BENTON CAPITAL ACQUIRES LITHIUM AND GRAPHITE PROJECTS AND CHANGES NAME OF COMPANY

BENTON CAPITAL ACQUIRES LITHIUM AND GRAPHITE PROJECTS AND CHANGES NAME OF COMPANY

      April 20, 2016

Thunder Bay, Ontario: Benton Capital Corp. (TSXV: BTC) (“Benton” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have unanimously agreed to refocus the Company’s efforts toward a 100% green-energy exploration and development company. The main focus will be the acquisition and development of high quality Lithium and Graphite projects which the Company considers to be the necessary metals of the future as demand and growth continues worldwide driven by green technology. This includes lithium ion batteries used in electric cars, smart phones, tablets, and home and industrial power storage along with many other applications. Companies such as Tesla launched their home storage lithium-based Powerwall battery system which sold out in August 2015 and Tesla has said it will aim to source raw materials locally in North America where responsible mining laws are in effect which will reduce the environmental footprint.

Pursuant to this new direction and subject to regulatory approval, Benton will subsequently change its name to Alset Energy Corp. and in is the process of applying for a new trading symbol.

Given the Company’s new focus it would also like to announce that it has acquired by staking a 100% interest in the Wisa Lake Lithium deposit located 80km east of Fort Frances, Ontario. The property is connected to Highway 11 (Trans Canada) located 65 kilometres north via an all weather paved road that crosses the centre of the project. The property is comprised of 2 claims totaling 30 units and covers the Wisa Lake deposit that is host to a historical resource of 330,000 tonnes grading 1.15% Li2O (Lexindin Gold Mines Ltd., Manager’s Report, 1958; Ontario Geological Survey, Open File Report 6285, Report of Activities 2012). In 1956 Lexindin completed a total of 20 drill holes (packsack and AQ-sized core) over a strike length of 335m and to a depth of approximately 65m to outline the Wisa Lake lithium mineralization. The diamond drill log of the most easterly hole intersected 6.4m containing 20% of the lithium-bearing mineral spodumene suggesting the mineralization is open at depth and to the east. It should be noted that the historical resource estimate for the deposit was calculated prior to CIM National Instrument 43-101 guidelines and as such should only be considered from a historical point of view and not relied upon. A qualified person has not completed sufficient work to classify the historical estimates as current mineral resources. Further diamond drill programs are required to bring the mineralization into a proper NI 43-101 compliant category.

The Company has also agreed to acquire a 100% interest in the Champion Graphite project from Benton Resources Inc. (TSXV: BEX) (a company related by common directorships) for a payment of 1 million shares to Benton Resources Inc. and subject to a 2% NSR. Benton Capital will have the option to buy back 1% of the NSR for $500,000. The Champion Graphite project represents a non-core asset of Benton Resources Inc. and the related party directors of each of the respective companies abstained from voting to approve the acquisition. The retained NSR provides Benton Resources Inc. with the opportunity to participate in any future success of the project. The Champion Graphite project is located north of Kenora, Ontario and consists of 29 units in 2 claims. The ground covers a large concentration of airborne electromagnetic anomalies hosted in metasediments. The airborne survey was conducted by Dighem Surveys & Processing Inc in 1989 on behalf of Champion Bear Resources Ltd. Dighem describes the anomalous area as consisting of numerous sub-parallel bedrock conductors of variable strength associated with a highly complex magnetic unit (MNDM assessment files). A year prior to the airborne geophysical survey, historical trenching was conducted by Bellwether Resources Ltd. in 1988. The trenching uncovered graphite occurrences where channel samples returned weighted average grades of up to 1.76% carbon over 25.0m (MNDM assessment files).

Stephen Stares, Company President and CEO stated “we are excited to embark on this new strategic course aimed at providing shareholder value and growth. The importance of exploration and development of metals used in green technology cannot be understated and Benton looks forward to acquiring and developing quality assets in this space”.

All of the above transactions are subject to TSX.V and regulatory approvals.

