Frontline was 3.5 higher at 215. Carnegie recommended buying Frontline, on which it has an 'underperform' recommendation, ahead of the groups fourth-quarter figures on Feb 28.
The broker expects Frontline to make 'substantial' dividend payments in the region of 30 nkr a share.
Carnegie added that the risk reward is in favour of being long in the stock over the fourth quarter because market sentiment is generally bearish. However, the tanker market is not getting any worse and short interest is at a record high.
