      - es kommt darauf an welche Lebensmittel. Richtige Lebensmittel kosten viel Geld ( Olivenöl 10€ für 0,5
      - Precht gibt hier eine wunderbare Antwort. Alles was ich in der Schule gelernt habe, war nicht so berühmt. Heute kann man im www und im realen Leben viel mehr lernen, als in der Schule.

      Es gibt ja einen Glücksatlas, D, USA, RUS, CHN und Co gehören nicht dazu. Es sind die Skandinavischen Länder und einige Süd und Mittelamerikanischen Länder.
      Alleine wenn man in Länder Asiens fährt spürt man, die Menschen sind mit wenig zufrieden und Sie können noch Lächeln. Ich war mal am Chaweg Beach und da saß ein Mann mit amputierten Beinen. Viele gingen kalt vorüber, ich habe mich oft mit ihm unterhalten und habe mich sehr erfreut, wie positiv er war. Soetwas vergisst man nicht.
      Natürlich geht es uns gut, jedoch kippt gerade die Gesellschaft. In den USA ist sie weggekrochen. Bei uns geht es auch in die gleiche Richtung. Vergleicht man die 60iger und Heute, dann ist vieles schiefgegangen.

      Für die Altersvorsorge lege ich monatlich einen bestimmten Betrag "auf die hohe Kante".
      Ich bin nun seit einigen Jahren aufgrund der äußerst niedrigen Hypothekenzinsen in der überaus glücklichen Lage, für meine eigenen vier Wände weniger Geld aufbringen zu müssen als die Mieter einer vergleichbaren Wohnung.
      Der eingesparte Betrag wandert zusätzlich auch auf die hohe Kante ... ;)

      Ich habe die Wohnung zu einem Zeitpunkt gekauft, als die Immobilienpreise noch wesentlich niedriger waren.


      So ... und jetzt lassen wir das in Zukunft ... diese ewigen Diskussionen über Immobilien. Wer will, kauft sich eine, wer keine will, kauft sich keine. Allerdings ist vielleicht die Warnung angebracht, dass die Preise inzwischen teilweise jenseits von Gut und Böse liegen! Sooo erstrebenswert ist eine eigene Immobilie m.E. nun auch wieder nicht! Stichworte: Klumpenrisiko, Immobilität, Mondpreise ...
