Du mußt jetzt geh´n, nimm was du willst, es steht dir frei,
was immer du behalten willst, ist mir einerlei.
Du mußt jetzt geh´n, nimm was du willst, es steht dir frei,

]http://www.kelmar.net/music/hangingtree.mp3][IMG ]http://www.haukestruebing.com/frameset.php?/countryaktuell/… |
The Hanging Tree Marty Robbins I came to town to search for gold And I brought with me a memory And I seem to hear the night wind cry, "Go hang your dreams on the hangin` tree Your dreams of love that could never be Hang your faded dreams on the hangin` tree!" I searched tor gold and I found my gold And I found a girl who loved just me And I wished that I could love her too But I`d left my heart on the hangin` tree I`d left my heart with a memory And a faded dream on the hangin` tree. Now there were men who craved my gold And meant to take my gold from me When a man is gone he needs no gold So they carried me to the hangin` tree To join my dreams and a memory Yes they carried me to the hangin` tree. To really live you must almost die And it happened just that way with me They took the gold and set me free And I walked away from the hangin` tree I walked away from the hangin` tree And my own true love, she walked with me! That`s when I knew that the hangin` tree Was a tree of life, new life for me A tree of hope, new hope for me A tree of love, new love tor me The hangin` tree, the hangin` tree, the hangin` tree! |

hatte alles zusammen für "Its All Over Now Baby Blue" - von Them.

-----BOULEVARD OF BROKEN DREAMS-----
I walk a lonely road
The only one I that have ever known
Don`t know were it goes
But its home and I walk alone
I walk this empty street
On the Boulevard of broken dreams
Were the city sleeps
And I`m the only one and I walk alone
My shadows the only one that walks beside me
My shallow hearts the only thing that`s beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find
Till then I`ll walk alone
I`m walking down the line
That divides me somewhere in my mind
On the border line of the edge
And were I walk alone
Read between the lines of what`s
Fucked up and every things all right
Check my vital signs to know I`m still alive
And I walk alone
My shadows the only one that walks beside me
My shallow hearts the only thing that`s beating

Darlin`
Ohh darlin`
My darlin` you`re so fine
Ohhhh-hhh-hhh
Don`t know if words can say
But darlin` I`ll find a way
To let you know what you meant to me
Guess it was meant to be
I hold you in my heart
As life`s most precious part
Oh darlin`
I dream about you often my pretty darlin`
(Darlin` you`re so fine)
I love the way you soften my life with your love
Your precious love uh huh oh
I was living like half a man
Then I couldn`t love but now I can
You pick me up when I`m feeling sad
More soul than I ever had
Gonna love you every single night
Cause I think you`re too outta sight
Oh darlin`
I dream you often my pretty darlin`
(Darlin` you`re so fine)
I love the way soften my life with your love
Your precious love uh huh huh
Woah oh oh oh
Every night darlin`
Gonna love you every single night, yes I will
Cause I think you`re too doggone outta sight
Oh darlin`
I dream you often my pretty darlin`
(Darlin` you`re so fine)
I love the way soften my life with your love
Your precious love uh huh huh
Oh.

Say Hello To The Angels von Interpol
I want your silent parts
The parts the birds love
I know there`s such a place
I had my back turned
You didn`t realize
I`m lonely
You lack the things
To which I relate
But I see no harm
Come wait, come wait, come wait
It`s over.
One...two...three...do me
When I`m feeling lazy, it`s probably because,
I`m saving all my energy to pick up when you move into my airspace
You move into my airspace
And something`s coming over me, I see you in the doorway
I can`t control the part of me that swells up when you move into my airspace
You move into my airspace
But each night, I bury my love around you...
You`re linked to my innocence
This is a concept
This is a bracelet
This isn`t no intervention
This isn`t you yet
What you thought was such a conquest
You`re hair is so pretty and red
Baby, baby you`re really the best...
Can I get there this way?
I think so
We should take a trip now to see new places
I`m sick of this town
I see my face has changed.
Say hello, say hello, to the angels.
I want your silent parts
The parts the birds love
I know there`s such a place

This girl was meant for me
And I was meant for her
This girl was dreamt for me
And I was dreamt for her
This girl has danced for me
And I have danced for her
This girl has cried for me
And I have cried for her
Many miles, many roads I have traveled
Fallen down on the way
Many hearts, many years have unraveled
Leading up to today
This girl has prayed for me
And I have prayed for her
This girl was made for me
And I was made for her
Many miles, many roads I have traveled
Fallen down on the way
Many hearts, many years have unraveled
Leading up to today
I have no regrets
There`s nothing to forget
All the pain was worth it
Not running from the past
I tried to do what`s best
I know that I deserve it
Many miles, many roads I have traveled
Fallen down on the way
Many hearts, many years have unraveled
Leading up to today

