When the Sting operation began, our Mineral Claims were removed before a hostile take over with the Naked Short Shares going on. All of Wall Street were aware what our mineral claims were attempted a hostile take over through the creation of phantom shares, the STEALING of Value through market price on our stock. Creating Trillions upon Trillions of shares and trading over 17 Billion in a day is the same effect if the REAL VALUE PER SHARE would of been revealed. The Trillions of Naked Short Shares was a clever way of hiding what our mineral claims were REALLY WORTH on a PRICE PER SHARE VALUE. Creating Trillions of Naked Short Shares hid this very fact and value away from the shareholders.

Mr. Robert Maheu comes on the scene and makes sure our mineral claims are TRANSFERRED to larger conglomerate with the assistance of the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. Our mineral claims were EXPROPRIATED from the company yet the shareholders are still attached by rights.

Mr. Robert Maheu did TWO THINGS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS to extract maximum value.

First, all our mineral claims were transferred/expropriated by the government to a Canadian/American Conglomerate that would ALLOW the shareholders to partake at a future time to enjoy the benefits and returns of the land all that was discovered. Since our mineral claims were allegedly sold to three Chinese Domicile Companies, do NOT be fooled that the Chinese may have NOT bought our claims. It is held through a THREE Chinese Corporations setup with the governments assistance through Mr. Robert Maheu. We are attached to the mineral claims that were expropriated by the government yet we as shareholders have not been notified that our value in our shares will change under a NEW Conglomerate symbol.

Secondly, the meeting in Las Vegas with all the Brokers, Bankers, Hedge Funds, Clearing Houses etc. were all at that meeting shown a video and presentation of how they manipulated our ACTUAL VALUE/PRICE PER SHARE on the stock market. Our true value per share was suppressed with the Naked Short Selling. How could anyone know what the TRUE price per share would be when Wall Street created trillions upon trillions of phantom shares. Its like filling a Olympic size swimming pool with just pennies no body really knows how much there would be in value, yet on the flip side instead of using pennies to confuse what is the real value and place a actual dollar value the picture becomes very clear. When everyone paid up at that meeting according to what each had done, the funds collected were placed into a TRUST FUND for the shareholders of CMKX and marked for distribution a year later.

Why has Mr. Kirkpatrick not been told this?

Let me quote Mr. Kirkpatrick, I am not part of the Tyler gang I am a complete outsider with no connection to anyone or anything from the past. I did not create this fiasco we call CMKM others did. However, I accepted the job to try to rebuild this severely-damaged company, and plan to see this through.

Mr. Kirkpatrick took over a shell of a company and all the mineral claims already had been expropriated away from the company long before already in 2004-2005. The shell of CMKX is just that a shell. YES Mr. Kirkpatrick will pursue the wrong doers of those that represented as Directors of the company, but that’s all he can go after. The mineral claims are in the hands of the government safely tucked away, thus there are no claims Mr. Kirkpatrick may claim.

Mr. Robert Maheu created maximum value by expropriating our mineral claims to another Conglomerate yet we are attached to that New Conglomerate with our Certificates which we may choose to be part of when our F&P are released. Secondly, for the wrong done against the shareholders through the sting operation created a maximum value that was extracted and sitting in a Trust Fund waiting for its release to the shareholders.

Shareholders have rights too the New Conglomerate, they have also rights to the Trust Fund for the creation and suppression of the companies actual value which should have been over $8 per share back in 2005 on the stock market. Since the Securities and Exchange Commission delayed the releasing of our Trust Fund the Fines and Penalties came into being for the delay.

We have three items that are coming to the shareholders, Fines & Penalties and payout of the Trust Fund and the third will be the shareholders choice if they want to continue and hold onto their rights within the New Conglomerate.

Hope this helps why Mr. Kirkpatrick does not have any knowledge of the mineral claims, due to the expropriation of the claims.

@amerigo, genau richtig es gibt keine Kritik,denn wie du sagst wer mehr weis der kann die Situation besser einschätzen.

@Igo, das ist mal seit langer Zeit eine echte gute Information die Eagle reingestellt hatte. Jetzt wissen wir woran es liegt dass es bisher gescheitert ist, doch die Experten der Software Babylon II werden auch die letzten Probleme lösen.
