S-GEN der nächste Black Berry - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Seamless WiFi (SMWF) ist noch ein wenig bekanntes Unternehmen und könnte die nächste Erfolgsaktie werden. Die nächsten Wochen dürften mit der Auslieferung des S-GEN an die Distrubatoren sehr spannend werden.
Georderte Stückzahlen sind nicht bekannt. Der Kurs scheint weit unterbewertet.
Seamless hat mehrere Erfolgsversprechende Produkte in der Pipeline. U.a. haben sie Aufträge von 7 Flughäfen abzuarbeiten.

Der S-GEN (ausgezeichnet auf der CES 2008) kann deutlich mehr als der Black Berry von Research In Motion oder z.B ein PDA jeglicher Herkunft und ist ausgestattet mit einer klappbaren, vollwertigen QERTY-Tastatur, ausgestattet mit zukunftsweisender Technologie.

Der nächste Highflyer??? Das Potential scheint bei der jetzigen MK von ca. 200.000 USD bei 30 Mio. Shares schier unbegrenzt.

die anzahl der aktionäre ist nicht so wichtig,das produckt muß stimmen und auch verjauft werden,alles andere ist fast egal.
weiß garnicht wieviele jahre ich hier schon drin bin.
von den 80k aktionären sind bestimmt die hälfte so tief in den miesen das ein verkauf die kosten nicht deckt.

Sehe ich genauso. Der Blackberry hat ja nicht so großen Erfolg, weil es an sich möglich ist emails empfangen u zu senden, sondern weil man dies mobil tun kann.
Und danach sieht das Ding beileibe nicht aus - tut mir leid, aber ich möchte es nicht in der Anzugtasche haben. U was mache ich in der U-Bahn, wenn ich schnell auf ne Mail antworten will - die Tastatur ausklappen, wenn ich unter Umständen nicht einmal einen Sitzplatz habe??

Ne ist klar, die haben alle ihren persönlichen Chauffeur. Und auch wenn viele Reisen mit dem Taxi stattfanden ist es da letztlich genauso unpraktisch, da ich ja quasi eine Unterlage brauche.
Und bzgl der U-Bahn-Fahrer muss ich dir leider widersprechen. Vllt solltest du dich mal genau umschauen, wieviele Leute von ihren Firmen mit einem Blackberry ausgerüstet werden u wieviele von denen in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Arbeitsplatz kommen, weil das einfach viel schneller geht, als mit dem Auto im Verkehr zu stecken.
Da spielt das Jahresgehalt auch keine Rolle, sondern die Zeit.

Ja, vermutlich den Absturz auf 0,000001 US$.

Nochmal: das Produkt ist ärmlich, der Außenauftritt (Webseite) auch.
Ich sehe NULL Mehrwert in einem S-Gen im Vergleich zu einem Black Berry, (oder HP oder iphone oder ....).
Wo ist der komperative Konkurrenzvorteil dieses Produkts?
Kostet mehr als ein anständiges Notebook und falls eine vollwertige Qwerty Tastatur der Bringer wäre, würde HP oder RIM sofort so ein Ding als Zubehör anbieten. Kostet den Anwender dann nochmal 50 EUR und gut.
Da diese Tastatur aber am Markt durchgefallen ist (siehe Zubehör für alte PALM Geräte) bekommt man (wenn man denn einen bekommt) ein Gerät, dass nicht nur bescheiden aussieht (meine Meinung) sondern auch von einer Firma stammt, die offensichtlich Lieferschwierigkeiten hat. Von einem Garantiefall möchte man da besser nicht ausgehen. Da Black Berrys (als Hauptkonkurrent) hauptsächlich von Business Kunden genutzt werden, denke ich nicht, daß so eine Firma ein `preferred supplier` irgend eines vernünftigen Unternehmens werden kann.

Wer spricht hier von Zug. Vllt solltest du mal über den deutschen Tellerrand hinausschauen. Nur weil du in einem Kaff wohnst, in dem keine U-Bahn fährt, heißt das nicht, dass das in den Großstädten (u ich rede hier von richtigen Metropolen) auch so ist.
Dementsprechend verpasse ich auch keine Züge, weil alle alle 1-5min ne tube kommt u ich einfach so zur Station laufe.

Obwohl ich S-SIB auch für eine noch nicht abschätzbare Einnahmequelle zum generieren von Gewinnen halte.

