Ich will garnicht wissen was passiert wenn die Zahlen auditiert sind und der Wechsel an die OTC BB ansteht.

falsch, es gibt keine Altaktionäre, momentan sind gerade 200 Mio. outstanding davon 20 im Freefloat.
Einzig eine Agentur verkauft 2 Mio, die müßten aber schon längst weg sein. Es wird jetzt vierteljährlich eine Dividende gezahlt, in Höhe von 0,001 $ im Jahr 0,004 das wären auf den heutigen Kurs 66%

BANGKOK - (Business Wire) The Anviron Holding Company (Pink Sheets: ANVH) (“Anviron”), a manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology solutions, announced today that through its International Subsidiary Anviron Ltd, they have completion a new acquisition of Orientia-GIMS Ltd a distribution and service company based in mainland China.

Anviron has maintained a presence in the Chinese market through its previous relationship with Orientia-GIMS since May of 2008. "This new dimension of our relationship gives Anviron a broader and more direct reach into the largest Asian marketplace. “By completing this acquisition, we can expand on Orientia-GIMS current markets in China for our products and JV with several interested parties for the expansion of our product lines into the Chinese Mining Industries,” said Steve Young – CEO of Anviron.

“The original multi-year distribution agreement announced in May of 2008 with Orientia-GIMS, was hamstringing our marketing efforts in the Asian Mining industry. With this new direction, we have no impediments to the expansion of our markets in China,” said Marcie Corbin – CFO of Anviron.

But to me, the profit is going to come at over $1.00, not at 2 cents, which is ridiculous. We will see audited financials, we will see uplisting, we will see over $100 million in revenue, just like we saw the dividend, just like we will continue to see the dividends, and we are still at a P/E of 1, give me a break. I am a believer, these people don't lie, there's no BS here, and if you're selling this stock at this price, you will be sorry, because there isn't another opportunity like this. I should say that this is my opinion, but I believe this to be the God's honest truth! There are a few other good plays on the IHUB top ten, and I'm in those too, but this is #1 by far.

Es sind 48 - 56 Mio Umsatz für 2009 geplant Fiskaljahr endet im Juni. Für das neue Jahr sollen es über 100 Mio werden. Schau mal auf die MK
- Neuer Distributionskanal für Asien nimmt die Arbeit auf
- Thailand Projekt verspricht Mio Umsätze
- Neuer Investor aus Dubai investiert kräftig in ANVH
- 01.05.Relaunch der neuen Website -
- 30.06 Dividende die II (schau mal was bei der letzten passiert ist) Nimm nur mal 20 % Umsatzrendite

hast du eine Meinung zu der Meldung mit der ominösen
Divi-(Um)-Zahlung.Bin zwar geneigt etwas zu investieren aber leider
etwas verunsichert.Bei diesen engen Werten und Pennystocks kann es wie man sieht schnell paar dutzend % runter gehen wenn keine eindeutigen Meldungen kommen.Wann wäre ein günstiger Zeitpunkt?

Es liegt wohl am Transfercenter DTC, derem Job die Dividende an die Shareholder zu verteilen wohl nicht ganz nachgekommen ist. Meiner Meinung wird sich das spätestens nächste Woche erledigt haben. Wer da was verpennt hat ??? Ärgerlich

Ich will hier nicht die Phrasen von günstigen Einkaufskursen dreschen, aber es ist nunmal so

Anvh hat die Probleme der Dividende erkannt

Der Wert hat ja eine beeindruckende Kursperformance hingelegt in den letzten Wochen. Jetzt ist er wieder über 50% zurückgefallen. Das ist schon alles sehr merkwürdig!

Warum zahlt ein Pinksheet Wert Dividende in Höhe von über 60%? Macht er wirklich so tolle Gewinne? Warum hat dann die Investmentgemeinschaft den Wert nicht längst entdeckt bzw. warum sind die nicht längst an der Nasdaq? Ich wäre vorsichtig mit einer vorschnellen Antwort nach der Art "hier gibt es eine einmalige Chance, weil wir die ersten sind, die den Wert gefunden haben". Diese Aussagen haben in der Regel viel Geld gekostet!!

Die letzten Zahlen habe ich hier in den postings nicht gesehen, deshalb stelle ich sie hier mal rein:

Hier wird ein satter Verlust von 1,8 M$ ausgewiesen. Als Grund wird angeführt, dass es sich bei den Monaten Januar, Februar und März um die sesonal schlechtesten Monate handelt.

Wie auch immer, mich macht das alles etwas skeptisch. Die Zahlen werden lediglich in einem press release weitergegeben, es gibt kein filing. Wie gut kann man der ganzen Story trauen? Wir wissen alle, dass an der OTCBB und erst recht bei den pink sheets fast nur Gauner gelistet sind. Dafür gibt es genügend Beispiele. Die tollen Interviews des Pastors helfen da auch nicht weiter.

Die Dividendenzahlung kann auch ein neuer Trick sein, Investoren anzulocken, die man dann zügig abzockt und weiter geht's zur nächsten Firmengründung mit natürlich völlig neuen Ideen, die genau zum aktuellen Hype in den Medien (Energiekrise, Klimawandel, Umweltverschmutzung, Wasserknappheit und ähnlichem) passen wird.

Ich bin jedenfalls vorsichtig geworden bei solchen Investments ...

ja seit Qoil und Nttl bin ich auch vorsichtiger geworden...

Die Frage nach einem Investmentgesellschaft hat sich schon geklärt es sind bereits kleinere mit einigen Millionen investiert, aber das vertrauen kommt erst mit auditierten Finanz-Zahlen, wechsel an die OTCBB, und ein deutlichen Umsatz undGewinn im Bereich von 40 Mio.

Bisher scheint alles rund zu laufen, lassen wir das Thema Dividenden Auszahlung mal weg.

Hast Du Dir die Podcat mal angehört ??

Vielleicht schau doch einfach mal öfters vorbei, ich bin zwar investiert aber möchste natürlich keinen Totalverlust riskieren.

Nur kurz aus dem Urlaub ...

Die Zahlen der letzten beiden Monate kommen diese Woche, Relaunch der Website in wenigen Tagen. Divi Rückzahlung ist noch in Klärung.

Es ist noch alles im Fluss. 0,50$ wir kommen

Na ja, hier ist wohl die ernüchterung eingekehrt.Der Wert war nicht mal zum zocken geeignet.Bin nicht eingestiegen,weil die Voluminas nur Taschengeld-Trader glücklich machen können.Wenn es was substanziell neues ergibt, kannst es ja mal rein schreibe.
