nehmen wir einmal an der kurs waer tatsaechlich bei einem dollar,und dann kaeme ein splitt zu 500 zu 1 das wuerde dann heissen das ich fuer jede 500 aktie eine erhalte.

Beispiel: 1000000 Aktien zu 0,0001 dollar = ca 100 $ icl. maklergebuehr (KAUF)

Bei einem moeglichem kurs von einem dollar:

1000000 Aktien zu 1,00 dollar = ca 1 MIO US$



Dann erfolgt der moegliche aktiensplitt Z.b. 500zu 1


Meine Vorstellung ist folgende(bitte korrigier mich wenn ich falsch liege!)


Das heisst:

1000000 Aktien : 500 = 2000 Aktien


neuer moeglicher kurs:

2000 Aktien * 500 US$= 1000000 $




sollte man vor einem splitt verkaufen,anschliessend wieder einsteigen?


ein moeglicher splitt koente doch zum nachteil werden?

habe hier nochmal ein post aus dem board kopiert was gerade auch sogenannte newbies unbedingt lesen sollten -> hieran kann man schön sehen, wieso wir gestern 50% runter gerauscht sind -> habe keine einzige aktie verkauft, leider konnte/kann ich im moment auch keine mehr zukaufen

I will start with the ususal"You all know me"
I never have hyped or pumped this stock.
I have even given you all short,medium and long positions to sell or hold.
I tried so hard to warn you all with my post before the bell.Yesterday,I couldnt get on with it saying too many connections all the time.
Frustrating to say the least.
I warned you then and I warn you again their are wolves on this message board in sheeps clothing.
I told you all before I read all the posts it takes some time doing but in my eyes well worth it.
I found that some of the people posting are probably day traders for 1.Then some could be working for some MM`s.
I wrote yesterday that I saw alot of people yesterday show their true colors.
Please I beg of all you one thing.
When money is involved a lot of people will do things to get that from you.
Some will do anything.
Thats a shame but then again thats life.
Before I start about today`s PR among other things.
I want to clear up something.
Yesterday,I tried to explain to you all exactly what the MM`s were doing.
They were shorting the crap out of this puppy.
Blue Diamond hit it right on the head.
They were covering like mad yesterday and today.
I will once again explain to you how the MM`s are covering the shares they are selling to you and keeping this stock down.
Let`s say one MM who doesnt have any shares but wants to make money.
Thats what its all about folks the money.
So,this MM sells 1 million shares at 0012 when the demand increases knowing full well with all the newbies around it will be very easy to shake those shares.
Now this MM doesnt have the shares he needs the price to drop in order to cover his short.
So,when the price dropped to 0006.
I will use this price anyway even though it dropped more.
He buys himself 3 million shares
1 million covers his sale at 0012
another1 million covers his outstanding naked short.
Then he holds 1 million for the ride up.
So,sold 1 million at 0012=1200 dollars
Covering 1 million +covering the other 1 million naked short=1200 dollars
Now he`s ready for the ride up to make more.
Total cost to MM for his 1 million shares is 600 dollars
Now do the same math,for say buying at 0004 which was happening
3 million shares at 0004=1200 dollars
1 million shares sold at 0012=1200
The MM at this price now has covered the 2 million shares and also has 1 million to ride up at no cost.
Sold short at 0012=profit 1200 dollars
bought 3 million shares at 0004 =1200 dollars
As you can see the MM is now covering not only what he sold but also his naked short.
As you can see do this many many times over and you are rewarded for naked short selling a company.
This is not right.

We have money the drill team has been getting paid in full alll the time.So not that.
Wait a second only thing left would be" NAKED SHORTING"hhhhhmmmmmmmmm thats it.
Now we can take UC stating that we should be trading at 50 to 60 cents a share.
In who`s best interest would the pps benefit if it stays low.
It cant be me I`m long and strong.
I have all the shares I started with and more.
Then it must be the ones who shorted this puppy.

If not I`m sure Sir Dr.Diamond has it.
He can repost it with my permission.
I told you all that I wouldnt take anymore of the MM cr*p.
It`s time this puppy should be trading fairly.
In my eyes we should be at least at 0050 to the 1 cent mark.
And thats still cheap considering that the o/s will surprise many.
Nite got spanked today but his brothers JEFF and schb are next.
Jeff kept this puppy down today at the close.
He sat on the 0006 all the way to the end.
I believe SCHB being the big brother here.
Has backed away somewhat.
He`s alot smartier then the others.
I believe he knows that you win some and you lose some.
So he`s waving the white flag.
The others remind me of the battle of the bugle.
They will fight even though they are out matched and destine to lose.
SO BE IT.
BTW,before I go on I`m very very proud of all the man and women who give us this freedom.

