Inwzwischen sind wir auf 35 Cent zurückgefallen......sehen wir es positiv......das sind Kaufkurse.

Bei Sphinx Resources geht es ziemlich gut vorwärts. Bei Beginn des Musterdepots war der Kurs 0.01 CAD. Jetzt steht man bei 0.095 CAD. Schade, dass ich nicht mehr Stücke im Musterdepot habe.
Sphinx ist ja bekanntlich auch ein Projekt-Generator wie Globex und deshalb behalten wir sie im Auge. Die News betrifft nicht unser Projekt. Ich stelle sie aber trotzdem rein.

Sphinx and Sirios announce the generation of the Chechoo-Éléonore trend project, Eeyou Istchee James Bay region
Montréal, August 23, 2016 – Sphinx Resources Ltd. (“Sphinx” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V: SFX) is pleased to announce the execution of a binding letter of agreement to form a 50-50% joint venture with Sirios Resources Inc. (“Sirios”) to explore 551 claims that are presently under request (the “Project”) by this consortium along the northwest extension of the Cheechoo-Éléonore trend, located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region, Québec. A map showing the perimeter of the Project may be consulted by clicking here.
Under the terms of this joint venture agreement Sphinx and Sirios have agree to:
spend a minimum of $ 500,000 by each party over the next five years;
create a management committee to design and oversee the exploration program on the Project;
have Sirios act as operator of the Project; and
provide that if of a party’s interest dilutes to 10% or less, its interest shall be converted to a 2% net smelter return royalty (the “Royalty”). At any time, the non-diluted party may purchase half of the Royalty-holder’s rights to all future Royalty payments for an immediate payment of $1,000,000.
Sphinx and Sirios join their robust and complimentary technical expertise to carry out an exploration program which aims to identify gold deposits along this promising and underexplored corridor. This trend comprises Sirios’ Cheechoo gold discovery (see Sirios’ press releases of March 29, June 8 and August 10, 2016) and the Éléonore mine, a world-class gold operation owned by Goldcorp Inc. The Project’s southeastern extremity is situated about 24 km northwest of the Éléonore mine and road access is available within 14 km of this location. On the basis of the same high degree of metamorphism and similar gold-arsenical paragenesis, Sphinx considers that the geological setting of the Project is of a similar character to the Cheechoo discovery and the Éléonore mine.
The technical information presented in this press release has been approved by Normand Champigny, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sphinx, and a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. The transaction is an exempt transaction under Policy 5.3 of the TSX Venture Exchange.

SCOZINC MINING LTD. (FORMERLY SELWYN RESOURCES LTD.) ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM AND GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Scozinc Mining Ltd. (formerly Selwyn Resources Ltd.) held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on June 28, 2016, and all motions were passed by shareholders.
At the annual meeting, the shareholders voted in favour of re-electing the current board of directors, along with a new director, Jad Fakhry, who joins the company with a background of investment and financial analysis. Mr. Fakhry is a member of the board of directors of the Stephan Co., a specialty distribution company. He is a managing member of Poplar Point Capital Management LLC, a private investment partnership he founded in 2012. Prior to that, he was an analyst at Farallon Capital Management. Mr. Fakhry graduated from Stanford University with a BA in economics in 2002.
The company has granted Mr. Fakhry incentive stock options under its stock option plan to acquire up to an aggregate of 33,000 common shares. All options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of 70 cents per common share. Twenty-five per cent of the options will vest immediately, and the rest will vest in 25-per-cent increments every six months thereafter.
Upon the granting of the options described above, Scozinc will have 264,000 options outstanding under the stock option plan with an average exercise price of $1.77 per option, representing 6.7 per cent of the 3,941,046 common shares currently outstanding. The stock option plan currently limits the issuance of options to no more than 10 per cent of the current issued and outstanding common shares.
In response to the continuing challenges facing the mineral exploration and mining industry, Scozinc has implemented and continues to monitor cost reduction initiatives and prepare for the eventual upturn in the metal price environment. The company continues to pursue opportunities to maximize the value of its Scozinc mine and its related exploration projects. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, the possible sale, joint venture or other transactions with third parties. Except as required by law, the company does not intend to disclose developments with respect to the consideration of strategic alternatives until warranted. The company cautions that there are no assurances that any strategic alternative will be undertaken or pursued.
