Nicht ganz sebaldo,

soweit mir von anderer Stelle mitgeteilt wurde, fängt man mit den Arbeiten an der Baustelle an sobald man die tariff application erhalten hat. Das PPA an sich ist dann nur noch Formsache, da man sich diesbezüglich wohl bereits geeinigt hat.

So wie ich das sehe, wird da gerade im Hintergrund um den Tarif zur Stromlieferung gepokert. Kein Wunder, gilt dieser Vertrag doch dann für 25 Jahre. Ein geringfügig abweichender Betrag pro KW/h bedeutet fortwährende Mehr-oder Mindereinnahmen von zig Millionen für PCY oder andersrum mehr oder weniger Kosten für die mongolische Regierung 365 Tage im Jahr, 25 Jahre lang !

Es gibt ja momentan auch nichts Neues mitzuteilen. Alle weiteren Planungen hängen nun einmal vom PPA ab, und das kann man nicht herbeireden oder schreiben.

Yes it is true that those deadlines were not met. Please note that those deadlines are based on the feedback from the Mongolian Government and therefore represent company management's expectation. The website will be updated soon.

1, 2. We are still negotiating with the Government. We are expecting Energy Regulatory Commission. to whom tariff application was submitted, to come up with the results of their review of the tariff application soon. Once and if we have tariff proposal from ERC, next step is to sign PPA with NETGCO. Please note that we already reviewed PPA with NETGCO and Ministry of Energy specialists and believe that we are in the agreement. While i made some predictions related to the dates of getting tariff proposal and signing on PPA, it is based on the feedback from and contingent on the Mongolian Government, therefore those dates remain uncertain.

3. We need to start mobilization and foundation work in Q2 2013 to ensure power availability in 2016 (Q2 -Q3), please refer to the company presentation on the website.

4. The website will be updated soon.

5. Please refer to our latest financial statements available on the website.

6. We have developed strong support from the local govt and ministries on Zeltura opening and pushing federal government to start the process of opening the border crossing. We are in discussions with possible strategic partner on possible future cooperation regarding the coal from Ulaan Ovoo mine, however there is no assurance that these discussions will result in positive outcome for Prophecy Coal. Current inventory of coal is sufficient to supply local buyers for another 4-6 months, which means that mining at Ulaan Ovoo mine may restart in summer 2013. However, if the Company finds new coal buyers in Mongolia or outside, restart of the mine may happen earlier.
