moin DG- lers,

sahen dann im weiteren verlauf gestern sogar neues jahres- HOCH von 27,5ct , bevor
zum sitzungsende leichte gewinn- mitnahmen einsetzten und uns mit 26,5ct den
handel beschließen ließen.

denke mal, bei nunmehr einer MK von grad mal cad-mios 7,- sollte noch genug
luft nach oben gestehen.

....und RBC ist auffällg am einsammeln günstiger stücke - gut möglich, daß
wir noch jahreshoch von cad 0,265 testen...........

The highway-accessible, multi-crew program targets the collection of SGH soil samples from approximately 2,000 individual site locations across the full-extent of the southern portion of Dixie Gold's Red Lake Gold Project. The soil program is designed to assist in the potential delineation of future drill targets.

Dixie Gold's Red Lake Gold Project is situated contiguous to and northeast of the Dixie Gold Project being advanced by Great Bear Resources Ltd.

welch quantensprünge hier denkbar sind, war bereits ende 2019 zu sehen als spekt.
aqui veröfftl. wurde. denke mal, nach ersten pos. infos von angedachten expl.
kanns hier wieder SO krachen............ähnlich wie beim grossen nachbar GREAT BAER, der
inzwischen bei ner MK von knapp cad- mios 550,- angelangt - DG hingegen eben mal 5,- !!!!!!

DIXIE GOLD INC. ANNOUNCES EAST PRESTON URANIUM PROJECT UPDATE

Dixie Gold Inc. has entered into amending agreements with Azincourt Energy Corp. and Skyharbour Resources Ltd. concerning the East Preston uranium project. Under the amending agreements, Azincourt shall be granted a period extension to March 31, 2021, to: (1) deliver the final cash payment and (2) complete a modest amount of exploration work remaining in connection with respect to Azincourt's earn-in of a 70-per-cent interest in certain mineral claims constituting the East Preston uranium project.

In consideration for the extension, Azincourt has agreed to issue 2.5 million common shares of its equity, at a deemed price of five cents per share, to Dixie Gold.

Completion of the issuance of the consideration shares remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Following the issuance, the consideration shares will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.

Under the terms of the extension, Dixie Gold executed agreements necessary to extend the deadline for the remaining obligations to complete the earn-in of a 70-per-cent interest in the project by Azincourt from Dixie Gold and Skyharbour, which, as noted above, include incurring a small portion of the remaining exploration expenditures and delivery of a final cash payment, of which the net amount due to Dixie Gold is $200,000. Following satisfaction of these obligations, Azincourt Energy would hold a 70-per-cent interest in the East Preston uranium project............
