      INNOVA HOLDINGS
      Wkn.: A0B7LF
      Berlin/USA

Warum bezeichnet der Software-Gigant Microsoft, das Micro-Unternehmen Innova Holdings als "wertvollsten Partner"?

      http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060629/0140536.html

(D. h. beide Firmen arbeiten also schon aktiv an Soft und Hardware-Lösungen in diesem Bereich).

CoroWare worked closely with Microsoft during the development period of Robotics Studio and as a result, has been named a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Partner).

1 Mio. Stücke sind aktuell im Betrieb.

Innova Holdings, Inc. Reports Third-Generation Robot Controller Nears Completion and Scheduled to Ship in June

FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. – May 8, 2006 – Innova Holdings, Inc. (IVHG:OTCBB), a robotics and automation technology company, announced today that its newest product, the Universal Robot Controller 3, is in the final stages of development and is scheduled for the first shipment(s) next month.

Sales for this next-generation Universal Robot Controller™ are already under way, with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University among the first scheduled to put the controller in service.

The controller has been developed by Robotic Workspace Technologies, or RWT™, an Innova Holdings company. RWT is a leading provider of open-architecture PC controls, software and related products that we believe improve the performance, applicability and productivity of robots and other automated equipment in industrial environments.

“We believe the URC3 represents the latest advancements in open PC technology, motion control and communications interfaces,” said Robert Ballard, vice president of operations for RWT. “In our opinion, the controller is ideal for robotic applications that require high-speed, simple setup and straight-forward programming. And we’re confident our customers will appreciate the new Teach Pendant, a 10.4-inch LCD touch-screen monitor that can function as a stand-alone monitor when working offline or while the robot is operating.”

The new controller also offers customers a sleek, compact design, and is 27 percent smaller overall than its predecessor.

According to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, in cooperation with the International Federation of Robotics, there are approximately 1 million industrial robots in service across the globe. We believe many of these older robots are prime candidates to have their controllers upgraded to the URC3, Ballard said.

“We believe that any company thinking about upgrading their robots or adding robots should be interested in learning how the URC3 will offer a significant cost savings versus replacing an entire robot system,” he said.

      Microsoft Sees Future In Robots

Microsoft showcased the community technology preview (CTP) of a new Windows-based environment to create robotic applications for a wide variety of computing platforms, at the RoboBusiness Conference and Exposition 2006 in Pittsburgh. The new environment Microsoft expects will provide thrust for academic, hobbyist and commercial developers to create robotic applications for a wide variety of computing platforms. As a preview this represents an early release not yet intended for commercial use, however, it should enable you to try out and see what Microsoft is working on.

Key features of the Microsoft Robotics Studio environment include:

Microsoft Robotics Studio includes a visual programming tool to create and debug robot applications. Robotics Studio enables developers to generate modular services for hardware and software, allowing users to interact with robots through Web-based or Windows-based interfaces. Developers can also simulate robotic applications using realistic 3D models; Microsoft has licensed the PhysX engine from AGEIA, a pioneer in hardware-accelerated physics, enabling real-world physics simulations with robot models. The PhysX simulations can also be accelerated using AGEIA hardware.

Microsoft Robotics Studio provides a lightweight services-oriented runtime. Using a .NET-based concurrency library, it makes asynchronous application development simple. The services, message-based architecture makes it simple to access the state of a robot’s sensors and actuators with a web browser

Microsoft Robotics Studio programming model can be applied for a variety of robot hardware platforms. Third-parties can also extend the functionality of the platform by providing additional libraries and services. Both remote (PC-based) and robot-based (autonomous) execution scenarios can be developed using a selection of programming languages, including those included in Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Visual Studio Express languages (C# and VB.NET), as well as Jscript and Microsoft Iron Python as well as third-party languages that conform to its services-based architecture.

"Robotics has long been a technology area that has captured the attention and expectations of many. We think robotics is poised to take off rapidly, and there are solid indications that this is true! With component hardware costs coming down and computational capabilities increasing, the robotics industry appears to have the right conditions to really grow quickly", said Tandy Trower, General Manager, Microsoft Robotics Group.