PhenomTM, keine Ahnung, wie es bei der halb fertiggestellten Sicherheitssoftware weitergeht.

Sobald ich andere das Ding nutzen sehe, oder mein Arbeitgeber damit anfängt uns damit auszurüsten (je nachdem was eher geschieht), denke ich gern wieder darüber nach.
Momentan ist aber weder erstes noch zweites der Fall.
U wenn die Aktie tatsächlich so ein Renner ist, kann man ruhig die ersten 300-500% verpassen. Da steht man sicherer an der Außenlinie. Only my 2 cents.

Ich finde Deine Agumentation nicht die schlechteste.

Nur man sollte bedenken, dass die ersten Schritte nach oben sehr gross werden könnten.

Wenn Dein Arbeitgeber den S-GEN an seine Angestellten verteilen sollte, läuft die Party kurstechnisch gesehen in ganz anderen Regionen.

Hmhmhm. Hab mir gerade mal die Homepage und den Prüfungsbericht zum 30. Juni 2007 angeguckt. Was mir ins Auge gestochen ist:

Dann die Bilanz:
Additional paid-in capital 17,057,454

Accumulated deficit

Positives EK aufgrund Einzahlungen. Erträge aus dem operativen Geschäft sehr niedrig (Revenues 42717).

Soweit ich das verstehe, passierte da zum 30.06.07 fast nix mehr. Hat sich das wesentlich geändert? Hab so auf Anhieb nix gefunden.

Was mich noch stutzig machte, ist der Text zum S-XGEN:
"We are confident, based on current progress, that we will have the units manufactured and ready for market by mid October 2006."

Möchte hier keine negative Stimmung machen, sondern habe mich aus Neugierde über die Threads zum Unternehmen nur mal versucht 5 Minuten (!) schlau zu machen. Also bitte keine Beiträge a la "verzieh Dich, Miesmacher". Was macht Euch angesichts der obigen Zahlen so optimistisch?

Seamless WiFi (SMWF) ist noch ein wenig bekanntes Unternehmen und könnte die nächste Erfolgsaktie werden. Die nächsten Wochen dürften mit der Auslieferung des S-GEN an die Distrubatoren sehr spannend werden.
Georderte Stückzahlen sind nicht bekannt. Der Kurs scheint weit unterbewertet.
Seamless hat mehrere Erfolgsversprechende Produkte in der Pipeline. U.a. haben sie Aufträge von 7 Flughäfen abzuarbeiten.

Der S-GEN (ausgezeichnet auf der CES 2008) kann deutlich mehr als der Black Berry von Research In Motion oder z.B ein PDA jeglicher Herkunft und ist ausgestattet mit einer klappbaren, vollwertigen QERTY-Tastatur, ausgestattet mit zukunftsweisender Technologie.

This versatile micro/mini computer can actually perform and be utilized as a “Working Tool” that is more convenient and portable than other units available today.

Our new device while maintaining its small size, has been specifically designed with a fully deployable folding “QWERTY” keyboard for data manipulation and navigation allowing the user ease of access. It has a 4 inch high definition screen that provides a clear and crisp screen display. The unit is extremely versatile and will come as a completely loaded Wireless working computer. It is “Blue tooth” enabled and can be used as well as an entertainment and gaming unit. The unit will also contain the Seamless patent-pending encryption software incorporated into its system to protect sensitive information.


The unit’s size places it in between the “Palm and the Lap Top” category. As such, it can be transported easily because it readily fits into a pocket or a purse, or be easily carried by hand. It does not require a carrying case, and despite its small size, it is designed with a batteries life of up to ten hours.

Also contained within is sufficient “on-board” memory available to support an operating system that will run standard programs needed for business operations as well as entertainment and gaming programs.

Pre-market test units will be ready and available for Beta testing by mid-June. We are confident, based on current progress, that we will have the units manufactured and ready for market by mid October 2006.

PUNE: While iPhones are still making headlines, the mobile industry has already started talking about introducing the next-generation mobile consumer experience: the Linux mobile operating system!

Azingo Inc, a California headquartered IT company, on Friday announced the launch of an open and globally consistent software platform based on mobile Linux system for use by the whole industry.

While Azingo has decided on the commercial release of its Linux based mobile telephony software in Europe next year, if all goes well the gizmo will hit the Indian markets by 2010.

Mahesh Veerina, chief executive officer of Azingo, told reporters here that the industry was shifting from proprietary systems to an open, neutral platform and that the platform would be Linux.

