.. aktuell aus yahoo-Finance veröffentlichung. Solider Aufwärtstrend, kaufen unter 100$. Mir scheint das tun einige bereits.
McDonald's Corporation (MCD) is a global fast-food giant with thousands of locations worldwide. McDonald's offers consumers breakfast, lunch and dinner meals with a menu based on value. This strategy has allowed the company to grow all over the world and the next stage of growth will come from emerging markets. As incomes rise in certain countries like China, and Brazil, more consumers may want the convenience and value that McDonald's offers. This stock is in a solid uptrend and just closed at fresh 52-week highs, so wait for pullbacks below $100.
Here are some key points for MCD:
Current share price: $99.53
The 52-week range is $72.14 to $101
Earnings estimates for 2011: $5.23 per share
Earnings estimates for 2012: $5.73 per share
Annual dividend: $2.80 per share, which yields 2.8

"that has strong growth potential."
McDonald’s Corporation (MCD)
McDonalds’ is the second largest fast food restaurant chain in the world operating 32,943 restaurants in 117 countries worldwide. It has a market cap of $103 billion, a 52-week trading range of $72.14 to $101 and is currently trading at close to its 52-week peak at around $100, with a price-to-earnings ratio of 20.
Despite the difficult economic environment, McDonald’s has continued to grow both earnings and net income. It reported a 4% increase in earnings for third quarter 2011, reporting $7.2 billion an increase from $6.9 billion for the second quarter. Net income rose 7% to $1.5 billion for the third quarter from $1.4 billion in the second quarter. It also has a stronger balance sheet with cash and cash equivalents increasing by 15.5% to $2.4 billion.
McDonald’s is also performing well in comparison to its competitors. It has a dividend yield of around 3% which is the seventh highest in its industry and higher than YUM Brands’ (YUM) 1.9% and Wendy’s (WEN) 1.5%. McDonald’s has a return on equity of 38%, which is the fifth-highest in its industry and higher than Pizza Inn’s (PZZI) 29% and Wendy’s -0.2% but lower than YUM’s 68%.
I believe that McDonald's is the perfect defensive dividend play in an uncertain economy and volatile markets as it possesses all of the desirable characteristics of a defensive stock. These include operating in an industry segment, which isn’t traditionally seen as defensive but has had relatively consistent ongoing earnings despite the poor economic conditions. It pays a healthy dividend of $2.80 per share, which is a yield of almost 3% with a history of consistent dividend payments and it has relatively low price volatility with a beta of 0.36. It also has a relatively conservative debt to equity ratio of 0.94, which further enhances both dividend and price stability. All of this when combined with McDonald’s healthy profit margin of 21%, which is the highest in its industry segment, makes McDonald’s a solid defensive dividend play that has strong growth potential as the economy improves. Accordingly, I believe that the stock is certainly worthy of further investigation and analysis.

Given the strong performance of the Dow Industrials, it is not surprising that many of the Dow stocks were relatively close to their monthly Starc+ bands at the end of the year. I have found that the proximity of a stock’s monthly closing price to its Starc bands is one of the most reliable ways to identify overbought and oversold stocks.
It should be no surprise that McDonald’s Corp. (MCD) which had a stellar gain of 30.7% in 2011 is the most overbought stock, as its yearly closing price is just 3% below the monthly Starc+ band.

Mir doch Wurscht !!
