... n paar postings weiter findest du den grund dafür, den ich hier schon zig mal beschrieben hab, unter ' anti-dilutive agreement blabla' ... da gab's keine absprachen oder sonstwas, sondern das war bereits 2007 im PP-vertrag so festgelegt für den fall, dass es in der 5a-warrant-phase zu neuen kapitalmaßnahmen kommen sollte ...

auf dieses posting hab ich ja auch bereits zu wochenbeginn per link hingewiesen ... mit am interessantesten darin is der satz hier:

hab euch in dem zusammenhang den hinweis gegeben, dass es langsam mal zeit wäre, sich mit der amerikan. patentbehörde auseinanderzusetzen ... und sich mal gedanken über begriffe wie 'licence fees' + 'royalties' zu machen ... der WF-deal is bei weitem nicht nur n sales agreement ... da geht's m.e. v.a. um R/D-activities ... WF wird an Suwn also zukünftig doppelt verdienen können: 1. als zwischenhändler + vertriebszweig ... 2. über ihre patente + rechte, und das is mal richtig lukrativ ... deswegen auch der hinweis, dass es sehr wichtig sein wird, von wem der GRAS-antrag unterschrieben sein wird ...

Half an hour telecom with Jeff Reynolds

Jeff Reynolds answered my email by calling me as stated in his email. The Stevia currently produced by SUWN was good 2+ years ago but technology has progress and it no longer is state of the art. Therefore, they made this partnership with Wild Flavors to take advantage of their research facilities to improve the product by enhancing its tastes to customers. Stevia is stable in high temperatures and therefore can be used in applications not available to present synthetic and dangerous to health products. They plan to capture many other products that need sugar and will tailor the product to fit the application. Suwn will be the sole supplier to Wild Flavors by contract but any new developments (intellectural property rights) for a particular application will belong to Wild Flavors. They will become the sales force for SUWN as they seek specialize applications for different products. Mr. Reynolds did contact many different sources to find a company which would provide these services and most of the negotiations with Wild Flavor, took place when the stock price was about half of what it is today. I stated that Wild Flavors received a generous compensation for their contributions and he stated that in the big picture, they accomplished what was needed for SUWN and that is the key point. As Wild Flavors finds applications that they can sell to customers to meet their needs, SUWN will gain sales, Not sure how Wild Flavor will gain from increasing sales but it is to their advantage to improve the book value and worth of SUWN since they are a major stockholder. The book value of SUWN is around .32 at the moment. SUWN desired to expand their capability to meet expected demands and needed the cash for that reason. There clearly is a need for a sugar substitute that does not endanger health and can be used instead of sugar which is contributing to the Diabetic epidemic. Wild Flavors is now working on several applications of Stevia for customers with different needs. This is a good time to accumulate more shares since this company seems to be doing the right things in a growing market.


Ich bin mir auch sicher, dass die Aktion mit den Warrants ganz eng mit dem Wild-Deal zusammenhängt!!!!

ja, bin schon länger investiert und habe gestern morgen nach dem Gap-Close noch mal nachgelegt.


Ich bin fest überzeugt, dass das hier was wird.

Wild ist ein ganz solides, traditionelles, deutsches Unternehmen, die geben sich nicht mit irgendwelchem Mist ab.
Die haben größeres mit Stevia in der Industrie vor.
Da wird noch ganz viel kommen.

bin da recht zuversichtlich.... bin wirklich sehr froh, hier investiert zu sein.... das wird mir tag für tag klarer... schaut euch doch mal um, da sind unternehmen heute schon froh, wenn die verluste diesen jahres die gewinne des letzten nicht übersteigen.... hallooo... und wir sind in der lebensmittelmittelsparte ( nebenbei eine der sichersten ) und sitzen auf nem blockbuster... was soll da schief gehen. ist doch in der heutigen zeit egal, ob das 2 monate oder noch zwei jahre dauert...

wie gesagt, nur verunsichern......mehr nicht.....

wenn ich ehrlich bin, hatte ich gestern auch mit weiteren verkäufen an der otc gerechnet.....dass wäre wohl auch kein problem gewesen den kurs auf 0,15 runterzuzoggen. Der Bid wird nicht allzu strong gewesen sein.....

ich rechne übrigens auch mit ganz starken zahlen!!!!!

hallo ich sehe kurse bis ende des Jahres von 1€ +- 0,20€ die party geht bald los stevia wirds richten nicht zu vergessen suni verdient schon dollars nicht wie manche klitschen wo nichts als dumme sprüche sind und kurse von 1@ oder mehr sind
