acquisition of Identa Ltd., an Israel corporation, subject to shareholder
approval by both parties. The transaction is expected to close within the
next 30 days.

HIGHLIGHTS
Ernst & Young Israel Ltd. has placed a fair mar-ket value on IDenta of
between $12 million and $24 million.

IDenta management foresees potentially $10 Million in revenues for Stinger kits over the next 5 years, and an $18 million dollars for the Confirm Series by 2005.

Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA), a Florida corporation, announced today the
closing of the transaction whereby Buoy Club, Inc. acquired Identa Ltd.

The transaction was originally anticipated to close in February, but was delayed
due to regulatory approvals and market conditions. In connection with the
closing, Identa`s new Board members have taken office along with the new
President, Mousa Alliance.
