You are correct that this is not a CMKX site and of all people on earth, I am the last one to have any knowledge of the intimate details of CMKX.
WHA started because of the utter failure of the many “guru” sites to do good work and conduct appropriate diligence on the topic of the WGS/PPP/GCR issues. Some of these issues had gone on for decades plus. It was the published letters of Mr. Hodges that were the first signs of a credentialed person mentioning things like currency revaluations and prosperity programs (PPP) that gave us the renewed energy to look further. Personally, I had given up on the PPP years ago because no source of anyone being in charge was reachable on the matter, and I was not going to expend energy on thinking about such a thing without some hard convincing from someone that it was a possible thing.
The net positive outcome was the establishment of our relationship with our WH contact. We have posed the very same questions you have.
What do we have at present? Opinions vary. Mr. Hodges believes payment is imminent again. He is obviously in touch with those who are placed in positions that he feels merits disclosure of his current opinion of possible settlement of the CMKX matter. We are in no position to question his information since CMKX is just not something we are interested in taking an overwhelming interest in. It’s not that we don’t care. It’s simply that the time and resources needed to track down all the people involved and speak to them is just not possible.
We only managed a cursory evaluation of CMKX. Our WH contact told us that it was on the BASEL list for payout, and that payment was not issued over the many past expected dates because of the same reasons, generally speaking, that Mr. Cottrel’s latest declaration outlined – because powerful, corrupt people are driven berserk at the idea that someone else should benefit from the same sugar teat that they do.
Thus, delays across the board have happened.
I thought it was quite telling when Mr. Cottrell wrote: “THE GOAL OF THE RATS IS TO DEMORALIZE THOSE OF US WHO WANT A RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW.”
That was quite a cogent summation of what the corrupt monsters specialize in. And they are doing a good job. Witness the shameful statements that many of the CMKX shareholders have leveled at Mr Hodges, a man who is not trying to stop anyone from getting anything that is due them by virtue of legal right. Delays cause the motive for lashing out. However, the wrong targets are usually chosen. And that is just what people who deal in chaos excel at. They can cause the most horrendous events and convince everyone that it was someone else’s doing.
When I last spoke to Mr. Hodges, he was just as perplexed at the delays as all of us. He is not in charge of paying anyone. He has no power or control over any payments, schedules, decisions or persons involved. He is in touch with those higher up the chain, and it is based on this feedback that he has apparently issued his opinions that resolution was possible.
I can find no fault in anything he has done, and he is a good man; one who wants the best for our country. But, the CMKX matter is utterly out of his hands. If it was not so, then he would have gladly paid all of you, taken his fee and moved on.
Our friends in London have issued their findings on CMKX – not happening. I have asked our WH contact about it but was told that such was not really his assigned task, but that it was on the BASEL list for payout. Just who is in charge of it and by what mechanism is not clear and way out of our involvement to know.
So, I would think of it this way. Someone in a high place feels it has a chance. Mr. Hodges was told such, and he told us all the same.
Given the fact that it is proven that the slime of humanity is responsible for delaying all we know to be factually in play, I cannot find it hard to also believe that CMKX, if legitimately in play, is delayed by the same slime. If CMKX is a dead issue, impossible, with no funds and no hope of paying a thin dime, then Q.E.D., someone is having a fun time making up things, lying, and playing a joke.
If so, one has to wonder why?
If CMKX is a true asset, waiting in the wings, and payable once blocks are removed, then why would someone go to great lengths to place it on the BASEL list if not so? Why not just simply tell Mr. Hodges that it’s not going to happen and let him issue such to his followers and be done with it. Instead, people who are obviously possessing some gravity have convinced him otherwise.
The great variable is the “when”. That is something nobody can give an answer on. So, the question of is it or isn’t it going to pay is not even really applicable to CMKX being legitimately owed. If not legitimate, then no money is going to come. If legit, then still nothing is going to come if those who stole it wont release it.
Bottom line? The only way you will know is when a check is placed in your hand.
Until then, enjoy life and hope that this time around the issue is proven by a knock at your door. That is the only way you will get closure. That, or selling your shares to get them out of your life forever. My guess is that you will most likely opt for the former.

I know this is not a CMKX site, but this site seems to have a lot of the same views as CMKXer’s beliefs. I understand that all details on CMKX are not known by even our attorney, Al – but if someone can just make it crystal clear whether we will be paid or not – or whether its a scam/never-gonna-happen or something that could actually happen. Al Hodges has told us each year that something is about to happen and then it doesn’t and then we don’t hear why things didn’t happen.
So my question is that if this site or OWoN knows – many people would really appreciate more information or to be told that this is a dead end and here’s why. We just need closure to a very long journey and would appreciate any solid information. Thank you.

Most of the high-level and medium-level people, both in and out of government, have either been “wood-shedded” and/or arrested, and now face disgrace, loss of financial advantage, loss of position-of-power, loss of official office, and near-term prosecution. In my opinion, having participated in many of the events as they occurred, we are finally at the point of conclusion. While it is very difficult to accept the inordinate amount of time this has taken, I can tell you that the acts involved were categorically required to accomplish the end goals. As a result of now having a fuller understanding of both the end goals, and the progress to date, I will once again stick my neck out to advise you all that your journey is essentially over.
My professional opinion is based not only on what I am told each day by those at the top of the New Powers That Be, but more importantly on the status of the imminent Global Currency Reset. Its status is important because it cannot become a public fait accompli without the US Treasury becoming a hard-metal asset-backed issuer of US currency – the very definition of ER. Accordingly, when you publicly see the Global Currency Reset you will know that we have an asset backed currency, and you will know that we have received ER. Every indication from every credible source is that the Reset will become public today, tomorrow, the next day, or certainly by January 1, 2015; most probably before Christmas.
I do not and can not guarantee this of course; but, it does represent my professional opinion based on all available information. I can assure you that the impact of what you are so soon to experience will mightily shatter any doubt, disbelief, bitter humor, or unhappy memories that this journey may have encouraged and supported. As I have said in the past, “you will be paid a great deal more than any have the right to expect [based on the amount of your investment]. In addition, you will receive a payment for the unconscionable length of payment delay.”
