gründen wurde es populär, als zusätzliche Marketing-Massnahme Textlinks zu kaufen. Diese zählen bei Google nicht nur als reiner Link, sondern stärken gleichzeitig den PageRank der Seite auf die verwiesen wird. Je höher der PageRank der Seite, auf der ein Textlink platziert wird, je stärker die Auswirkungen auf die Seite, auf die verwiesen wird. Das macht prominente Webseiten besonders attraktiv. Am 1. September veröffentlichte Matt Cutts, der bei Google für einen qualitativ hochwertigen Suchmaschinenindex verantwortlich ist, seine Meinung zu diesem Thema. Dafür zitiert er die Google Qualitätsrichtlinien: “Nehmen Sie nicht an Link-Programmen teil, die dazu dienen, Ihr Ranking oder Ihren PageRank-Wert zu verbessern.” Der Kauf von Links um den PageRank zu steigern, liegt demnach ausserhalb der Google Richtlinie. Am Beispiel von The Daily Californian zeigt er auf, wie inhaltlich unpassende Textanzeigen im Bereich “Sponsored Ressourcen” auftauchen. Dazu gehören unter anderem Links zu Online-Poker Angeboten.

Ich gehe auch von einem Wachstum der Umsatzzahlen von mindestens 200% gegenüber dem letzten Quartal (450% Umsatzsprung) aus.

als ganz klare Kaufgründe (STRONGEST BUY) interpretieren. Ich meine, Shelron wird heuer noch schwarze Zahlen schreiben und wenn dann auch das Wachstumstempo noch so anhält, wie in den letzten beiden Quartalen, werden wir die Cash-Cow des OTC-BB sehen.

IMO wird auch die Bewertung der Aktie zum Sprung ansetzen. Der Kurs hinkt weit hinter den Zahlen her, weil der CEO von Shelron (Elion Yaron) als nicht gerade kommunikativer Einzelkämpfer etwas verpönt war. Die neue Offenheit sollte schnellstens für einen Ausgleich sorgen.

Ich erwarte für heuer noch mindestens eine Kursverdoppelung bis -verdreifachung, da bekannte amerikanische Pusherblätter am Riesenpotenzial von Shelron Anteil haben werden möchten.

Noch ist die Aktie für weniger als ein Ei oder ein Apfel erhältlich. Bald wird man dafür 10 Eier oder 1 Kilo Äpfel bekommen. Nur etwas Geduld wird uns dazu befähigen.

Die letzten News, Alexa-, Metrixmarket- und TrafficEstimate-Zahlen sind noch in keinster Weise eingepreist. In Berlin kann man zu 0,07 EUR kaufen (fair wäre 0,068).

Am 15. eines Quartals veröffentlicht Elrion Yaron, der Vorstand von Shelron, üblicherweise seine neuesten Quartalszahlen. Sollte er es bereits im 3. Quartal schafen, schwarze Zahlen oder eine schwarze Null zu schreiben, dürfte es zu ähnlichen Reaktionen wie vor einem Jahr kommen, nur diesmal ohne Gepushe.

Zu 0,068 gibts jetzt nichts mehr im Ask, da müßt Ihr schon 10% tiefer in die Tasche langen (0,075 in FWB).

Nach der kurzen Konsolidierung heute noch mal beste Kaufgelegenheit (BER verkauft ein paar Shares zu 0,07 EUR).

Wer die Geschichte von Shelron etwas besser kennt, weiss, dass uns sehr wahrscheinlich ein extrem erfreuliches Quartal bevorsteht. Schaut Euch den Jahreschart an. Im letzten Jahr wurde die Aktie von Amerikas größten Pusher bis 0,17 USD-Cent getrieben. Heuer wäre der Wert der Aktie durch gemeldete Umsatzzahlen und Zugriffsstatistiken einiger Service-Provider fundamental unterlegt und wahrscheinlich einiges mehr wert. Es kann sein, dass Shelron im 4. Quartal (eventuell sogar schon im 3.Q) echte schwarze Zahlen schreiben wird.

Sollte es die Aktie bis 1 USD schaffen, könnte auch ein Wechsel an die Nasdaq Thema werden, was Übertreibungen bis 2 USD nicht ausschließen würde. Im Gegensatz zu sehr vielen anderen Aktien des OTC-BB kann man das Asset dieser Aktie - eine Online-Preissuchmaschine als Pop-Up-Tool für den Internet-Explorer - jederzeit selbst ausprobieren; und es funktioniert BESTENS, besser als das mancher Branchen-Elefanten.

Corso hat jetzt eine schöne Gelegenheit gehabt, weitere billige Aktien nachzukaufen. Laut Edgar-Online besitzt er inzwischen 64 Millionen Shelron-Aktien.

Ich besitze gerade mal 1/100 dieser Menge und hoffe trotzdem mit dieser Menge noch zumindest DM-Millionär zu werden. Sollte es zu einer Übertreibungsphase kommen, könnt`s auch in EURO klappen.

Die Alexa-daten sind hinsichtlich der Umsatzentwicklung nicht sehr aussagekräftig - das hat das letzte Quartal gezeigt-
ich hoffe, das gilt nicht nur für die Phasen mit starken Anstiegen der User-Zahlen, sondern ebenso für den Zeitraum der letzten Tage; diese weisen ja tendenziell eher nach unten!

Wir brauchen endlich eine offizielle Meldung zum UK-launch,
um uns aus der seit Tagen herrschenden Lethargie zu befreien!

ich befürchte aber, dass Uk ohne shopping toolbar kommt, also nur eine halbe Lösung!!

Ich meine, man sollte jetzt Aktien von Shelron (Kürzel OX6 / USA: SHRN)im Depot haben, da könnte es gewaltig nach oben knallen und krachen!