Benton Capital is well funded with approximately $1 million in cash.

Clinton Barr (P.Geo.), V.P. Exploration for Benton Capital Corp., is the qualified person responsible for this release and has reviewed and approved all scientific and technical data and disclosures in this release.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Benton Capital Corp,

      "Stephen Stares"

Alset Energy Provides Update on Initial Sampling Programs at the Wisa Lake Lithium and Champion Graphite Projects

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 25, 2016) - Alset Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ION) ("Alset" or "the Company") is pleased to announce updates for the Wisa Lake lithium project and the Champion graphite project.

As part of the Company's due diligence, five grab samples were collected from the two historical zones at Wisa Lake. Two grab samples collected from the North Zone graded 1.4% and 0.95% Li20 which are comparable to the grade of the non-NI 43-101 compliant historical resource of 330,000 tonnes grading 1.15% Li2O (Lexindin Gold Mines Ltd., Manager's Report, 1958 - referred to in OGS, Open File Report 6285, Report of Activities 2012). Three additional grab samples were collected in the South Zone, located 900m south and parallel to the North Zone, which graded 1.75%, 1.47% and 1.45% Li2O. Both zones were drilled in the 1950's but very little work has been completed since. Alset has now collected and submitted for assay, an additional 56 grab samples from various pegmatites occurring on the property. Of particular interest is a newly discovered spodumene-bearing dyke located 100m south of the South Zone. Once received, these results will help guide the next phase of exploration.

The Company has also completed a small prospecting program on the recently acquired Champion Graphite project (see Company PR dated April 20, 2016). Using a geophysical instrument designed by Geonics Limited in 1963 known has the Ronka EM 15, the Company identified and confirmed multiple individual conductive zones associated with flake graphite in overburden covered areas. Seven small individual holes dug to bedrock at a depth of approximately 1m over a distance of approximately 1.3km across stratigraphy has identified flake graphite that graded from 1.7% to 8.98% Carbon. The Company is very encouraged with these initial grab samples and is planning further stripping work to commence as soon as possible. The Company cautions all the sampling results above are selected grab samples and may not be reflective of the average grade of any of these identified zones.

With both projects showing encouraging initial results, Alset has applied for Exploration Permits with the Ministry of Northern Development & Mines (MNDM) to allow for further exploration including trenching and diamond drilling where warranted. Under the Ontario Mining Act, the permits are generally issued within 50 days of written application request. Within this process the Company is required to notify and consult with all First Nation Communities and other stakeholders located within the region of the projects. Alset is committed to working in a responsible and respectful manner and will ensure the concerns of all neighbouring stakeholders are addressed.

Alset would also like to thank the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation and the Ontario Prospectors Association for accepting the Company's applications to receive a grants for both projects under the Junior Exploration Assistance Program.

Alset is well funded with approximately $1 million in cash.

Clinton Barr (P.Geo.), V.P. Exploration for Alset Energy Corp., is the qualified person responsible for this release.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Alset Energy Corp.,

      Stephen Stares, President

Nun ja. Morgen könnte sie nochmals zulegen, immerhin würde heute das Volumen in Höhe von über 9 Millionen Stück, also von umgerechnet mehr als 30% der ausgegebenen Aktien gehandelt!. An einem Tag. Puh! Nicht schlecht ... .

      2016-05-26 12:54 ET - News Release

      Mr. Stephen Stares reports

TIM OLIVER TO LEAD ALSET ENERGY'S LITHIUM ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR SALARS IN MEXICO

Alset Energy Corp. has formed a specialty committee and hired expert personnel to help with the evaluation, advancement and potential development of the lithium-, potassium- and boron-rich salars in which the company has an option to purchase under the previously announced binding letter of intent from Litio Mex SA de CV of Zacatecas, Mexico (see press release dated April 19, 2016). The new committee will be led by Tim Oliver, previously of Lithium-X Energy Corp., and will be joined by David Hawkins and Brian Robertson.