The technology has been entirely developed in India with Pune and Hyderabad being the two research-and-development centres. "Service operators worldwide are rapidly moving towards web-driven, on-demand applications rather than pre-packaged and standard packages," Veerina said.

Industry experts opine chipset advances will soon outpace the ability of any single proprietary system. Thus Azingo has positioned itself with open Linux-based mobile phone software that inherently supports each of these industry-shifting dynamics.

Nokia leads in the mobile phone operating systems market with 40 percent market share. The industry projects 7 billion mobile users in the next five years and opportunity for mobile Linux is estimated at 2 billion. With 2.5 billion mobile users in Indian and China alone, Azingo is very upbeat about its product.

"Azingo has established relationships with six of the top base-band providers and four top global mobile operators. Azingo offers a complete Linux platform and engineering services aimed at providing a one-stop solution for designing and commercializing new mobile phone products," said Veerina.

Azingo is a core member of the LiMo Foundation. The foundation's mission is to catalyze next-generation mobile consumer experiences by delivering an open and globally consistent software platform based upon mobile Linux.

The LiMo Foundation is open to all vendors and service providers in the mobile communications marketplace including device manufacturers, operators, chipset manufacturers, independent software vendors, integrators and third party developers, Veerina said.

Gerdass, bitte nicht immer nur die Rosienen aus dem geschriebenen herauspicken, die Dir passen und mit denen Du die Anleger in Seamless hineinlocken willst:

"with a 90 day delivery schedule" - Diese 90 Tage sind gewiss schon abgelaufen. Seamless hätte sicher gemeldet, wenn sie schon welche ausgeliefert hätten.

Somit kann man mir einem gewissen Anteil davon ausgehen, dass die Bestellung hinfällig ist.

Seamless hat nichts vorzuweisen, ausser das was ein bestimmter Depp immer wieder als regelmässige Wiederholungen hier einstellt.

Seamless ist mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit ein riesen großer Betrugsskandal. Hier werden nur Aktien ausgegeben, damit der große AL sich seine monatlichen Gehaltszahlungen spendieren und seiner Holding fetten Profit einfahren kann.

NEW YORK (dpa-AFX) - Der amerikanische Navigationsgeräte-Spezialist Garmin verschiebt den Start seines mit Spannung erwarteten ersten Handys. Das Kombigerät mit dem Namen ´nüvifone´ werde voraussichtlich im ersten Halbjahr 2009 statt wie zuvor angekündigt bis Ende dieses Jahres auf den Markt kommen, teilte Garmin am Mittwoch mit. Das ´nüvifone´ mit einem großen berührungsempfindlichen Bildschirm soll GPS-Navigation, UMTS-Datenübertragung und Sprachtelefonie bieten. Garmin hatte es Anfang des Jahres angekündigt.

Grund für die Verschiebung sei, dass es länger dauere, alle Anforderungen der Mobilfunk-Anbieter zu erfüllen, erklärte Garmin. Man sei aber mit dem Interesse der Netzbetreiber zufrieden. Das Unternehmen machte die Ankündigung in seinem Bericht zum zweiten Quartal. Darin senkte Garmin auch seine Prognosen für das laufende Jahr deutlich. Alles zusammen enttäuschte die Anleger so sehr, dass sie die Aktie um 22 Prozent fallen ließen.

Garmin hatte in dem Quartal ein Umsatzplus von 23 Prozent auf 912 Millionen Dollar und ein Gewinnwachstum von knapp 20 Prozent auf 256 Millionen Dollar verbucht. Beim Gewinn pro Aktie rechnet das Unternehmen im gesamten Jahr nur noch mit 4,13 Dollar statt der zuvor erwarteten 4,40 Dollar. Der Umsatz werde bei 3,9 Milliarden Dollar liegen und nicht wie bisher angekündigt bei 4,5 Milliarden, hieß es.

Navigation gilt als einer der wichtigsten Trends im Mobilfunk - unter anderem weil die Wirtschaft große Hoffnungen mit ortsbezogener Werbung verknüpft. Zugleich suchen Hersteller von Navigationsgeräten nach neuen Impulsen, weil sich der zuletzt rasant gewachsene Markt allmählich sättigt.

