Du gibst vor der selbstlose Retter aller sein zu wollen. Soviel Kraft und Zeit wie du hier investierst, um die ach so armen cce Aktionäre vor ihrem Unheil zu bewahren... Könnte man damit nicht was sinnvolleres anfangen??? Wer hier investiert kann sich das Forum und deine Posts der letzten Jahre durchlesen und dann seine Schlüsse daraus ziehen. Wenn man hier ab und an mitliest könnte man denken du führst hier ne Privatfehde mit wem auch immer...

Eine gewisse Genugtuung kann ich allerdings nicht verhehlen, wenn die

In short, it’s not a matter if CCE will generate its targeted end-product, it’s a matter of when. Commerce is not just targeting the production of a mixed rare earth concentrate, they are targeting a mixed rare earth concentrate with a viable, low-cost flowsheet that uses only commercial proces.
How many kg of mixed oxide will eventually be produced by the mini pilot plant? Will those kg be sent only to Solvay? Or are more (2-3?) interested to look at the result?
The target is 3.0 kg of Ce-La depleted mixed REC and 0.5 kg of mixed RECl that will meet the impurity tolerances of global separation facilities. We have enough material on hand to generate much more if needed. Yes, we have four parties with formal requests for material, including Solvay.
What will happen to the fluorite in respect to the pilot plant? Will it be extracted as well in order to show it to someone for analysis?
Yes, the fluorite produced will be evaluated for its use in the fluorspar industry. It is literally the tailings from the WHIMS process, with the concentrate being the final rare earth mineral concentrate.
If proven to fit the criteria for met-spar, this would be a significant development for the PFS over the PEA through another cash flow stream with zero added processing cost, and also for the fluorspar industry as few of those types of mines have such long mine-life potential.

We believe that in terms of the different concentrates that we are targeting, these are the kinds of concentrates that are bought as feedstock [by] the rare element processors globally right now. I’m talking about Chinese processors, American companies in the rare elements sector and the world’s largest rare element processor, which is the Belgian-French company Solvay (EBR:SOLB). I’m also talking about Japanese companies that have customers who are processors.
The business plan is as you have identified it, which is to produce a saleable rare earth element concentrate.
However, I would say the important thing to look at is how much those other companies have the ability to produce and for what time period. Focusing on Ashram, our current production scenario as was estimated by SGS in our preliminary economic assessment (PEA) is actually a fairly low-production scenario. The extraction rate is only 4,000 tonnes per day, and the actual production of a mixed rare earth element concentrate is just over 16,000 tonnes a year. That may sound like a lot, but the thing is, we could do that for the next 300 years.
RIN: What are your costs?
CG: The cost estimate in the PEA adjusted for the foreign exchange right now would be US$6 to produce a kilogram.
RIN: And how much does the concentrate sell for?
CG: Well, we would suggest the value of what we would produce for a kilo would be in the range of, say, $28. That is the data that we have released at this point in time. That is just from the PEA from 2012 and we are redoing all of that with the prefeasibility study.