If you think that today`s PR was nothing then you are totally totally wrong.
This my friends in straight english was this.
We are tired of all the sh*t.
You had your chances to show some good faith.
I showed all you guys that I was giving you all a chance.
What did you do you peed in my corn flakes.
If you think at this point in the game we need the MM`s you are wrong.
If we hit even one major pipe just one.
We will have a swarm of people talking about the MIGHTY CMKX TEAM.
They will all want shares what do you think the MM`s will do not sell them any.

Even in their darkest hour like yesterday I was their.

Just like he said go for the long term I will NOT sell any of my shares until this puppy has gained some major ground.
If they need us now to hold so be it.

es könnte auch vieeeel mehr dahinterstecken, hinter der cmkx geschichte :

theorie :

ich gehe davon aus, daß mindestens so cirka 85 % der shares in insiderhänden sind, egal wieviel shares es wirklich gibt.
das wäre ein freeloat von etwas 15 %, na ja sagen wir mal 20 %.

wenn nun infos zurückgehalten werden, dann nur aus winwm grund :
es ist etwas großes im gange, supergute bohr- und fund-resultate werden zurückgehalten.
und, es sind übermäßig naked shortings im gange.
gut, dann kommt irgendwann die katze aus dem sack, und die shorties
müssen heftig eindecken weil der kurs schön nach oben springt, was wiederum den kurs heftigt treibt.
den insidern ist das ja nur recht, weil sie möglicherweise alles wegkaufen weil sie eine volle übernahme vorhaben.
wenn die resultate super sind, bezahlen die eine übernahme bei evtl 1 dollar mehr oder weniger aus der portokasse.
ein split käme danach der mindestens 500 zu 1 oder 1.000 zu 1 ist. Folge, Nasdaq listing. der kurs wäre mittlerweile auf mindestens 10 dollar.

ich denke, wenn da sowas wäre, zieht der kurs diese woche noch kräftig an. es ist auch möglich, wenn es so wäre, daß das konsortium kräftig zukauft.
daraufhin kommen gute PR´s am laufenden band, daß es fast keiner wagt noch einzusteigen, der kurs ist dann zum verkaufen für jeden so interessant, daß wirklich jeder abgeben wird.

dann beginnt der vergleich mit DeBeer, umsonst sind die ja nicht nebenan. dann fangen verhandlungen an wie was gemanagt wird. und die jungs lassen sich echt gut bezahlen.

also - alles mal spielerische theorie - aber das wärs für uns.

Obviously they knew where to go and those green areas were magnetic to have them claim there... else someone else would be mining that area. So it stands to reason...

Since DeBeers has established the area and has found diamonds... the rush is on in hopes to quell the fever. Read your history books on the gold rush and you know the story of finding gold in California... once someone said they found gold in themthar hills... what happened???

Debeers found a 10k diamond... BOOM!! Now everyone wants to make the same claim... and we are financing it for them.

hier nochmal eine andere anregung:

You have to ask yourself.. where did all of this money come from? The drag car, ASA sponsorship,paying Melvins salary, website, UC & family and race crew traveling the country, law firm retainer, multiple drill rigs and their crews, drilling support infrastructure costs,
aerial survey and last but not least core sample analysis fees.

My take is they could have a distribution deal already signed with a very large company and or a possible merge occuring whereby another JV(s) could be supplying them with revenue already in exhange for future royalties. Or they could have initiated a hostile takeover and or are preparing too take this private afterall...a combination of things are going on in my opinion.

That law firm is at least $1,000,000 cash upfront ...that law firm was brought into make things happen... if you think that it is just for prepping for a exchange move... they could have hired a cheaper less prestigous law firm to handle that for them instead of these bigshots Eswards & Angell LLC... if they are doing business with the big boys under the radar already you better bet your butt they representation so they don`t come up on the wrong end of the stick in negotiations and get swallowed up.

There is way too much going on here that is not being brought up.

I think they have those test results back on those missing core samples. I think they have had them back for weeks... I have been saying that all along... they have to have them back already... they are sitting on the news I am fairly confident they are at least until the time is right.

Those other core samples that we don`t know about i would bet all of you are already back and they have used them to leverage themselves in negotiations already.

Ok the PR yesterday was real! MS you are right I was wrong (still want to see the oil wrestling) However that result was for a total of 80 Lbs of kimberlite only! (Thats pounds) Folks thats Fricking fantastic! I asked about all the errors he stated "well that was not sent out by us so we didn`t have any control over it."Also he stated MM are doing their shake. I asked him if CMKX was looking to put out any PR`s soon . He stated you should be getting one this week. I asked (Direct quote) " When are you guys going to, pardon this expression Melvin, ##### slap the MM`s" His response..." They going to get ther ##### slapping soon!" He was very nice told me call him anytime that was what he was here for So in all I am very happy!