Microsoft Robotics Studio delivers three areas of software:

A scalable, extensible runtime architecture that can span a wide variety of hardware and devices. The programming interface can be used to address robots using 8-bit or 16-bit processors as well as 32-bit systems with multi-core processors and devices from simple touch sensors to laser distance finding devices.

A set of useful tools that make programming and debugging robot applications scenarios easier. These include a high quality visual simulation environment that uses for software physics supplied by the Ageia Technologies PhysX engine.

A set of useful technology libraries services samples to help developers get started with writing robot applications.

Microsoft featured the following third-party demos at RoboBusiness 2006:
      :eek::eek:
Coroware: Coroware, an Innova Holdings company, showed its Surveyor robot that can be remotely operated or programmed to run semi-autonomously for surveillance applications.

Robotics Next Consumer App for Microsoft
By Richard Wilson -- Electronics Weekly, 6/20/2006

Microsoft has highlighted its interest in software for consumer robotic applications with the first demonstration of robotics software aimed at home users, schools and universities.

Microsoft gave users a first view of its Robotics Studio package at the RoboBusiness Conference today. The technology preview of the Microsoft Robotics Studio is available for download here.

:eek:Microsoft sees great potential in robotics, and we are excited to deliver our first technology preview of Robotics Studio, making it easier to create robotic applications across a wide variety of hardware, users and scenarios," said Tandy Trower, general manager of the Microsoft Robotics group.

The Windows-based software is aimed at academic, hobbyist and commercial developers looking to develop robotic applications ranging from household vacuum cleaners to unmanned vehicles for search and rescue missions.

But it is the widespread consumer use of the software that is potentially most exciting for robotics technology, which is still viewed as a highly specialist and costly technology.

Microsoft Robotics Studio includes a visual programming tool for creating and debugging robot applications. There is also a capability to simulate robotic applications using realistic 3-D models.

Microsoft has licensed the PhysX engine from AGEIA, a specialist in hardware-accelerated physics, which will support real-world physics simulations with robot models.

      Microsoft: macht Roboter

      Redmond glaubt an Roboter
      21.06.2006

      :eek::eek:

Innova Holdings CEO to Be Speaker at FBI National Academy Associates Florida State Conference
Monday July 10, 7:00 am ET

Chairman and CEO, Walter K. Weisel, Will Update Law Enforcement Professionals on Potential Benefits of Using Unmanned Tactical Vehicles in the Field

FORT MYERS, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 10, 2006 -- Innova Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:IVHG.OB - News), a robotics technology firm providing software and hardware systems to the service, personal, and industrial robots markets, announced today that Walter K. Weisel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has been invited to address the Florida Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates Annual Training Conference on Monday, July 31, 2006, at Sanibel Harbor Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, Fla. Mr. Weisel will discuss emerging technologies associated with robotics and in particular how unmanned ground vehicles are increasingly playing a major role in law-enforcement operations. He will highlight real-world situations where law enforcement has benefited from robotics, citing several local and state agencies around the country, as well as the military, that are using remote-controlled unmanned vehicles.

"Law enforcement and other first-responder agencies are beginning to see the value of these new technologies, particularly in life-and-death situations like explosive ordinance discovery and disposal, surveillance in hazardous situations, search-and-rescue and other tactical matters," said Mr. Weisel. "Through our subsidiaries, Innova Robotics and CoroWare, and in partnership with Mesa Robotics, we are committed to working closely with such agencies to develop unmanned ground vehicle hardware and software systems."

As an example, the rugged, flexible, and versatile Matilda unmanned ground vehicle from Mesa Robotics has proven itself in the harshest of terrains and circumstances -- from the global war on terrorism to tracking down criminals in hostile situations in the United States. Matilda will be "live" on stage as part of Mr. Weisel's presentation, and will be on display throughout the conference.

