Serengeti Completes 2007 Drill Program at Kwanika

Vancouver, B.C., December 19, 2007: Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX-V: SIR) reports that it completed 30 holes totaling 16,565 meters in its most recent drill program at its 100% owned Kwanika porphyry copper-gold property, British Columbia. The next round of drilling is scheduled to resume by January 15th, 2008 and will comprise a significant program designed to test for extensions of the copper-gold system and other targets in its immediate vicinity.

"We look forward to initiating this next program at Kwanika which should continue advancing the project to the next level", stated Serengeti President and CEO David Moore. "We have a fully winterized camp to support our drilling activities and a strong cash position to aggressively pursue this exciting project" elaborated Moore.

The Kwanika property comprises approximately 9,400 hectares of mineral claims situated in the Quesnel Trough between the Kemess Mine and the Mt. Milligan deposit. Serengeti has now completed 24,294 meters of drilling in 57 holes on the property since August 2006. Results for 17 complete and one partial (K-07-43) hole remain to be reported from the most recently completed program. At this time all samples have been submitted for analysis to the laboratory and Serengeti expects to have the next batch of results available for release early in the New Year.

Serengeti Commences 2008 Drill Program at Kwanika, Wins Northern BC Prospector Award

Monday January 21, 8:30 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 21, 2008) - Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIR - News) is pleased to report that its 2008 Phase I, 10,000 m drill program started on January 14th, 2008 to test extensions of the main copper-gold zone in addition to other targets on the Kwanika property. President David Moore stated, "We are pleased to resume drilling at Kwanika and continue the growth of this exciting prospect." Initial environmental and archeological studies are underway and preliminary metallurgical testing is planned.

Results of the remaining 12 holes of the 2007 program are expected by early February. "Upon receipt and integration of these assays, we will be able to determine the full magnitude of the drill program required to enable the calculation of a N.I. 43-101 compliant resource by 2008 year end," specified Moore.

The Company is also very pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 2008 Prospector or Developer of the Year award by the Northern British Columbia Business & Technology Council. The award recognizes perseverance and determination by a prospector or developer and was awarded for Serengeti's copper-gold discovery at Kwanika. "This is a real honour to receive this award which would not have been possible without the support of all of our contractors, suppliers and the local community," stated David Moore.

Serengeti Resources Inc.: Large Airborne Magnetometer Survey Completed Over QUEST Properties

Wednesday January 23, 8:30 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 23, 2008) - Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIR - News) and its 50%/50% joint venture partner Fjordland Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FEX - News), are pleased to report that Geo Data Solutions GDS Inc. of Laval, Quebec has recently completed 6,624 line kilometres of airborne magnetic surveys, at 250-metre line spacings, over all 16 SIR/FEX properties within the QUEST project area in central British Columbia. The surveys were conducted between November and December, 2007; compilation of preliminary results is in progress. The 16 copper-gold porphyry targets were acquired in the summer of 2007 on the basis of high magnetic anomalies identified from the mid-1960s' federal government wide-spaced regional airborne geophysical surveys over the area.

The QUEST JV project lies within the highly endowed and prospective Quesnel Terrane. The properties included in the Serengeti-Fjordland JV area, between Quesnel and Fort St. James, total approximately 97,000 hectares and include: Tezz, Gold, MM, Ping, RL 1, RL 2, RL 3, RL 4, RL 5, PG, Copper, ST, MP, QN 1, QN 2 and Q (see property location map on the companies' websites). The QUEST JV area also includes much of the region identified by Geoscience BC, where during 2007 it carried out regional airborne EM and gravity geophysical surveys, at 4-kilometre and 2-kilometre line spacings, respectively. Results from the EM survey, as well as from reanalysis of stream and lake sediment samples in the Quest area, will be released during the annual Mineral Exploration Roundup meeting in Vancouver, January 28-31, 2008. Much of the area surveyed is covered by glacial overburden, which has historically hampered conventional exploration. As such, this region represents a significantly under-explored area. Since the announcement of the Geoscience BC "Quest" project in June, 2007, over 750,000 hectares of mineral units have been registered by a wide variety of explorers.

Preliminary results from the Serengeti/Fjordland surveys have significantly refined the targeted magnetic anomalies on all 16 properties. Once final results are received over the next few weeks, plans will be made for follow-up ground induced polarization surveys to begin this spring.

