(Kurzfassung)___ Habe mich heute über die Aktie Informiert und meiner Meinung nach ist Piedmont momentan ein wenig festgefahren und kann nicht wirklich vieles dagegen machen. Es herrschen viele Unsicherheiten. Erstens hat Sayona (off take Partner) immer noch Schwierigkeiten die Anlage hochzufahren bzw. die Kosten unter Kontrolle zu bekommen. Zweitens sind einige wichtige Genehmigungen worauf man wartet, die sehr wichtig für das Unternehmen sind. In Ghana sind zwei ausständig und in Tennessee wartet man auch auf zwei Genehmigungen die in den nächsten 6 Monate kommen sollen (eine zumindest). Außerdem schaut es Charttechnisch auch nicht gut aus und wenn es so weiter geht kann es noch -20 nach unten gehen, wenn sich das Sentiment nicht ändert oder unerwartete News kommen. Laut Unternehmensaussage könne aber News jederzeit kommen!

NAL completed its maiden shipments during the quarter, following the restart of operations in March 2023. Total sales volume
in Q1 FY24 was 48,211 dry metric tonnes, with product quality parameters in line with target specifications. Three vessels
loaded with spodumene concentrate departed port during the quarter, with AAL Moon departing in August 2023, and BBC
Rainbow and Spliethoff Happy Delta departing in September 2023. The concentrate on board the vessels which departed port
in September was sold to Piedmont Lithium under the terms of the offtake agreement.
A total of 11,504 tonnes of spodumene concentrate was stockpiled at the port as at 30 September 2023.

that Ghana’s Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources has granted a Mining Lease in respect of the Company’s flagship