"These annual training events are critical in keeping law enforcement executives updated on current issues," said Dennis Duffala, a retired colonel from the Lee County Sheriff's Office and a Florida Chapter representative. "We look forward to Mr. Weisel sharing his expertise."

Duffala expects some 200 attendees from local, state and federal agencies throughout Florida, as well as vendors, to attend the four-day event. This year's conference theme is Critical Incident Management. Speakers include an active-duty U.S. Army colonel who will discuss the military's response to Hurricane Katrina; instructors from the FBI's Critical Incident Unit; and a security expert from the National Football League who will discuss security at major sporting events since September 11, 2001.

Innova Holdings Receives Multi-Unit Order for Recently Launched URC3
Wednesday July 12, 9:20 am ET

Robotic Workspace Technologies Inc. (RWT(TM)), the Industrial Robot Control Subsidiary of Innova Holdings, Will Provide URC3(TM) Controls for 8-axis MIG Welding Application

FORT MYERS, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 12, 2006 -- Innova Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:IVHG.OB - News), a robotic technology firm providing software and hardware systems to the service, personal, and industrial robotic markets, announced today that it has received a multiple unit order for the recently launched URC3 (Universal Robot Controller(TM)) from a custom fabricator of parts for the trucking industry.

In each workcell, the URC3 will interface with a six-axis Cincinnati Milacron 646 robot being used for MIG welding. The workcell includes a Miller Deltaweld® system equipped with Miller Auto Invision(TM) welding control and a two-axis positioning table for a total of eight (8) axes under URC3 control. The URC3 will be running RWT's ArcScript application software.

"This is the sort of application in which the URC3's open PC architecture really sets us apart from other controllers," comments Robert Ballard, Vice President of Operations. "It allows the manufacturer to keep their workcell intact by replacing the existing robot controller with the URC3, saving time and rework cost. Not only can the URC3 be retrofitted to the older robots, but it easily can be integrated with the weld system and positioning table freeing up floor space and providing the added benefit of an easy to use supervisory control, in addition to robot control, for each workcell."

The recently launched high-performance URC3 robot controller is smart, easy, and open. Many of the enhancements are the direct result of capabilities developed to meet the continuous feedback from the marketplace. Specifically, the URC3 features improved processing speed and improved path following and speed control, particularly for older robots like Cincinnati Milacron 646 robots. RWT's RobotScript® language is used for off-line programming, language-based programming, and program line commenting. It features built-in libraries and subroutines to reduce the time required for programming. RobotScript provides the capability for advanced motion and process, multiple servo axis control, network support, and communication with other PC devices. The URC3's will also be running ArcScript application software that RWT has developed specifically to simplify programming arc welding applications.

      Form 8-K for INNOVA HOLDINGS

      25-Jul-2006

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Termination of a Material Definitive

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On July 21, 2006, Innova Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") consummated a Securities Purchase Agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") dated July 21, 2006 with Cornell Capital Partners L.P. ("Cornell") providing for the sale by the Company to Cornell of its 10% secured convertible debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $2,825,000 (the "Debentures") of which $1,250,000 was advanced immediately. The second installment of $575,000 will be advanced on the date of the filing by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") of the Registration Statement (as defined below). The last installment of $1,000,000 will be advanced three business days after the date the Registration Statement is declared effective by the Commission.

The Debentures mature on the third anniversary of the date of issuance (the "Maturity Date"). The holder of the Debentures may convert at any time amounts outstanding under the Debentures into shares of common stock of the Company (the "Common Stock") at a fixed conversion price per share equal to $0.04 (the "Conversion Price"). Cornell has agreed not to short any of the shares of Common Stock. The Company's obligations under the Purchase Agreement are secured by substantially all of the Company's, and its wholly owned subsidiary's (Coroware Technologies, Inc.) assets.

Under the Purchase Agreement, the Company also issued to Cornell five-year warrants to purchase 10,000,000 and 15,000,000 shares of Common Stock at a price equal to $0.05 and $0.10, respectively, together with three-year warrants to purchase 23,000,000, 20,000,000 and 25,000,000 shares of Common Stock at a price equal to $0.025, $0.065 and $0.075, respectively (collectively, the "Warrants").