Serengeti Intersects 610 Meters Grading 0.74% Copper, 0.78 g/t Gold Including 75 Meters of 2.28% Copper, 1.92 g/t Gold at Kwanika

Wednesday March 26, 8:31 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 26, 2008) - Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIR - News) is pleased to report the results of the first five holes of the winter 2008 drill program currently in progress on its 100% owned Kwanika porphyry copper-gold property, British Columbia.
"K-08-62 which intersected a very long interval of supergene-enriched copper-gold mineralization grading 1.06% Cu and 1.09 g/t Au over 383.9 meters is a truly exceptional hole" stated President and CEO David Moore. "We continue to be impressed with the grades and lateral continuity we are seeing along the open-edged, western side of the system at Kwanika. This has significant implications for the tonnage potential of this high grade zone," said Moore
The highlights of this drilling are shown in the table above. Drill hole orientations are provided in this table and locations are on the map overleaf. Drill hole sections and a 3D model can be viewed at www.corebox.net or by following the link on the Company's website at www.serengetiresources.com.

All five holes reported were drilled in the southern part of the main mineralized zone. An additional four holes have been completed in this same area and drilling continues here as well as on other targets to the north and south with two rigs. The winter drill program currently in progress at Kwanika has been increased from an initially planned 10,000 meters to 14,000 to 15,000 meters. Additional results will be reported when available.

Hole K-08-62: An angled hole drilled to the west, collared on Section 150N intersected a very long mineralized interval grading 0.74% Cu, 0.78 g/t Au over 610.0 meters, including two exceptional intervals of 2.28% Cu, 1.92 g/t Au over 75.4 m and 1.47% Cu, 1.93 g/t Au over 30.2 meters. This hole was drilled beneath and subparallel to the westward dipping sedimentary basin contact that onlaps the mineralized zone along its western edge. The upper interval is supergene enriched and contains significant chalcocite mineralization whereas the lower interval is high grade primary mineralization, consisting of strongly quartz-stockworked monzonite with significant chalcopyrite and minor bornite.

Hole K-08-58: A vertical hole drilled on Section 200N re-drilled the previously reported hole K-07-57, which was lost above the target depth. The new hole intersected a 217.3 meter interval grading 0.38% Cu, 0.48 g/t Au, including a high grade 69.7 meter interval carrying 0.71% Cu, 0.93 g/t Au.

Hole K-08-59: An angled hole drilled steeply to the east on Section 100N intersected a broad mineralized zone including a better grade, 110.3 meter sub-interval assaying 0.50% Cu, 0.39 g/t Au. The uppermost 29.2 meters is supergene enriched and grades 1.21% Cu, 1.09 g/t Au.

Hole K-08-60: A vertical hole drilled on Section 150N intersected a 201.0 meter interval to the bottom of the hole grading 0.37% Cu, 0.36 g/t Au. A higher grade, 129.4 meter sub-interval assayed 0.49% Cu, 0.50 g/t Au and includes a supergene-enriched zone near its upper contact grading 1.19% Cu, 1.25 g/t Au over 29.2 meters.

Hole K-08-61: A vertical hole drilled on Section 25N intersected a 56.5 meter interval grading 0.34% Cu, 0.19 g/t Au and appears to lie to the south of the higher grade core of the mineralized zone.

Serengeti Reports on Positive Mineralogical Study at Kwanika
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 7, 2008) - Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIR) is pleased to report the results from a recently completed mineralogical study that has a number of positive implications for eventual metallurgical recoveries of copper and gold from the Company's 100% owned Kwanika property located in the Quesnel Trough, British Columbia.

Thirty-seven samples representative of typical mineralized material from 10 individual drill holes were examined in this study. Important conclusions, a number of which have positive metallurgical implications are as follows:

      1. Chalcopyrite is the primary copper sulfide, making up less than 1% to 7% of the sample, and typically occurs as disseminated grains with an average size of 50 to 100 microns. Pyrite, which has an average grain size of 100 to 200 microns, occurs in similar or lesser amounts. Chalcopyrite is seldom in contact and even more rarely locked with pyrite; this should make for good separation of a copper concentrate at a typical grind size.

      2. Bornite and chalcocite occur in lesser amounts, being present in 16 of 37 and 8 of 37 samples respectively. Bornite (63% Cu) is usually intimately associated with chalcopyrite (35% Cu) and appears to have been altered from it. Chalcocite (80% Cu) is often associated with bornite. Recovery of bornite and chalcocite together with chalcopyrite in a concentrator is a standard process and is expected to lead to good grade copper concentrates at high recoveries.

      3. Native copper is present in minor amounts, being observed in 3 of 37 samples. It occurs as fine disseminations and thin veinlets and typically lies in the upper part of the mineralized zone followed by chalcocite, bornite and chalcopyrite with increasing depth. Native copper can be floated with the assistance of sulfidizing agents and with the use of powerful collectors.

      4. A cluster of gold grains (with 13% silver) as an inclusion in bornite was noted in one of the samples from the current study. This substantiates the observation that higher gold grades often occur at Kwanika when bornite is present. If this is typical, then gold should be readily recovered to a copper concentrate.

      5. The presence of abundant carbonate (typically 5-20%) was noted in most of the samples; this is a favorable environmental factor, since carbonate would neutralize acid generated by oxidation of pyrite in tailings.

