Mal schauen was wird.

I Don't Get It...?
there are people who are up in arms about the loan which obviously there had to be a reason for the company to have taken it out and that too at high interest rates and are now unhappy that the company has decided to distribute cbd jointly with Medpharm? If the company is tight on cash where would the wisdom be in trying to open up a facilities which will costs in the 20-30 millions if not more? I think the company was probably way too optimistic in how they had calculated what they were able to achieve and should have realized that it isn't cheap and you need to have significant capital flow through to do so. The company needed to scale back on our agreement with Full Spectrum and now as well as controlling our production of cbd by doing it themselves. Remember one thing--if you had witnessed what happened to bioexx specialty proteins you will understand that processing of materials is literally a death blow without having lots of capital or perhaps strong partners to share the costs with. I think what the company is doing is actually very smart--let others do the refining and what not but still be involved with them to gain a percentage and build on volume of varying products rather than trying to build on less product at more of a cost. For those of you who don't know what happened to bioexx specialty proteins--it went belly up as it was not a sustainable business in the way management was trying to run things and that was to go at it alone and scale up to commercial loads. I think that the company is making a good decision given the amount of capital it has on hand. It needs to build its coffers through sales and become in a much stronger position before taking on manufacturing on its own. Happy Thanksgiving long weekend to all my Canadian countrymen and weekend to everyone else. glta
