DALLAS, Nov 07, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NewMarket Technology, Inc. (NMKT) releases plan to incubate emerging technologies by expanding its current business now producing $70 million in annualized revenue into a conglomerate of micro cap public listings. The business plan was outlined by Philip Verges, CEO and Chairman of NewMarket Technology, in an interview by Senior Analyst Todd Santorelli of the Wall Street Reporter. NewMarket Technology recently announced the independent public listing of their consolidated subsidiary, NewMarket China, which is forecasted to recognize approximately $20 million in revenue for fiscal year 2006. NewMarket's operation in China continues to be a consolidated subsidiary of NewMarket Technology, but now with an independent public listing (IICP) . The subsidiary name will be changed to NewMarket China and the ticker symbol will be changed in the coming weeks.
This initial independent public listing of a consolidated subsidiary is an integral part of NewMarket's business plan to continuously publicly list subsidiary operations and build a conglomerate of micro cap public listings.
"After the end of the technology investment bubble, the incubator business model fell out of favor on Wall Street," said Philip Verges, CEO of NewMarket Technology. "The availability of venture capital for start-ups has also dramatically fallen off since the end of the investment bubble. We recognized a need to build a new approach to accessing capital for emerging technology opportunities. We have been constructing a new business model since 2002 to continuously introduce new technologies to new markets. The micro cap public markets are a good source of investment, but come with expenses outside the mere building of a business, in addition to requiring skills not usually in the expertise portfolio of your typical entrepreneur. NewMarket is building a portfolio of emerging technology companies with the intention of listing each company as it gains early operational traction. The conglomerate of publicly listed micro cap companies will be able to better navigate the markets and optimize shareholder return than each company on its own."

The expense of maintaining a public listing has increased substantially with the Sarbanes-Oxley laws increasing, which has resulted in micro cap companies seeing a higher percentage of their bottom line being reduced due to the increased expenses. That expense is reduced per company by combining multiple companies into a single conglomerate that can share in the redundant expenses by taking advantage of the economies of scale the combination produces.
Optimized Market Conditions
Managing the public markets is not usually the expertise of an entrepreneurial technology management team. Their focus is, and should continue to be, the management and growth of their company in their field of expertise. The conglomerate can provide the necessary expertise for a publicly listed company on an as needed basis, at reduced costs.
Improved Transparency for Shareholders
NewMarket is working to upgrade its listing to NASDAQ or another more regulated exchange. By having "smaller board" listed companies as consolidated subsidiaries of a "big board" listed company, the subsidiary companies are essentially required to meet the reporting standards of the more regulated "big board" exchange.
Enhanced Shareholder Return through Dividends

Für 2007 sind 120 Mio USD Umsatz geplant, aufgrund der Wachstumsraten.
D.h. 120 Mio davon 28,57% = 34,28 Mio MK für IICP ( NewMarket China )
Das Kursziel für Ende 2007 wäre demnach bei gleicher Unterbewertung der Gesamt Firma, alleiné für IICP = 1,43 USD !!!
Damit sind alle Faktoren der derzeitigen Bewertungen berücksichtigt !!!

Wenn es alle gecheckt haben könnte es demnach auf 0,51- 1,16 USD gehen...
Aber ich bin froh solange es bis zum 16.11. täglich ein-zwei Cent steigt, bei niedrigen Umsätzen... sonst zieht das zuviele Zocker an
der tag heute hat gut angefangen und selbst jetzt am späten abend sieht es in den usa gut aus
sehr schönes ende bei 0,17 us dollar in den usa ! rechne morgen bei uns mit einer eröffnung von 0,14 euro und im laufe des tages um einiges höher

Dallas, TX, November 10, 2006 – Intercell International Corporation (OTCBB:IICP) today announced that Dr. Larry Wu was appointed as VP of Business Development for its Chinese operation headquartered in Shanghai, China. Dr. Wu is tasked with expanding the current $20 million in expected 2006 revenue. Intercell's Chinese operation was a stand-alone subsidiary of NewMarket Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) until the subsidiary was recently reorganized into Intercell following NewMarket's acquisition of a majority interest in Intercell. The process of changing the Intercell name to NewMarket China has been initiated and a corresponding ticker symbol change will occur in the near future.
Dr. Wu joined NewMarket Technology two and a half years ago after serving in the Chinese State Council Research Office as a Senior Advisor to the Premier, Mr. Wen Jiabao. His extensive professional work history in China's public sector will assist Intercell by continuing to expand operations in China beyond the current $20 million revenue anticipated for 2006.
Prior to his position at the State Council Research Office, Dr. Wu worked in Washington D.C. at the Chinese Embassy as a Secretary for Science and Technology. In this position, he led Chinese efforts to promote technology and telecommunications trade and investment, as well as research and development collaborations between Chinese and American companies. Dr. Wu is a published author in his field with three books and numerous articles, which include U.S. publications in Business Week and Red Herring. Most recently, Dr. Wu was named one of "50 Business Opinion Leaders" in June 2006 "Talents" Magazine. Dr. Wu holds a PhD in Public Policy on Science and Technology from Renmin University of China.

Support 0,18, Widerstand bei 0,30, MACD in Ordnung, nicht geschnitten, Trend voll intakt !!!

