Nichts spricht dagegen, das Fusilev in Zukunft auch in Europa, Japan und dem Rest der Welt durch Spektrum vertrieben wird.

Da stellt sich mir auch gleich die Frage, was wurde vorher in den USA, Kanada und Mexico anstelle Leucovorin benutzt, und warum hat Sanofi oder Takeda nie eine FDA Zulassung beantragt oder erhalten.
Ich denke schon das Fusilev weit unterschätzt wird. Es ist ein völlig neues Medikament. Schaut man sich die Anwendungsgebiete von Leucovorin an, so könnten da noch einige Indikationen hinzu kommen.

Sumatripatan, das Migräne Mittel wurde für 21 Mio Dollar komplett verkauft. Da gibt es also keine Tantiemen.
Fusilev ist ein Levoleucovorin. Es ist nicht das Leucovorin das in Europa und Japan durch Sanofi und Takeda verkauft wird.
"Levoleucovorin is the only commercially available formulation comprised only of the pharmacologically active enantiomer of leucovorin (Levoleucovorin or (6S)-leucovorin)."
Sumatripatan, das Migräne Mittel wurde für 21 Mio Dollar komplett verkauft. Da gibt es also keine Tantiemen.

(RTTNews) - Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SPPI: News ) reported third quarter net loss of $8.82 million or $0.28 per share, compared to a net loss of $7.38 million or $0.24 per share in the same quarter of last year. Analysts polled by First Call/Thomson Financial expected the company to report a net loss of $0.33 per share for the quarter.
The company did not generate revenues for the current quarter. The revenues for the prior year quarter were $3.25 million.