"These preliminary observations are encouraging and suggest that excellent copper and gold recoveries should be achievable at Kwanika. Deposits with mixtures of copper minerals such as observed here often produce copper concentrate grades in excess of 40% Cu, for instance at Highland Valley, BC and Chuquicamata, Chile," stated David Moore President and CEO. "We will use these results to help design an initial flotation test work program," elaborated Moore.

The current mineralogical study was carried out by P.C. LeCouteur, Ph.D., P. Eng., of Micron Geological Ltd., and comments on the metallurgical implications of this work were provided by Kevin Scott, P. Eng., of Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates. Serengeti Signs Major Option Agreement with Newcrest on Croy Bloom/Davie Creek Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 17, 2008) - Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIR) is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding Heads of Agreement with a Canadian subsidiary of Newcrest Mining Limited ("Newcrest") whereby Newcrest may earn a joint venture interest in Serengeti's Croy Bloom/Davie Creek property located in the Quesnel Trough of central British Columbia.

Newcrest may earn a 51% interest by funding C$10.0 million in exploration expenditures and making C$500,000.00 in cash payments over four years. Newcrest may then elect to earn an additional 14% interest by funding an additional C$25.0 million in qualifying expenditures towards a pre-feasibility study over a further four years. The first year's work program of C$1,000,000.00 is a commitment with C$100,000.00 cash due on August 1, 2008.

The Croy-Bloom property is located within two km of a logging road spur from the Kemess Mine haul road in the Johansson Lake area of the northern Quesnel Trough. Prior work by Serengeti and others has outlined a large induced polarization (IP) anomaly coincident with a four square km copper-gold-cobalt geochemical anomaly containing values up to 5.5% copper, 9.4 g/t gold and 0.075% cobalt in grab samples. Three drill-ready targets have been outlined on the property including the zone described above. Serengeti's adjacent Davie Creek property is also part of the earn-in arrangement with Newcrest. Prior drilling at Davie Creek has outlined molybdenum values up to 0.073% Mo over 203 meters lying within a three km long soil geochemical and IP chargeability anomaly.

Newcrest plans an initial 2,500 meter drill program on the property commencing in August 2008. As part of the arrangement, a minimum of 20% of the exploration expenditures during the first option period must be made on the Davie Creek portion of the property.

      Kwanika

Drilling continues with two rigs on Serengeti's 100% owned Kwanika property, where a major copper-gold discovery was announced in late-2006. More than 50,000 meters have been completed in 115 holes at Kwanika and it is the Company's intention to complete the current drill program and calculate a resource by the end of this year. Drill sections and a 3D model can be viewed at www.corebox.net or by following a link on the Company's website at www.serengetiresources.com.

Central Zone: Three of the new holes in particular on the southwestern side of the central zone returned long intercepts of copper-gold mineralization including higher grade intervals as follows: 87.1 meters grading 0.89% Cu, 1.18 g/t Au in K-93; 65.6 meters grading 1.09% Cu, 1.21 g/t Au and 51.2 meters grading 0.92% Cu, 0.78 g/t Au in K-96; 95.7 meters grading 0.63% Cu, 0.41 g/t Au in K-97. As in the case of prior holes, the higher grade intervals lie near the upper boundary of the zone with an overlying sedimentary basin. Two of the holes, K-92, K-94 intersected long intervals of lower grade mineralization that appear peripheral to central copper-gold zone. Hole K-95 drilled to the west towards the Pinchi fault was not completed to target depth. All seven holes reported here are step-outs drilled on 50x75 meter centers and continue to expand the zone to the west.

North Extension: Drilling of the four holes in the northern extension of the main zone shows a broad zone of approximately 200 meters true width of modest grade mineralization (eg. 370.1 meters grading 0.16% Cu, 0.19 g/t Au in K-101) gradually narrowing to the north along 525 meters of strike length.

South Zone: One hole, K-102 was drilled as a 50 meter step-out from prior hole K-82 and intersected a near surface zone of copper-molybdenum mineralization grading 0.35% Cu, 0.05 g/t Au, 0.013% Mo over 119 meters with several higher grade sub-intervals. This hole and others drilled in the vicinity for which results are pending indicate that a near surface zone of copper-molybdenum mineralization is present in this area.

The highlights of this drilling are provided in the table above, as are drill hole orientations. Hole locations are shown on the map attached. Drill sections and a 3D model can be viewed at www.corebox.net or by following a link on the Company's website at www.serengetiresources.com.

      Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Sample analysis for the current program was completed at Global Discovery Lab in Vancouver, BC. A comprehensive quality assurance/quality control program including duplicate samples, blanks and standards formed part of the sampling protocol in addition to the laboratory's own quality assurance program. Individual copper values exceeding 2000ppm and gold values exceeding 100ppb were assayed and these intervals combined with geochemical determinations on the balance of the samples, with all results reported in % and g/t respectively. This procedure will generally result in an understatement of the average grades. The field program was supervised by Rich Parish, P.Geo., of Coast Mountain Geological Inc. VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sep 11, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SIR) is pleased to report continued excellent results from the Central Zone and the best results to date on the South Zone from the 2008 drill program at its 100% owned Kwanika copper-gold property in BC.

"Hole K-113 clearly demonstrates the exceptional grade and widths present in the heart of the Central Zone at Kwanika intersecting 0.5% copper, 0.9 g/t gold over 482.5 meters," stated President & CEO David Moore. "We have also intersected the longest, highest grade and most gold-rich intercept drilled so far in the South Zone where hole K-110 cut a 313.8 meter mineralized interval including 54.0 meters assaying 0.34% copper, 0.76 g/t gold. This has very positive implications for the grade and tonnage potential of the South Zone at Kwanika," elaborated Moore.

The 2008 drill program which was completed in early August consisted of 66 holes totaling 31,429 meters. Results are pending for 10 of these holes and will be released when available. Since the inception of drilling at Kwanika, over 55,000 meters have been completed in 123 holes. This very large database will be used in a resource calculation for incorporation into a NI 43-101 compliant geological report by year end 2008.

Central Zone: Hole K-113 was drilled as an infill hole in the heart of the Central Zone and intersected 482.5 meters grading 0.51% Cu, 0.90 g/t Au with a supergene-enriched chalcocite-bearing interval grading 0.76% Cu, 1.39 g/t Au over 278.5 meters. K-107 was drilled as a step-out on the deep western extension of the Central Zone and encountered a higher grade section carrying 0.54% Cu, 0.51 g/t Au over 110.9 meters at the upper contact of a broad mineralized zone. Hole K-112 drilled on the southwest edge of the zone did not intersect significant mineralization and K-103 was not completed to target depth. Hole K-111 drilled on the east side of the Central Zone encountered a near surface zone grading 0.51% Cu, 0.18 g/t Au over 29.8 meters and a deeper lower grade zone which expands the mineralized envelope to the east of prior drilling.

South Zone: The highlight of the current holes in the South Zone is K-110 which intersected a broad 313.8 meter mineralized zone within which a 54.0 meter section grades 0.34% Cu, 0.76 g/t Au. A sulphide rich zone within this interval carries 1.56% Cu, 5.03 g/t Au over 6 meters. These are the highest gold grades seen to date in the South Zone and demonstrate the potential to discover a significant copper-gold-molybdenum zone within the large, 2,000 meter long, associated IP geophysical anomaly. The closest holes to K-110 are located 250 meters to the north and 300 meters to the south. At the northern end of the South Zone, holes K-104 and 106 to 109 were drilled as 50 meter step-outs and K-105 as a 100 meter step-out on prior holes K-82, K-102. Collectively, seven of these eight holes intersect a near-surface zone of chalcopyrite and locally significant molybenite mineralization varying from 34 to 119 meters thick within a 150x150 meter drilled area open in three directions. Copper-equivalent grades in the recently reported holes range from 0.4 to 0.6%.

The field program was supervised by Rich Parish of Coast Mountain Geological Inc. Serengeti and Fjordland Identify Six Priority IP Targets for Follow-Up on Their QUEST Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 24, 2008) - Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SIR) and its 50%-50% joint venture partner, Fjordland Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FEX) are pleased to report that they have selected six priority target properties (Q, ST, MP, Copper, Ping and Mil) from their recently completed 110-line kilometer reconnaissance induced polarization (IP) surveys under their QUEST project for follow-up work. The IP surveys were conducted over nine selected target properties, based on a thorough review of the results of airborne magnetic surveys completed by the Joint Venture during 2007-2008 and of airborne electromagnetic and gravity surveys completed by Geoscience BC during 2007. The target properties lie within the QUEST JV project, that currently comprise 27 copper-gold properties totaling 144,000 hectares, lying between Quesnel and Fort St. James, BC.

David Moore, President & CEO of Serengeti, comments, "We are very pleased to have identified six high-quality induced polarization anomalies with chargeability highs indicating the possible presence of sulphides on these six properties within our QUEST project area. Our systematic approach to exploring this vastly under-explored portion of the Quesnel Trough is moving us one step closer to selecting drill targets to test for buried porphyry copper-gold deposits. The significant mine expansions at Taseko Mines' Gibraltar mine, the record production and continued good exploration success at Imperial Metals' Mount Polley mine, the proposed mine development plans for Terrane Metals' Mt. Milligan deposit, and Serengeti's pending resource calculation at our Kwanika copper-gold deposit are a testament to the mineral potential of the region."
