Eine vorsichtige Meinung von einem aus der ersten Reihe

Having served as an admin on as many as seven CMKX boards for the past decade, I would like to offer a perspective that I believe proves to be a trend I've seen and demands being cautious about. I offer this observation solely for your consideration and ask that you regard this simply as opinion.

Over the years I have read countless posts. It's easy to see that several people have earned the admiration, respect and (I believe) trust from others who want to have some kind of "anchor" to what they can call "truth." Or hope to consider it as such.

Over those years I have also seen several dates and events tagged as pivotal for closure to our shared ordeal. Dates and events identified from those we've elected to believe, or for whom a perception exists as being connected enough to "know." From presidential elections and re-elections, changes in a Congress, law enforcement, military leaders, laws, rulings, policies, before this, after that and even international "happenings."

While I personally maintain belief that misinformation and "change" is often the cause of missing the mark as hoped, I've learned to allow these dates and events to come to pass without allowing my hopes and emotions to get the better of me. It has helped me to maintain some balance to my expectations for a positive future yet to be experienced.

I bring this up because of the current focus on dates and events in March. I realize that this month marks the time, a decade ago, when many shareholders began purchasing their ticket to this "investment of a lifetime." A decade ago...amazing to let that sink in a moment. It's about time closure should happen. But these new events we are watching may also come and go without affecting our situation.

So, fwiw, I simply wanted post a word of cautious encouragement to not allow your expectations to get so high that should this timeframe pass like all the others have before...that your potential fall back to reality hits hard.

Obviously some day there needs to be a definitive closure to this adventure. I'm hopeful that we experience it shortly. Until that time, thanks for your willingness to keep us encouraged with kind words and helpful perspectives.

Seit dem 24.Feb.14 dürfen von der DB für USA keine Over the Counter Orders mehr entgegengenommen werden, dernen Stückpreis unter 1$ sind, ... Verkauf Orders, für WP, die seitens des Kunden, vor dem 24.Feb. 14 im Bestand waren, dürfen auch weiterhin platziert werden.

Hintergrund dürfte wohl sein:

Da wäre ich doch gerne mal Mäuschen, was da wirklich los ist, und was für Geld wohl schon geflossen ist bzw. noch fließen wird... Da wird sich, so denke ich, Schweigen im ganz großen Format erkauft! Da ist der gute Uli mit seien 28 Mio gar nix dagegen... Wann gehen endlich Mitarbeiter der Finanzinstitute in den Kanst ? Da ist aber nix zu hören, genauso wie Politiker immer straffrei ausgehen wenn Sie Steuergelder verschwenden... komisch komisch... Summa Summarum egal ob Merkel Putin Obama alle korrupt bis in die Knochen, und auch noch mit Steuergeldern untersuchen lassen, warum die Politikverdrossenheit so groß ist... Unglaublich....

RE: CMKM vs. Wells Fargo Hearing Reset to April 8, 2014

To All CMKM Shareholders:

I just learned that Wells Fargo has requested another delay in our hearing that was set for April 1, 2014. The hearing has been reset to April 8, 2014 due to another case that the Wells Fargo lawyers are involved in that has run beyond the expected completion date.

Hopefully this is the final delay we will have to endure in this extended drama. Please monitor this website for results from the hearing on April 8 or 9, 2014.

RE: Update on CMKM vs. Wells Fargo

To All CMKM Shareholders:

The long-awaited hearing to argue certain merits and aspects of CMKM vs. Wells Fargo was held today in Las Vegas. Briefly stated, Judge Scann has allowed our case to proceed. However, we fully expect the Wells Fargo legal team to attempt to delay/overturn the case and the move to a discovery phase in the days ahead. We have won this round, but there is a long fight remaining. We are essentially starting at “square one” again.

I am thankful that our case is still alive, and remain cautiously optimistic that we will eventually prevail and receive due compensation from a very large banking institution that clearly participated in a large and very damaging fraud against the company and its Shareholders.

I will post any court documents that are generated from today’s hearing on this website upon receipt, and will comment further as information is made available to me. Thank you and God bless.
