kleiner fehler, sorry! 75 mio usd entsprächen rund 100 mio aud. somit kommen ca. 1 mrd bis 2 mrd aktien hinzu.

ich betrachte, dass vorgehen, anstatt AUD die währung der anleihen in USD zu beziffern, als zutiefst irreführend!

vielen Dank für die umfangreichen Infos.
Velleicht erleben wir den Hype von 2004-2007 noch einmal.

Man sagt ja ,dass sich gewisse Dinge an der Boerse wiederholen.

hi destrutto, ja ich bin immer noch dabei. Allerdings nur noch sporadisch. Ich habe den richtigen Absprung verpasst und halte meine Anteile noch aus Sympathie. Vielleicht geht ja doch wieder was.

Paladin Energy to battle China National Nuclear

One-time uranium high-flyer Paladin Energy looks set to engage in a bitter fight to the death with Chinese state-owned giant China National Nuclear Company.

Paladin late yesterday confirmed it had received notice from CNNC — which is responsible for China’s civilian and military nuclear programs — that the group has started a process to exercise an option over Paladin’s remaining 75 per cent stake in the big Langer Heinrich uranium mine in Namibia.

CNNC’s move could be a death knell for Paladin, as it could lead to the Chinese group acquiring the stake at a knockdown price well short of the $US650 million ($866m) that Paladin owes to bondholders and others.

It is understood Paladin intends to fight the validity of the option through an arbitration process in Singapore, and that it has already received strong encouragement from many bondholders to take up the battle.

Fraglich ob die überhaupt nochmals mit der WKN gehandelt werden. Wenn Langer Heinrich verkauft wird , ist ja auch nix mehr übrig.

Eventuell langt es die Schulden , aber selbst das ist fraglich. Schade um die Firma

Da Paladin energy schon mal ausgesetzt wurde, ist die Frage, ob jemand weiss, wann die wiederöffnung erfolgt oder ob eine Übernahme oder neue WKN erfolgt wird. Wer weiss etwas?
