Also wer wirklich hier was draufhat pfeifft jetzt mal auf die Prognosenbringer.
Die einzigen die hier bringen müssen ist Peta.
Alles andere ist geschriebener Bullshit, der vielleicht auchmal zufällig aufgeht.
Sollte Peta endlich mal ne geordnete Minenausbeute herstellen,
ist immer noch die Zeit in die Aktie zu springen.

Alles andere betrachte ich als Pusherei der Leute, die hier nur
Geld bis jetzt verloren haben.
Diese leben auch ganz gerne in einer Scheinheiligkeit.
Ein anständiger Teilnehmer, braucht hier weder nachzukaufen, noch vorzukaufen.
Er springt auf den Zug falls er anrollt.
Der Rest ist für mich BlaBla und Zeitvergeutung.

Die Unze Gold die Peta liefert macht hier das Ganze Leben,
das dürfte doch jedem klar hier sein, der Rest drumrum ist doch nur Ablenkung. Wer aber liefert der braucht nicht Ablenken. Und wer liefert bekommt die Shareholder.
So einfach ist das.

Ok. Ich nehme die 60 Cent!
Aber wie gesagt, denke mir der Boden ist gefunden mit einen kurzen Felausbruch unter die 0,52$ Marke welche ja Unterstützung war. Kann nun schnell wieder up gehen Verstehe auch keinen der hier gibt bei diesen Preisen!
An 25K uz glaube ich auch nicht. Wäre zu schön um wahr zu sein! Aber oberhalb 20K sollten schon kommen um eine erneute Enttäusschung zu vermeiden. Bin hier dick dabei mit 150K und werde event. noch zukaufen!

I believe that quarterly results will be released on Monday, April 16th and a preliminary announcement could be at the end of next week although I am not certain about that.
I am not sure about what is causing the recent weakness. Gold equities have been very weak recently in general- if you look at the gold producers indices (for example GDX or GDXJ or others) you will see that they are trading near the low for the last three month period. Plus we did not have any significant news released recently from Petaquilla which might contribute to the decline.
Petaquilla recently got listed in the "Metals&Mining Analyst's Ratings & Estimates" on Kitco.com (which is the most popular gold related web-site) among other 50 junior micro-cap producers. These ratings are viewed by a lot of people every day. Hopefully, more people will take a notice of the company.
It is frustrating that the stock price is not reflecting the fundamental value - I hope that we will see the gold equities market and PTQ stock price turning around soon.

et voila. An deine 25k Unzen glaube ich nicht. 20k wären mal ein Anfang. Aber auch wenns nur wieder 18-19k sind, 40 cent sind echt zu günstig. Aktienrückkauf greift nun, sicher ab. Kann schnell wieder auf 50-60 Cents rebounden.

Also herzlich willkommen. Hast ja wie ich hoffe gut am Tief gekauft.
Mal sehen was in der kommenden Woche an Vorabzahlen veröffentlicht wird.
Es sollte nun wieder Richtung Norden gehen. Sehe uns total überverkauft! Das Fundament stimmt hier und wenn der Goldpreis mitspielt hoffe ich in 2012 noch auf 1€. Die Insiderkäufe sind warscheinlich dem Aktienrückkaufprogramm geschuldet. Wird auch Zeit, dass Peta mal was zum Kurserhalt beiträgt! Wäre schön, wenn wir wieder aller Unkenrufe endlich mal die 20 - 25K Unzen in Q3 geschafft hätten. Sollte dem Kurs auf die Beine helfen.

Petaquilla Announces Closing of Convertible Loan and Prepaid Forward Silver Purchase Agreements
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 16, 2012) - Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (TSX:PTQ)(OTCBB:PTQMF)(FRANKFURT:P7Z) ("Petaquilla" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced Convertible Loan Agreement (the "Loan Agreement") and Forward Silver Purchase Agreement (the "Silver Agreement") with Deutsche Bank, AG, London Branch ("Deutsche Bank"), in the amounts of CAD$6,000,000 and US$11,300,000, respectively.

Further to the Company's news release of March 5, 2012, the principal portion of the Loan Agreement is convertible at Deutsche Bank's option into common shares of the Company at a conversion price of CAD$0.6121, which is the five (5)-day volume weighted average price of Petaquilla's common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange immediately prior to March 14, 2012, the effective date of the Loan Agreement plus a 15% premium.

Pursuant to the Silver Agreement, the Company will deliver 525,500 ounces of silver to Deutsche Bank over a five year term and the Company will receive an additional cash payment for silver pricing above US$25 per ounce, up to a maximum of US$30 per ounce.

The Company has paid structuring and consulting fees in connection with the loan and forward sale.

Execution of the Silver Agreement constitutes the final phase of the Company's strategy to redeem its outstanding Notes and Convertible Notes. As such, a portion of the net proceeds from the Silver Agreement has been used to completely pay out the Company's noteholders. As part of the completion of the Silver Agreement with Deutsche Bank, David Levy, the noteholders' representative on the board, has resigned as a director of the Company.

Joao C. Manuel, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, "The closing of these agreements with Deutsche Bank will allow us to focus on expanding our Molejon gold plant in Panama, and develop our concessions in Spain and Portugal. We are very pleased with the confidence Deutsche Bank once again has clearly shown in our projects."