Wond`ring Aloud
Jethro Tull
Wond`ring aloud --
how we feel today.
Last night sipped the sunset --
my hands in her hair.
We are our own saviours
as we start both our hearts beating life
into each other.
Wond`ring aloud --
will the years treat us well.
As she floats in the kitchen,
I`m tasting the smell
of toast as the butter runs.
Then she comes, spilling crumbs on the bed
and I shake my head.
And it`s only the giving
that makes you what you are.

Tja ... die Dinge gehorchen wohl
ihren eigenen Gesetzen....
“...Ich steuere die Liebe weniger durch
Taten als vielmehr, indem ich zulasse,
was mit mir und dem anderen geschehen
will...”
...Das habe ich vor einiger Zeit mal
jemanden sagen hören... und ich
muss sagen, diese Sichtweise
gefällt mir.
The Blue Cafe
Chris Rea
My world is miles of endless roads
That leaves a trail of broken dreams
Where have you been
I hear you say?
I will meet you at the Blue Cafe
Because, this is where the one who knows
Meets the one who does not care
The cards of fate
The older shows
To the younger one, who dares to take
The chance of no return
Where have you been?
Where are you going to?
I want to know what is new
I want to go with you
What have you seen?
What do you know that is new?
Where are you going to?
Because I want to go with you
So meet me down at the Blue Cafe
The cost is great, the price is high
Take all you know, and say goodbye
Your innocence, inexperience
Mean nothing now
Because, this is where the one who knows
Meets the one that does not care
Where have you been?
I hear you say
I`ll meet you at the Blue Cafe
So meet me at the Blue Cafe

------------------THE ENTERTAINER------------------
I am the entertainer
And I know just where I stand
Another serenader
And another long-haired band
Today I am your champion
I may have won your hearts
But I know the game, you`ll forget my name
And I won`t be here in another year
If I don`t stay on the charts
I am the entertainer
And I`ve had to pay my price
The things I did not know at first
I learned by doin` twice
Ah, but still they come to haunt me
Still they want their say
So I`ve learned to dance with a hand in my pants
I let `em rub my neck and I write `em a check
And they go their merry way
I am the entertainer
Been all around the world
I`ve played all kinds of palaces
And laid all kinds of girls
I can`t remember faces
I don`t remember names
Ah, but what the hell
You know it`s just as well
`Cause after a while and a thousand miles
It all becomes the same
I am the entertainer
I bring to you my songs
I`d like to spend a day or two
I can`t stay that long
No, I`ve got to meet expenses
I got to stay in line
Gotta get those fees to the agencies
And I`d love to stay but there`s bills to pay
So I just don`t have the time
I am the entertainer
I come to do my show
You`ve heard my latest record
It`s been on the radio
Ah, it took me years to write it
They were the best years of my life
It was a beautiful song
But it ran too long
If you`re gonna have a hit
You gotta make it fit
So they cut it down to 3:05
I am the entertainer
The idol of my age
I make all kinds of money
When I go on the stage
Ah, you`ve seen me in the papers
I`ve been in the magazines
But if I go cold I won`t get sold
I`ll get put in the back in the discount rack
Like another can of beans
I am the entertainer
And I know just where I stand
Another serenader
And another long-haired band
Today I am your champion
I may have won your hearts
But I know the game, you`ll forget my name

And I`d love to stay but there`s bills to pay
So I just don`t have the time
I am the entertainer
I come to do my show
You`ve heard my latest record
It`s been on the radio
Ah, it took me years to write it
They were the best years of my life
It was a beautiful song
But it ran too long
If you`re gonna have a hit
You gotta make it fit
So they cut it down to 3:05
I am the entertainer
The idol of my age
I make all kinds of money
When I go on the stage
Ah, you`ve seen me in the papers
I`ve been in the magazines
But if I go cold I won`t get sold
I`ll get put in the back in the discount rack
Like another can of beans
I am the entertainer
And I know just where I stand
Another serenader
And another long-haired band
Today I am your champion
I may have won your hearts
But I know the game, you`ll forget my name
I won`t be here in another year
If I don`t stay on the charts