Das Garmin-Handy käme in einen sich schnell füllenden Markt. So bietet der weltgrößte Handy-Hersteller Nokia verstärkt eigene Navigationsdienste an. Die Finnen schlugen zudem Garmin im Bieterwettstreit um den Anbieter elektronischer Karten Tele Atlas. Das neue iPhone 3G von Apple beherrscht auch Ortung via GPS- Satelliten. Derzeit gibt es noch keine vollwertigen Navigations- Anwendungen für das iPhone im Angebot, aber der europäische Garmin- Konkurrent TomTom soll schon ein Programm entwickelt haben. Gulf Resources Reports Second Quarter 2008 Results

8-14-08--Gulf Resources, Inc. ("Gulf Resources" or the "Company"), a
leading manufacturer of bromine, crude salt and specialty chemical
products in China, today announced its financial results for the three
and six months ended June 30, 2008.

Second Quarter Highlights -- Net revenue was $23.8 million, an increase
of 92% from 2007 -- Gross profit was $9.7 million, an increase of 90%
from 2007 -- Income from operations was $8.6 million, an increase of
79% from 2007 -- Net income was $6.3 million, an increase of 103% from
$3.1 million in 2007 -- Basic and fully diluted earnings per share
doubled to $0.06 from $0.03 in 2007 Second Quarter 2008 Results "We are
quite pleased with Gulf Resources' results for the second quarter and
the first half of 2008. The strong growth in revenue and net income was
the result of the contribution of the five new bromine producing
properties acquired in 2007 and early 2008," said Ming Yang, Chief
Executive Officer of Gulf Resources. "We have also added additional
capacity in our chemical segment that enables Gulf to serve China's
expanding demand for environmentally friendly chemical compounds." Gulf
Resources' net revenue in the second quarter of 2008 was $23.8 million,
an increase of 92% from $12.4 million in the second quarter of 2007.
Net revenue increased because of strong growth in sales of the Bromine
and crude salt segment as a result of the recently acquired bromine
producing facilities, growth in the Chemical products segment and
favorable exchange rates.

Sales within the Bromine and crude salt segment were $18.0 million, or
75.8% of the Company's net revenue in the second quarter of 2008,
compared to $7.7 million or 62.2% of the Company's net revenue in the
second quarter of 2007. Sales of the Chemical products segment were
$5.8 million in the second quarter of 2008, a 23% increase from sales
of $4.7 million in the second quarter of 2007 due to the introduction
of new products and favorable exchange rates.

Gross profit in the second quarter of 2008 was $9.7 million, a 90%
increase from $5.1 million in the second quarter of 2007. Gross profit
margin was 40.8%, compared to 41.3% in the second quarter of 2007. The
slight decrease in gross margin was due to a new tax on extracted
resources effective January 1, 2008 that was recorded in the second

quarter of 2008. The new tax amounted to nearly $700,000 and it was
partially offset by higher gross margin achieved on sales of bromine
and crude salt, production efficiencies and increased utilization of
the bromine production capacity in the second quarter of 2008.

Operating expenses in the second quarter of 2008 were $1.1 million,
compared to $347,017 in the second quarter of 2007. Operating expenses
increased due to professional fees resulting from the Company's new
corporate structure, increased land tax fees and salary expenses due to
the Company's expanded operations and the funding of a research venture
that began in the fall of 2007.

Income from operations in the second quarter of 2008 was $8.6 million,
an increase of 79% from the second quarter of 2007. Operating margin
was 36.0% in the second quarter of 2008, compared to 38.5% in the
second quarter of 2007.

Income taxes were $2.3 million compared to $1.7 million in the second
quarter of 2007. The Company's effective tax rate was 26.8% compared to
34.8% in the year ago period due to reductions in the Chinese corporate
income tax rates which became effective January 1, 2008.

Net income was $6.3 million in the second quarter of 2008, representing
a 103% increase from $3.1 million in the second quarter of 2007. Basic
and diluted earnings per share were $0.06 for the second quarter of
2008, compared to $0.03 in the second quarter of 2007.

Six Month Financial Results Revenues for the first six months of 2008
were $45.8 million, up 104% from revenues of $22.5 million in the first
six months of 2007. Gross profit was $19.1 million, up 109% from gross
profit of $9.2 million for the six months of 2007. Gross margin was
41.8%, compared to 40.8% for the first six months of 2007. Operating
income was $17 million, up 97% from $8.6 million for the first six
months of fiscal 2007. Net income was $12.4 million, or $0.12 per basic
and fully diluted share, compared to $5.7 million, or $0.06 per basic
and fully diluted share, for the same period a year ago.

