      Turbodyne Selects Two New Members to Join Disclosure Committee, Retains New Corporate and Securities Counsel

      CARPINTERIA, Calif., Feb 11, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Turbodyne Technologies Inc. (EASDAQ:TRBD) today announced that two new members have been selected to join Turbodyne`s Disclosure Committee.

      Irving M. Einhorn and James L. Sanders, both located in Los Angeles, join John M. Fedders, who continues as a member.

      Fedders, a former director of enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission, applied his expertise in later positions at law firms and financial enterprises to combine government, corporate and legal requirements.

      Einhorn specializes in securities regulatory and enforcement matters. Earlier, he served, among other positions, as branch chief, enforcement, of the SEC`s Chicago Regional Office and, later, as regional administrator of the SEC`s Los Angeles Regional Office.

      Sanders has more than 24 years of experience in handling securities litigation and is a partner in the Trial Department of McDermott, Will & Emery. He served as well as regional administrator of the SEC`s Los Angeles Regional Office.

      Gerhard E. Delf, Turbodyne`s president and chief executive officer, commented: "The board of directors and management are extremely pleased to announce the retention of individuals of the caliber of John Fedders, Irving Einhorn and James Sanders as members of the Disclosure Committee.       Wahrscheinlich hat Turbodyne wieder einer seiner "sagenhaften"
      Meldungen plaziert, damit der Vorstand seine restlichen Aktien ver-
      kaufen kann. Meine Meinung, die gehören alle in den Knast.

      Aber wer an das Unternehmen glaubt, der soll ruhig kaufen - viel Er-
      folg.

      Hi Franky Fly,

      War wohl wieder nichts. Das kann doch bei Turbodyne nicht mit rechten Dingen zugehen. Wieso wird die 5 Euro nicht geknackt. Bisher waren mehrere Anläufe zu sehen (Kursmanipulation??).

      Was kannst Du genaueres über Honeywell sagen. Haben die den Zuschlag bekommen und werden vor der HV noch interessante Nachrichten kommen?

      wenn man den chart heute sieht , dann denkt mann dass der frankfurter makler heute bei 4,20 bis 30 noch irgenjemand reinlassen musste. nur 7000 stücke umsatz daunten dann gings wieder auf 4,58.

      ganz klar ist das kursmanipultion..

      sollte aber ein sehr positives zeichen sein. denn es werden immer käufer reingelassen. große verkäufer gabs einfach nicht

      Honeywell Expands Product Line With New Turbopac Supercharger

      TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2000--Honeywell (NYSE:HON) said today that its
      Turbocharging Systems business enterprise will be offering the first electrical supercharger.

      The new Garrett(R) supercharger will carry the Turbopac(TM) trade name.

      "Turbopac(TM) will enable us to continue providing our customers with the latest boosting technologies
      available," said Rob Gillette, vice president and general manager, Strategic Growth for Honeywell
      Turbocharging Systems. "This new product gives our customers another option to maximum engine
      performance, which includes faster acceleration, savings at the fuel pump and a reduction of emissions."

      The Turbopac(TM) supercharger is a motor-driven device that enables immediate engine boost in
      response to the driver pressing the accelerator. The Turbopac(TM) is installed between the air intake
      system and the turbocharger in vehicles with existing turbochargers.

      Turbocharging Systems and Turbodyne Technologies Inc. (EASDAQ:TRBD) have entered into an

      Hier ist eine Gelddruckmaschine für TRBD angeworfen worden!

      Die Homepage von Honeywell gibt einen Eindruck, welche Perspektiven die Turbotechnologie hat.

      Und TRBD verdient bei jedem verkauften Stück mit. Diese Entwicklung ist viel besser, als wenn sich ein OEM beteiligt hätte, da dann nur ein Produzent den Umsatz gebracht hätte.

      TRBD wird schnell konsolidieren und dann ist ein NASDAQ Listing reine Formsache - und der Kurs wieder beim alten High von 15 Euro.