Ich bin da noch in ein anderes Schätzchen investiert, da bin ich Do und Fr von 1,80 auf unter 1,40 "abgeschmiert". Gestern abend steht er schon wieder auf 1,75. Ich würde mir keine Gedanken machen wegen der paar Cent Korrektur. Ich habe mir zwar die Umsatzzahlen nicht angesehen, aber vielleicht haben da einfach nur ein paar Jungs ein paar Gewinne eingestrichen. Das es hier kurzfristig wieder nach oben geht, steht für mich ausser Frage.

Intercell acquired NewMarket China from NewMarket Technology, Inc. (NMKT) in consideration for common and preferred stock. The transaction was part of NewMarket Technology's business plan to publicly list its Chinese operations. NewMarket Technology and Intercell International in China NewMarket recently acquired a majority interest in Intercell and subsequently reorganized an existing Chinese operating subsidiary into Intercell. Intercell International has applied for a name change to NewMarket China. Audited financials for the Chinese operation, now a subsidiary of Intercell, have been filed in an SEC Form 8-K disclosing $13 million in revenue for the first six months of 2006. A Pro Forma forecast of $20 million in revenue has been projected for 2006 in the same SEC Form 8-K.
Contract Expansion Results in Projected Revenue Increase to $40 Million The projected increase results from a letter of intent signed this week with Huali Electronics and Computer Co. Ltd. to expand an existing contract from the Ningbo region to now include providing the same service in the Hangzhou region. The initial contract with Huali was signed in 2005. NewMarket China has met performance expectations and the contract is now being expanded. Contingent upon NewMarket China continuing to meet all performance standards required, the contract could be expanded again in 2008.

entweder wissen da einige mehr oder interpretieren die letzten news etwas anders als die mehrheit hier im forum oder einige zocker nehmen wirklich nur ihre gewinne mit.
Ich setze auf letzteres --- denke mittelfristig wird das papier wieder seinen aufwärtstrend fortsetzen. Ich finde die prognosen für das kommende jahr recht spannend und bleib mit einem kleinen betrag weiterhin drin.
In ein paar wochen wissen wir sicher mehr ;-)

NewMarket will be introduced as an official partner to the Chinese Government at the COSEP 2006 Annual Conference, which will be held on Dec. 19, 2006. COSEP stands for Chinese Offshore Software Engineering Program
COSEP was started in 2004 by Torch Center, the Chinese government agency in charge of advocating technology industries. COSEP is considered the most important Chinese government initiative to promote the Chinese software industry in the European and North American markets. The mission of COSEP is to build four "public platforms" for Chinese software firms in respect to training, sales and marketing, pre-competitive technology development, and financing. In the past few years, COSEP has qualified about 100 pilot Chinese software companies to receive support from the program\'s public platforms.
Besides COSEP, Torch Center also monitors and supports 29 software parks around China which house software companies contributing more than 60% of all Chinese software revenue. The consolidated subsidiary is currently named Intercell International Corporation (IICP) , but the corporate name change is anticipated within days, followed by a corresponding ticker symbol change shortly thereafter.

Prior to his position at the State Council Research Office, Dr. Wu worked in Washington D.C. at the Chinese Embassy as a Secretary for Science and Technology. In this position, he led Chinese efforts to promote technology and telecommunications trade and investment, as well as research and development collaborations between Chinese and American companies. Dr. Wu is a published author in his field with three books and numerous articles, which include U.S. publications in Business Week and Red Herring. Most recently, Dr. Wu was named one of "50 Business Opinion Leaders" in June 2006 "Talents" Magazine in China. Dr. Wu holds a PhD in Public Policy on Science and Technology from Renmin University of China.

The name change, which has already been approved by the Board of Directors, is meant to reflect the Company's independent direction. When the Company's core operations were established in January of 2005, they were purposely designed to resemble its parent company. Now the Company has developed to a point where the similarities between the two organizations are becoming fewer, and the Company's forward-looking plans will likely broaden the difference between the two. The name change will formally become effective upon satisfaction of various State of Nevada and Securities and Exchange Commission administrative requirements. In conjunction with the name change, the Company will also apply for a new CUSIP and ticker symbol.

Da ist positive Divergenz zwischen RSI/CCI (steigender Trend) und bisheriger Kursentwicklung (noch zögerlich, noch kein neues Hoch), das ist selten, meistens ist es andersrum, Kurse steigen weiter in die Höhe, RSI/CCI flacht bereits vorher ab und entzieht dem Kursanstieg seine Bestätigung.
Alles in Verbindung mit geringer MK und Revenues, hmmm? Sehen wir hier noch ein paar schöne Kerzen?
Ich überlege noch, aber ich glaube auf eine Kaufgelegenheit sammel ich mal ein gehöriges Bündel ein!

China Crescent Enterprises (OTCBB: NMCH) - New Public Listing
In late 2006, NewMarket Technology, Inc. acquired controlling interest in Intercell International Corporation and subsequently reorganized its Chinese subsidiary operation into Intercell, changing the name to NewMarket China, Inc. and the ticker symbol to NMCH. China Crescent Enterprises is a majority owned, publicly listed subsidiary of NewMarket Technology, Inc.