In connection with the Purchase Agreement, the Company also entered into a registration rights agreement with Cornell (the "Registration Rights Agreement") providing for the filing of a registration statement (the "Registration Statement") with the Securities and Exchange Commission registering the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Debentures and exercise of the Warrants. The Company is obligated to use its best efforts to cause the Registration Statement to be filed no later than 30 days after the closing date. In the event of a default of its obligations under the Registration Rights Agreement, including its agreement to file the Registration Statement with the Commission no later than 30 days after the closing date, or if the Registration Statement is not declared effective within 120 days after the closing date, it is required to pay to Cornell, as liquidated damages, for each month that the registration statement has not been filed or declared effective, as the case may be, either a cash amount or shares of our common stock equal to 2% of the liquidated value of the Debentures.

The Company claims an exemption from the registration requirements of the Act for the private placement of these securities pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Act and/or Regulation D promulgated thereunder since, among other things, the transaction did not involve a public offering, Cornell is an accredited investor and/or qualified institutional buyer, Cornell had access to information about the Company and its investment, Cornell took the securities for investment and not resale, and the Company took appropriate measures to restrict the transfer of the securities.

On July 25, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing the entry into the Securities Purchase Agreement with Cornell, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise subject to the liability of that section, and shall not be incorporated by reference into any registration statement or other document filed under the Act or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.

Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On July 21, 2006, the Company terminated the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement (the "SEDA") dated June 14, 2005 with Cornell, together with all of the definitive agreements related thereto. In addition, on July 21, 2006 Cornell agreed to terminate the promissory note in the remaining principal amount of $80,000 in exchange for the Company's issuance of 4,848,500 shares of Common Stock to Cornell.

The funds will be used to fuel the growth of the Company, in particular the sales and marketing of the new URC3 robotic controller for Robotic Workspace Technologies, Inc. and the sales and marketing initiatives for the Mesa product line of unmanned robotic vehicles into the homeland security, first responders and military markets. Additionally, funds may be used for future growth through acquisitions and continued product development.

"We looked at our capital requirement and decided it was a better value proposition to the Company and its stockholders to raise the money at a fixed price rather than relying on selling our stock into the market," states Walter K. Weisel, Chairman and CEO of Innova Holdings. "We are fortunate to have built a strong relationship with Cornell based on the progress of the Company and Cornell is willing to make this additional investment based on our opportunities and projections. We believe that our strong partnership with Cornell will provide the funding necessary to fuel our growth, and in particular support sales and marketing. We represent the Mesa Robotics product line for which we have exclusive worldwide rights through the Innova Robotics subsidiary. We are booking orders and ramping up marketing for the URC3 product within the Robotic Workspace Technologies, Inc. (RWT) subsidiary, and we are planning the expansion of the CoroWare subsidiary which supports the application of mobile robotics and offers web-based services and other software business solutions."

David Ratzker, Vice President for Cornell said, "We are very excited about expanding our relationship with Innova Holdings in its very exciting market sectors, and to provide the funding to help the Company implement its strategic actions."

NASA Expands Order for Innova Robotics & Automation's Universal Robot Controller to Enhance Ground Testing
Monday February 26, 7:00 am ET

Controller Will Increase the Rate of Movement Commands and Synchronize Responses Between Virtual and Physical Robots

FORT MYERS, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 26, 2007 -- Innova Robotics & Automation, Inc. (OTC BB:INRA.OB - News), a robotics technology firm, today announced that NASA has expanded a previous order for the Universal Robot Controller 3(TM) (URC3(TM)) from the Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT(TM)) subsidiary. Innova will further increase the capabilities of the URC3 so that it will be able to process commands at an even faster rate of 1,131 commands per second, up from the 1,000 commands per second specified in the original order. In addition, Innova will provide an external clock synchronization signal to NASA's Linux-based host PC that will function as the "heart beat" that triggers the initiation of commands to the robotic arm.

