Meine Aussage bezieht sich auf den gleichen gewählen Weg, das im Gestein lagernde Gold über Zyanid zu extrahieren und in einen Stausee zu leiten. Hierzu gab es aufgrund des Widerstands der Bevölkerung viele Berichte in den Medien (Roşia Montană). Bezogen auf Arbeitsplätze und die Gold Produktion in Europa, ist es sehr schade.

1. Mental muss mach sich darauf einstellen: Das Investment ist "verloren". Dann war es jedoch kein "Investment" - sondern ein ganz blödsinnig-ordinärer "Zock".
2. Es ist "fertig", wenn es "fertig" ist - und heute ist noch nicht "fertig"!
Meine Einschätzung:
Ganz entscheidend ist die abweichende Meinung desjenigen Schiedsrichters, der die Auffassung der "Mehrheit" nicht mitträgt. Und zwar kommt es drauf an, ob effektiv substanzielle Verfahrensfehler vorliegen. Und da kann ich mir nur vorstellen, das vorgelegte Beweise nicht oder zu wenig gewürdigt wurden. Dazu kommt noch die mögliche "Befangenheit" von Pierre Tercier. Da liegen die "Beweise" der Verbindung von Pierre Tercier zu Exponenten von "Lalive" auf dem "Tisch". Es stellt sich einfach die Frage der "Relevanz". Auf jeden Fall habe ich zweimal an Gabriel Resources und White & Case geschrieben.
Die "gute" Nachricht ist, wir müssen (wahrscheinlich) nicht die vollen 120 Tage warten, bis eine verbindlichere Einschätzung möglich ist. Im Mai braucht Gabriel zusätzliches Kapital. Sollten die Hedge-Fonds der Auffassung sein, dass ein Antrag auf "Nichtigkeit" gute Chancen hat - dann wird finanziert. Aber selbstverständlich zu katastrophalen Konditionen - da muss man sich keine Illusionen machen - das sind "Heuschrecken".
