Es geht seit einiger Zeit stetig bergauf, aber es ist noch immer völlig ruhig hier...

Mit dem letzten Kursprung hab ich es tatsächlich wieder ins Plus geschafft!

Wieviele Mitstreiter aus den glorreichen Goldspringzeiten sind noch an Board?

bin jetzt schon über 3 1/2 jahre investiert. hatte die hoffnung schon aufgegeben.

ich hatte mal goldspring bis 2009 im depot...
jetzt sehe ich das hier ein namenswechsel statt fand...auf jetzt comstock.mining

wie war eigentlich das tauschverhältnis???
gabs ein split??

wie waren die umtauschbedingungen??

goldspring ist ja nicht mehr zu finden....
die hatten ja im jahr 2007 oder 2008 einen kurzen aber sehr kräftigen sprung nach oben gemacht....

Super gelaufen nach dem Split bis jetzt ... 4.45 $ waren nach altem Stand mal 0.022 $ !
Das Hoch lag damals kurzfristig mal bei 0.07 $, wären also Stand heute 14 $

Denke totzdem das 10 $ in 2011 drin sind ...

Grundsätzlich sind 200 - 250 Mio $ Bewertung bei Comstock Inc. realistisch
und fair, wenn die Produktion endlich mal beginnen würde !

Drüben im Board hat jemand mal eine detailierte Berechnung aufgestellt,
wo wir sogar auf einen PPS von ~ 20 € bei Produktionsstart kommen würden.

Warten wir es ab ...

Comstock Mining - Dayton Drilling Finds Highest Grade Mineralization To Date

Results Include One Ounce-Plus Intercept in Hole D11-21

VIRGINIA CITY, Nev., March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Comstock Mining Inc. ("Comstock Mining" or "the Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: LODE) announced the results for thirteen additional reverse circulation (RC) holes from the first phase of drilling at its Dayton Resource Area (the "Dayton"). The results include the highest-grade interval encountered to-date at the Dayton: 10 feet (3.05 m) grading 1.121 ounces per ton (38.39 g/tonne) gold and 2.279 ounces per ton (78.05 g/tonne) silver, contained in an interval of 135 feet (41.15 m) grading 0.218 ounces per ton (7.47 g/tonne) gold and 0.685 ounces per ton (23.46 g/tonne) silver. Many of the holes also encountered the deeper, silver-only mineralization that was first encountered in D10-01, the first hole in phase one.

As previously announced, this phase of Dayton drilling was designed as a series of three east-west "drill fences", or rows of drill holes, spaced approximately 750 feet apart. All of the holes on the southern fence and the first holes on the central fence were announced in the Company's February 28, 2011 press release. The holes announced today include more holes on the central fence, all of the holes on the northern fence, and an additional three holes on an intermediate fence between the central and northern fences.

Significant Mineralized Intervals

Including the holes reported today, 32 of the 39 holes in the program have been reported. All 32 holes encountered intervals of significant mineralization (gold grades greater than 0.010 ounces per ton or silver grades greater than 0.100 ounces per ton, and length of at least ten feet) with many of the holes encountering the deeper, silver-only mineralization that was first encountered in the first hole in phase one.

Hole D11-21 includes the highest-grade mineralization encountered so far. This hole includes a 10 foot (3.05 m) interval averaging 1.121 ounces per ton (38.39 g/tonne) of gold and 2.279 ounces per ton (78.05 g/tonne) silver, contained in an interval of 135 contiguous feet (41.15 m) averaging 0.218 ounces per ton (7.47 g/tonne) gold and 0.685 ounces per ton (23.46 g/tonne) silver. The mineralized zone in vertical-hole D11-21 was confirmed by the results for angle-hole D11-25. However, both holes terminated drilling prematurely due to adverse drilling conditions, both while still in the mineralization.

"The significant high-grade assays encountered in D11-21 confirm the presence of mineralization with enhanced grades within the broader mineralized zone," said Larry Martin, Comstock Mining Chief Geologist. "Since these holes on our northern-most fence encountered adverse drilling conditions and bottomed in the zone, we consider the mineralization to be open laterally and at depth. Our next drilling phase will include holes designed to test the true thickness and lateral extent of this zone."

Question: What is the status of listing on NYSE-Amex and TSX?

Answer: We are directly engaged with the AMEX team for listing on the NYSE-Amex and we believe we meet all the listing requirements. We have submitted substantially all of the required information. The remaining requirement is the year-end financial statements that will become available when we file our Annual Report on Form 10-K. We believe we will obtain our listing, pending review of our application and our Annual Report on Form 10-K, as early as May 2011. Our company has achieved such a positive change in our capital structure, including a successful reverse stock spilt, a full debt for permanent equity exchange and a capital raise with an outstanding list of institutional investors resulting in a strong, well capitalized balance sheet.

Earlier this month, I returned from the PDAC 2011 conference held in Toronto. While there, I met with the team at Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to further our progression to listing on that exchange. We have already submitted our technical reports, details on our exploration plans and Director and Officers’ Personnel Information Forms (PIF’s). These submissions tend to require the longest lead-time items for TSX review. As a Nevada corporation (and proud of it) as opposed to say, a Delaware corporation, we have some additional review requirements. Just for clarification, we are not interested in listing on the TSX Venture (TSX-V) exchange. Our governance and capital structure likely qualify us for the big board, that is, the TSX. The TSX listing is a future objective, consistent with cultivating a broader investor base. The TSX process, although engaged, will follow the NYSE listing.

I would like to add that we were met with many interested investors and industry leaders at the PDAC 2011 conference. More and more professionals in our industry are becoming familiar with The Comstock. Ja, auch wenn es vom Chart her stark nach Konsolidierung riecht, fundamental stehen hier alle Ampeln auf Grün. Vorgestern wurde der Crusher in Betrieb genommen und nun 10 Tage getestet, danach wird das erzhaltige Gestein bearbeitet und kommt zum Leachen. Wenn ich es richtig im Kopf habe, wird das erste Gold dann nach ca. 45 Tagen produziert.

Virginia City, NV (August 9, 2012) -- Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company” or “Comstock”) (NYSE Amex: LODE) announced that it has begun hauling ore from the Lucerne mine to its process area in American Flat. This marks the commencement of full mining activities and the highly anticipated return of mining to the historic Comstock Lode near Virginia City and Gold Hill, Nevada.

Mining commenced once the Company completed commissioning its new crushing facility. As a result, ore will now be crushed, agglomerated and stacked onto the newly expanded heap pads. During this period of time, the Company will also complete the commissioning of the expanded Merrill Crowe/refinery facility, fully completing the construction phase of Comstock’s march to production. Once the Company has stacked a sufficient quantity of agglomerated ore, it will also introduce solution and commence the leaching processes. The addition of solution to the heap through a buried irrigation system will then initiate the recovery of gold and silver from the ore. The final step, pouring gold and silver Doré, will begin once a sufficient quantity of the precious metals has been captured by the Merrill Crowe’s zinc precipitation process. The Company estimates the first pouring of gold and silver will occur in September.