NASA needs the increased functionality to simulate a robotic arm operating in the zero-gravity environment of space where deflection and other zero-gravity effects could affect a mission outcome. NASA is already using the URC3 at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) to engineer and simulate the navigation capabilities of a docking system it is developing.

"This addition to the original NASA order gives us the opportunity to further demonstrate the benefits and functionality capable from an open architecture, PC robot controller," said Robert Ballard, vice president of operations, RWT. "It also provides Innova another opportunity to showcase its expertise in developing custom technology solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of robotic applications."

Key capabilities of the URC3 include increased processing speeds for improved path following and motion control, and improved communications between the robot and the controller, and between the controller and other enterprise systems. The URC has been awarded three pioneer patents issued by the USPTO pertaining to the interface of a general use computer and the demanding motion control required by robots, regardless of specific applications.

"We are gratified to start the year by expanding our relationship with NASA and being more involved in the development work for NASA's operations in space," said Walter Weisel, Chairman and CEO, Innova Robotics & Automation. "I believe that today's announcement speaks to the success to date of Innova's engineering team on this project, and we look forward to our expanded role with NASA."

The URC is designed for plug-and-play connectivity and simplifies programming tasks through the use of its universal programming language, RobotScript®, which is based on Microsoft® technology. RobotScript features English-language commands and syntax, making it very easy for operators to learn and use. Because the controller utilizes non-proprietary components, replacement parts are commercially available and can be quickly and inexpensively purchased "off the shelf." The URC3 is more compact than the previous model as well as several OEM controller models, freeing up valuable floor space on the production floor for other processes. The URC and the RobotScript programming language are also being used to operate various models of ABB, Cincinnati Milacron, Fanuc, Kawasaki, Unimation and Yaskawa Motoman robotic arms.

Innova Robotics & Automation Announces Non-Binding LOI to Acquire Altronics Service, Inc.
      Monday , March 05, 2007 12:00 ET

FORT MYERS, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/05/07 -- Innova Robotics & Automation, Inc. (OTCBB: INRA), a robotics technology firm, today announced it has signed a "non-binding" letter of intent to acquire Altronics Service, Inc., a contract maintenance and service organization that supports NC (Numerical Control), CNC (Computer Numerical Control), and other devices used with automated manufacturing equipment. Altronics is located in Port Charlotte, FL. The completion of the proposed acquisition is subject to due diligence, negotiation, and execution of final, definitive agreements, as well as other customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1989 to service and retrofit Westinghouse controls on punch presses, Altronics' business has since expanded to include repairs and maintenance of legacy controls. According to Al Fleming, President of Altronics, the current active customer base has over 1,200 accounts located throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Great Britain that include small and mid-sized companies as well as companies listed on the Fortune 500. Its capabilities include repair or replacement of proprietary control components for NC, CNC, and DC servo systems as well as a comprehensive retrofit program that includes integration of controls, motors, drives, and plasma torches. Altronics uses Hypertherm plasma systems and Glentec drive products in its retrofit program.

"While this represents a modest acquisition, when completed, we believe it will be an important addition to our company as we both have unique intellectual properties and serve markets with significant potential," commented Walter Weisel, Chairman and CEO, Innova Robotics & Automation. "Added to Innova's spectrum of innovative hardware and software solutions for control and communication between automated devices, if the acquisition is completed, Altronics' capabilities can greatly expand the breadth of the services we offer," Mr. Weisel continued. "The service and retrofit expertise provided by the proposed Altronics acquisition complements our Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT™) and CoroWare subsidiaries, which currently provide a wide range of open PC control products and services. Our combination of applications development for enterprise systems including factory reporting can offer the Altronics customers longer equipment life and the ability to become integrated into factory automation solutions. We believe this proposed acquisition is another step forward in Innova's strategy to provide total factory solutions through open systems."

Innova has now commenced the required due-diligence phase of the acquisition process and intends to execute a definitive agreement.

      Also abwarten und dabei bleiben
