Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (OTCBB: UDTT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and a provider of counter-terrorism products and services, announced today that its CEO, Mr. Jacques Tizabi has acquired 100,000,000 common shares at a price of $.006 per share. The shares were acquired in exchange for the forgiveness of $600,000.00 in debt owed by the company to Mr. Tizabi. The share price represents a premium to the closing price of the shares at the end of last week.

"This will improve the company's balance sheet significantly and also add to management's ownership stake in the company. It also demonstrates my continued commitment to the company's future," said Jacques Tizabi, CEO of Universal Detection Technology.

Of the 184,625,000 Shares issued, 166,000,000 Shares were issued at a
price of $0.006 per share and 18,625,000 Shares were issued at a price of
$0.0004 per share. The Shares were issued in consideration of the surrender and
cancellation of indebtedness owed from the Registrant to certain of the
recipients and in consideration of consulting services rendered to the
Registrant by certain of the recipients. There was no cash consideration for the
issuances. A total of $674,500 of indebtedness what canceled in exchange for the
Shares and the balance of the Share were issued for consulting services.

Of the 184,625,000 shares, 100,000,000 were issued to Mr. Jacques
Tizabi, the Registrant's Chief Executive Officer and director. Mr. Tizabi has
reported this issuance to him on a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission. The Shares were issued to Mr. Tizabi in exchange for the surrender
and cancellation of indebtedness owed by the Registrant to Mr. Tizabi in the
amount of $600,000.

Also die News sind ein Witz - der CEO bekommt 100Mio Aktien, dafür streich er der Firma die Schulden, die sie bei ihm hat - gleichzeitig werden über 180Mio neue Aktien auf den markt gebracht, um eben diesen Deal zu finanzieren und gleichzeitzig eine Kapitalerhöhung vorzunehmen.

Was soll bitte daran gut sein? Und was an diesen News rechtfertigt diesen Kursaufschlag von 100%?

Ich habe diese News leider zu spät gelesen - am liebsten würde ich short gehen, wer zu viel Kohle hat und anderer Meinung als ich ist, kann mir ja ein paar Aktien zu 0.008 in FRA oder Berlin abkaufen :-)

Stand am 31.12.2005 waren 55,8 Mio. OS, hinzu kamen ("During the period January 1, 2006 through February 9, 2007, Registrant
issued an aggregate of 184,625,000 shares of its common stock ") also diese 184,6 Mio. vom 01.01.06 bis 09.02.07, macht zusammen 240,4 Mio. OS, wovon der CEO 100 Mio. hat. Im Freefloat befinden sich somit 140 Mio. OS.

Innovative Marketing kaufte 60 Mio. rest. OS für 0,03 per Share !!!

Macht zusammen 300,4 Mio. OS, davon 140 Mio. im Freefloat !!!

Und welcher Investor bezahlt das 5-fache des aktuellen Aktienkurses, wenn er incl. seiner durch den Kauf dazugekommenen Aktien nicht von einen Wert von mindestens diesen 0,03 ausgeht ?

nach einer kleinen Fundamentalanalyse bin ich die letzten 2 Tage mit eingestiegen. Der gestrige Tag hat das obere Keylevel überschritten und auf SK Basis verteidigt.

Realistische Einschätzung: gleichbleibender bis leicht ansteigender Kaufdruck und dadurch gleichzeitiges Covern von Shortpositionen sollten einen kurzfristigen schnellen Anstieg bis an die 0,016 ermöglichen. Hier wird ein Abpraller bis an die 0,01-0,012 erwartet um dann in Richtung 0,05-0,07 auszubrechen.

Alles nur meine Meinung...viel Erfolg allen Investierten.

Ich betone es noch einmal, nicht daß es danach heisst warum bin ich nicht rein.

Universal hat ein typisches Ausbruchsszenario hingelegt wie z.b. auch Palomar..Blackhawk, Marmion etc.

Seitwärts an dem unteren Keylevel 0,005-0,006..dann langsam an das obere Keylevel 0,007..dort erster Ausbruchsversuch um die Käufer-Verkäufer auszuloten.

Danach folgt ein mehrtägiges rücklaufen an den Ausbruchslevel..hier zwischen 0,0068 und 0,0074....

Es wird hier ausgelotet, wieviel Verkäufer und welche Kauforder vorliegen....dann geht es über den Keylevel drüber (gestern auf SK geschehen) und von dort geht es bis an das Hoch des ersten Ausbruchs..hier 0,011...von dort erfolgt der 2. Ausbruch, der in der Regel deutlich heftiger ausfällt und somit bis an die 0,03 und drüber gehen kann...im Moment also noch!! billige Kaufkurse..

Zum vergleich mal Palomar...

Palomar pendelte seitwärts am Low 0,006....dann erfolgte ein Ausbruch bis an die 0,016 der anschliessend wieder in einem Rücklauf bis an die 0,007-0,008 zurückführte...

Anschliessend ging es wieder bis an die 0,014-0,016 und von dort erfolgte nun der heftige Ausbruch bis an die 0,05 fast!!

Das selbe Szenarion könnte man jetzt hier für viele andere auch noch aufführen, aber macht das mal schön selber..schaut euch mal Blackhawk Verlauf an..oder Marmion...im Moment ähnlicher verlauf wie Universal...

Good Luck..aber mit Glück hat das wenig zu tun..

Company Reports Results for Year 2006
(www.udetection.com) (OTCBB: UDTT) -- Universal Detection Technology is pleased to announce today that its annual revenues for the year ending December 31, 2006 jumped to their highest level in five years at $111,515.00. In the previous year, the Company had no revenues from the sale of its devices. Furthermore, due to increased revenue and significant cost-cutting measures, the loss per share decreased to $0.03 per share from $0.07 per share. The 2006 Net loss was calculated on a weighted average of 86,650,120 shares outstanding. The revenue was derived primarily from the sale off Anthrax Detection Systems. The company now counts the United States Army, The British Government, and other defense firms as customers for its bioterrorism defense products.

BSM-2000 is UDTT\'s line of real-time bacterial spore detectors co-developed by NASA\'s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). The device is used to monitor the air continuously and to sound an alarm if elevated levels of spores such as anthrax are detected. UDTT holds an international exclusive license to the detection technology deployed in BSM-2000. The Company recently sold two units of BSM-2000 to the government of the UK and has begun marketing training videos related to emergency planning and preparedness and countering WMD threats.
