RE: Future Webinars, Transfer Agent, Cost Cutting

To All CMKM Shareholders:

To cut costs and conserve scarce capital, I have cancelled the Webex subscription which has been used for monthly webinars for the past two years. To replace it I have constructed a room on Paltalk which will hold 250 attendees, and is totally free to use. I am experimenting with the Paltalk format, and will be ready to use it in the months ahead. The webinars will continue as usual but without cost.

CMKM/NHHI has been hit hard with delays in litigation and asset recoveries that are beyond the control of management. We will probably finish the 2013 fiscal year with absolutely ZERO income, in spite of the promising litigation and large judgments that have been in play for literally years now. We have been working on a large judgment recovery for most of 2013 that our attorneys believed would pay out in 2013. However, my research indicates that these significant and much-needed funds will be delayed as much as 6 to 8 more months.

The company has remained afloat for the two years I have been involved with very minimal income, and has survived only because overhead has been cut to the absolute lowest level possible. After cancelling the Webex subscription, the only recurring expense that we have is the upkeep of the CMKM website, which is only $45/month, plus a small quarterly fee.

I have negotiated a deal with our transfer agent, Transfer Online in which they have forgiven the $60k+ bill we owed, and are servicing the account at no cost to the company until we are able to start paying again. Transfer Online derives revenue from a fairly active and large CMKM/NHHI shareholder base through certificate replacements and share transfers. We are very fortunate that Transfer Online is willing to continue servicing our shareholders and our account, and my thanks go to them.

I will provide more details on how shareholders can participate in future webinars as we approach the next webinar date in late December. Thank you.

My apology for my absence. I had to deal with something that I was explained was top priority, something I ignored....it quickly let me know who was in charge. I have double vision as a result...takes me longer to read and write. Just mentioning this for the Shareholders who contacted me via ProBoards forums, paltalk, and emails.

My stance on the trust funds existence remains the same.

I have an enormous respect for Attorney Hodges and his Team. Though Attorney Hodges is not communicating at this time, he has never wavered from his strong confidence of the Trust Funds slated for CMKX Shareholders.

The recent proof of trust funds for CMKX Shareholder and confirmation was for the CEO and those who do not believe there are Trust Funds for the CMKX Shareholders.

I have no problem in believing the shareholder and information the shareholder provided from the two Wells Fargo executives. CEO Kirkpatrick expressed the same thing except CEO Kirkpatrick doesn't believe the information provided by the Wells Fargo Bank executives. CEO Kirkpatrick legally can't confirm the existence of trust funds unless he sees actual documentation of the funds.

I understand CEO Kirkpatrick is busy and can't chase every rumor. I feel when information provided to a CMKX Shareholder, who was told directly by two Wells Fargo executives that part of the CMKX Trust funds , $1.2 Trillion Dollars is at Wells Fargo, is told directly to the CEO by this shareholder, that as CEO, I would be at the bank requesting to see the information on the trust funds. This is not about a two cent dividend, this is millions for most shareholders, the ones who have invested already with the company and will be able to invest more.

We are presently working on getting a congressman involved. I also support Olde Pro.

What is with this nonsense - these people fund and wage wars all over the globe - and they are worried about a handful of dinarians who may be over exuberant or over demanding - even with all their knowledge and experience of security? if folks can't behave themselves then close the boards- stop feeding the frenzy and send the 800 #'s via text or email. Quite frankly, if they would go ahead and release the RV then the folks would not be so worried and anxious and perhaps they would act like grownups. It's this roller coaster ride that makes everyone crazy. Folks are hurting and need help so that makes them desperate. Desperation leads to bad behavior because they need money to provide for the family.

Wells Fargo Case

Our attorneys have debated our next steps in the Wells Fargo case over the weekend. We will likely file amended pleadings in the near future in an effort to get the case continued. Since this case involves sensitive legal strategy, I am not at liberty to discuss the case in great detail at this time.

Simply stated, the Wells Fargo lawyers were able to get a conditional dismissal based on the in pari delicto legal doctrine, which essentially says that Wells Fargo should not be held responsible for financial damages that were caused by the illegal and improper actions of former CMKM insiders, particularly John Edwards, in spite of the fact that the bank may have helped Edwards perpetrate his schemes. Case history involving in pari delicto as a defense is extensive, but it is not always accepted by the courts as an escape in cases of this type. There is a decent chance that the Nevada court will look favorably upon new pleadings, and there is always the appeal avenue.

We have been dealt a setback for certain, but this case is not over. This company and its Shareholders have suffered far more setbacks than any group should have to endure, but we have no choice but to continue the battle on all fronts. If anyone is looking for parties to blame for this fiasco, then you must look back to the pre-2007 time frame and to the former insiders who have been criminally indicted.

It is abundantly clear that CMKM/NHHI cannot wait on or depend on legal proceedings to build a viable company. We must solidify outside funding sources to enable the company to operate viable, profitable business operations in the oil/gas industry. I will elaborate on these topics in more detail during Webinar #23.

Let me take this opportunity to wish each one of you a very Happy Thanksgiving. In spite of setbacks, discouraging news, or other trials of life – we have much to be thankful for. May God bless each of you and your families during this special holiday season.

RE: Wells Fargo Case Dismissal

To All CMKM Shareholders:

As many of you have heard, a Nevada court granted Wells Fargo’s Motion for Judgment yesterday, which in effect dismisses our case against the bank. However, the judge left the door open for our attorneys to re-file or amend the pleadings in the case, which our legal team will do immediately.

Time constraints today do not allow me to provide a detailed update and explanation of this situation as is needed. I will draft another update early next week to provide Shareholders with a very specific analysis of where we stand on all fronts. I will also address these issues at length during the next webinar, which will be held on either November 27 or 29.

We have been dealt another unexpected blow here, but the battle is far from over. I determined many months ago that depending on uncertain litigation is a very poor way to fund a company and rebuild it. The process of securing alternative funding for this operation will continue, and will likely succeed. I will have a more detailed release next week.