Mr. Oliver has 39 years of experience in the international mining industry, including extensive experience in Mexico. Mr. Oliver launched his mining career in 1977 at Newmont Mining Corp.'s integrated complex (mining, concentrating, smelting and refining), Magma Copper Company in Arizona, serving as the corporation's first environmental engineer. Over the next 17 years, he rose through the engineering and managerial ranks at operating locations for Magma, Exxon, Monsanto Chemical Company and Phelps Dodge Mining Corp. In 1992, Mr. Oliver went freelance, consulting to the industry independently until 2003, when he joined M3 Engineering in Tucson, Ariz. While working at M3, he managed NI 43-101 studies and served as qualified person for numerous projects in Canada's Yukon Territory, Mexico and the United States. Following his tenure at M3, he served as principal engineer and Mexico country manager for Tetra Tech. In 2013, Mr. Oliver returned to independent consulting, managing projects in Brazil, Canada, Peru, Serbia and the U.S. Until February this year, he served as vice-president, project development, for Lithium-X Energy. Mr. Oliver graduated with a BSc in environmental engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1976, and is a registered professional engineer in Alberta, Arizona and Colorado. Mr. Oliver is a regular contributor on minerals engineering subjects to the respected mining investor newsletter, Brent Cook's Exploration Insights.

Mr. Oliver recently reviewed technical documentation gathered by the company for the Mexican salars and stated: "These concessions offer an exciting lithium opportunity. Tests completed by the current owners show the presence of lithium-containing brines in the central Mexican salinas within the concessions. The Mexican Plateau is one of the few places on earth where the combination of climate and past volcanic activity combine to favour formation of lithium-containing brines. Other areas include parts of California and Nevada in the U.S.; the South American Plateau area covering parts of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile; and Tibet. So, we know lithium-containing brines are present. Now we need to determine their extent and quality. In addition, preliminary inquiries reveal no legal or environmental impediment to construction of solar evaporation ponds. We will confirm this finding during the due diligence investigation. In short, the lithium brine concessions located in the central Mexican Plateau may represent an opportunity to pioneer a new lithium brine production district."

Mr. Hawkins has over 30 years of experience with water issues in the inter-mountain western and northern Mexico. Previously, he led the hydrology effort on Lithium-X Energy's Clayton Valley North project and assisted with designing the infill drill program for its planned maiden resource estimate. Elsewhere, his experience has included hydrologic modelling, supervision of water quality monitoring, supervision of large-scale drilling programs for water supply development, and development of water supplies for potable and industrial use. He was principal hydrogeologist for Groundwater Resources Consultants Inc. of Tucson, Ariz., from 1986 to 2000, and has been owner and principal hydrogeologist of Barranca Group LLC since 2001.

Mr. Robertson is president and chief executive officer of Source Exploration Corp., advancing the Las Minas project in Veracruz State, Mexico. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate management, direction of exploration programs, project management, mine permitting, mine construction and development, as well as mine operations and the evaluations of corporate acquisitions. During his 21-year career with Placer Dome, he operated open-pit and underground mines in Canada and was area manager for the South Deep mine, South Africa. He served as president of Victory Nickel and Nuinsco Resources, and is currently a director of Romios Gold Resources Ltd., Appia Energy Corp. and Minnova Corp. Over the last seven years, Mr. Robertson has directed exploration activities in Mexico and has developed a number of business relationships with people involved with the Mexican mining industry. He is a graduate mining engineer from the University of Alaska, has a graduate diploma in business administration from Laurentian University and is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Stephen Stares, president and CEO of Alset, commented: "We are extremely fortunate to have secured three very strong advisers for the Alset team. Their willingness to join the company's advisory team underscores their enthusiasm surrounding the Mexican assets currently under evaluation for lithium and potassium potential. With their expertise, Alset will be well positioned to evaluate and potentially advance these projects effectively."

Sowas hatte ich bisher auch noch nicht: Eine Mehr-Als-Verzehnfachung bei einer Mine innerhalb von gut vier Wochen.

Hier hab ich sie depotmäßig eben eingeordnet.
