XEMPLAR RETAINED EUROPEAN INVESTOR RELATIONS FIRM
Xemplar Energy Corp. has retained Value Relations (VR), of Germany, to provide investor-relations-related services to the company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The agreement with VR, which is subject to regulatory approval, includes a monthly fee of 1,250 euros for a period of a one year.
In addition, the company will pay VR a lump sum of 37,500 euros, of which 18,750 euros shall be paid upon TSX Venture Exchange approval of the consulting agreement and the remaining amount of 18,750 euros shall be paid on Oct. 1, 2009.
The agreement also provides for the granting to VR of an incentive stock option entitling VR to purchase up to 200,000 common shares of the company at an exercise price of $1.15 per common share,
valid for a period of 15 months from date of execution of the contract. A total of 40,000 options shall vest during each three-month period of the term.
