(OTC:SPAZ) today announced that it joined the Texas Instruments Third Party Network. Spatializer Vi.B.E.(TM) software is now available for immediate off-the-shelf implementation on the programmable TI TMS320C54x(TM) DSP family for portable and home entertainment devices that benefit through enhanced stereophonic headphone or speaker enhancement. Spatializer Vi.B.E. is a comprehensive and cost effective audio enhancement solution designed to tap and enhance the power of the digital signal processor. It provides a dramatic bass enhancement experience through even the most inexpensive "frequency response challenged" speakers or headphones. It also uses Spatializer`s proprietary psycho-acoustic and harmonics techniques to generate the impression of realistic bass frequencies that would ordinarily be difficult to discern in small PC, laptop or portable headphone devices. The scalable architecture allows maximum flexibility, requiring only a small fraction of available MIPS and memory while still providing the highest possible audio enhancements, resulting in a richer and warmer listening experience for the consumer.