Financial Condition As of June 30, 2008, Gulf Resources had cash and
restricted cash of $10.6 million and working capital of $11.8 million.
Notes payable totaled $21.2 million and shareholders' equity was $41.5
million as of June 30, 2008. During the six months ended June 30, 2008,
the Company generated $9.3 million in cash flow from operations,
primarily due to net income.

Recent Developments In July 2008, Gulf Resources signed an agreement
with Longteng, the largest privately owned coated art paper producer in
China, to supply a variety of custom produced chemicals for use in the
manufacturing of high quality paper products. Gulf Resources will
produce a total of five new custom paper additives specifically for use
in the production of high quality specialty paper products.

In July 2008, Gulf Resources established a cooperative research and
development agreement with the Shandong Institute of Light Industry
("SILI") to create improved products for use in the papermaking
industry. This research and development initiative with SILI gives Gulf
Resources the sole right to use any products and technologies developed
for a period of two years, to create new, superior paper additives for
use in the production of high quality specialty paper products.

Business Outlook Gulf Resources reaffirms previously issued guidance
for its 2008 financial results, with revenues expected to be between
$84 million to $90 million, net income expected to be between $22
million to $25 million, and diluted earnings per share expected to be
between $0.22 and $0.25. This guidance does not include the impact of
any unusual charges.

and will continue to seek opportunities to expand our business both
through acquisitions and increased operating efficiencies. Demand for
bromine remains strong and we expect that this will continue to be the

Bei all dem gezerre und persönlichen Auseinandersetzungen in den letzten Tagen ein erneuter Versuch zum wesentlichen zurückzukehren.

Es stand einmal eine Idee. Nur das viele Geld fehlte bisher die anvisierte Mission umzusetzen. Ein kleiner OTC-Wert mit einer geringen MK, 1:1000 flüssige Mittel im Gegensatz zu einem an der Nasdaq gelisteten Wert.
Viele fragten sich immer wieder, wann kommen die Produkte. Ich frage diejenigen wovon.
Die entscheidende Frage seit 2005 ist, wann schafft es Seamless einen Investor zu finden.
Hier wird permanent von einem mittlerweile mutierten Museumsstück gesprochen. Diese Aussage ist so im Kern nicht richtig. Die verwendete Technik macht den S-GEN zu dem was er ist und die ist austauschbar.

Also nicht hoffen auf die Einführung der Produkte mit Zukunft, sondern das finden von Investoren ist hier entscheidend.

Wir wissen nichts und genau das ist der einzige Punkt den man Seamless vorwerfen muss.

Haben sie Investoren mit ins Boot holen können, dürften wir hier deutlich verbesserte Kurs mit nur noch einer Null vor dem Komma sehen.

Die ganze Show und die Sprüche seitens Seamless am Anfang des Jahres waren nichts anderes, als Seamless für Investoren atraktiv zu machen.

Seamless war und ist ein Zock auf die Zukunft dieses Unternehmens.

Der Ausgang dieser endlosen Geschichte bleibt weiter offen. Es mehren sich hier die Anzeichen, dass die Talsohle erreicht wurde.

Seamless war und ist ein Zock auf die Zukunft dieses Unternehmens.

Nein, Seamless war und ist ein Zock mit der Dummheit, der unerfahrenen Anleger, denen man mit ein paar Bildern und Berichten von vorgetäuschten "Produkten" sowie Durchhalteparolen und Gerüchten schon jahrelang ein Gutes Ende vorgaukelte.

Natürlich gehört auch Gier und Glaube dazu.

Gier auf schnelles Geld schaltet erfolgreich das Gehirn aus.

Glaube an die Priester - welche ständig Gute Nachrichten ankündigen und Hoffnung erwecken.
Hartnäckiger Glaube an steigende Kurse - trotz jahrelanger Abwärtsdendenz = R/S, abwärts... R/S, abwärts...
Glaube an "die Firma" und an "die Produkte", die stark religiös verbrämt hochgehalten werden.

Wer seriös anlegen, ist hier sicher am falschen Platz.

irgendwann bekommt man ein Gespür für Betrug.

Deine Reaktion ist menschlich und selten. Wenn du über dem Punkt bist, dann hättest du es jetzt einfacher in pinks zu investieren. Falsch wäre jetzt ein Dax Invest. Das ist meine eigene Erfahrung.
