CEO Kirkpatrick assured me that if he is shown proof there is a trust fund for CMKX Shareholders, he will do everything in his power as the CEO to release the funds to the shareholders.

I feel CEO Steve Kirkpatrick should take part in this confirmation process. I am awaiting permission to release the information.

I did receive an update that the Wells Fargo executive did confirm again today that the Trust for CMKX is active this week. Please stay grounded until we receive a written confirmation or receipt of funds. We all been through this before. Do I feel confident...yes, but cautious.

Again, please do not call or harass Wells Fargo. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and needed.

I am still waiting for Attorney Hodges to get back to me. In the meantime, I looked up some of Wells Fargo financials. ....check this out from their financials...note that it states 'client' not 'clients'. I am not sure who the client is but the amount looks interesting.

I combined all latest Hot Updates from Mr. Bob H. :

Thank you all for your inputs. Through this research and confirmation process, one of the trusts, more than a Trillion Dollars, is located with Wells Fargo and is scheduled for distribution according to Wells Fargo bank official. The July 9th release was put on hold by the government. More information will be provided after legal consultation.

The bank official said it is for CMKX Shareholders.

Cris... the information I post is not a pump. The information is to let the shareholders know what is going on in case I have to sign a NDA.

This is a huge confirmation. We are fortunate to receive this information. The main objective is to get the shareholders paid asap. There are privacy laws which I am not an expert. I am waiting for legal advice from Attorney Hodges. I don't want any delays on my account. I will keep the shareholders updated with what I can.

YES. THE REDEMPTIONS HAVE INDEED STARTED, AND TOMORROW, THE FUNDS FOR THESE REDEMPTIONS START FLOWING. GOING TO BE A MASSIVE WEEK OF ACTIVITY IN THIS REGARD AS MANY HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLOSED, PAID, BUT MONEY WENT TO ESCROW UNTIL THE FUNDS ARE RELEASED. THEN THE FORMAL SETTLEMENTS CAN BE DONE, THEN THE RV.

We have been told that the F&P is sitting in the US and is not part of the program funds. If this is true then why can't the F&P be paid out now?

IT CAN, BUT THE CABAL HAS BLOCKED IT AT EVERY TURN. THE FURTHER CIRCUMSTANCE IS THAT THE REDEMPTIONS MUST BEGIN BEFORE THAT IS EVEN CONSIDERED BEING LET OUT.

NO. THE NEW SYSTEM WILL BE IN PLACE FOR THE F&P. THE NEW SYSTEM WILL SUPPORT THE RELEASE. THIS IS IMPORTANT. OTHERWISE WE COULD HAVE ECONOMIC CHAOS, AND THIS IS WHAT UNCLE SAM DOES NOT NEED.
