A trial is scheduled before Judge Jennifer Dorsey on January 6, 2015, 09:00 AM at LV Courtroom 6D, Lloyd D. John Edwards will join the remainder of the defendants for trial on January 6, 2015.

Er plädierte auf nicht schuldig wegen seiner Auslieferung

"The not guilty plea comes after a five-year process that the U.S. undertook to extradite ". Edwards from the U.K., where he is a citizen. Authorities there arrested him on the U.S. charges on September 7, 2009,
but he actively fought his extradition. He cited poor mental health.
After a psychiatrist diagnosed him as suffering from dementia, and
thereby unfit for trial, his lawyers asked the High Court of Justice in London to block his extradition.

Unfortunately for Edwards, authorities in the U.K. had him examined by an expert, Dr. Andrew Johns, who came to a much different conclusion. According to Dr. Johns, Edwards
suffered from “no signs of mental illness.” He was muddled about some
dates and appeared to suffer from fits or epilepsy, but as Dr. Johns saw it he
was fit for trial. Ultimately the High Court determined that there was some dispute about Edwards’s mental health, but the proper thing to do was allow the U.S. to resolve that dispute. As a result, the High Court declined to block his extradition.

As previously stated, the filing of our Fourth Amended Complaint against Wells Fargo was essentially the same as starting our case from scratch, so we can expect another round of delays and efforts from Wells Fargo to kill our case. The facts and the law clearly support our case, and if justice prevails then we will ultimately prevail. However, court cases do not always go as expected, so cautious optimism is indicated.

I will post an update on this important hearing as soon as the results are known. Thank you and God bless.

An eighth defendant, Jeffrey Mitchell,
pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with the prosecution in return
for a reduced sentence recommendation. He is not likely to receive his
sentence until after the trial, when the full extent of his co-operation
can be evaluated.

ELAU I just got this message regarding the rollout of the USN. Oct 2nd.

I am told the Treasury had another computer glitch when they pushed the button yesterday. Experts have been working since 3:00AM this morning to correct. It should be finished this evening and TRNs/USNs will be in the banks in the morning.

Omega Man FROM the Platform: there was another computer glitch in getting the TRN's in the banks. Supposedly this is supposed to be fixed by tomorrow and then the RV and TRN's will go live on Forex and the funds will be released in that order.
