Matrixx Agrees to Acquire an Interest in Five Oil and Gas Leases
Monday October 8, 10:34 am ET


LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 8, 2007 -- Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:MXXR.OB - News) announced today that it has signed an MOU whereby it agrees in principle to acquire a 10% interest in five oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico.
The leases are located off the coasts of Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama and cover 5,000, 2,000, 5,000, 5,760 and 5,760 acres respectively. Each lease area is located in relatively shallow water ranging from 97 feet to 240 feet. Currently, there are plans to drill 14 wells on the leases. The first well is scheduled to begin drilling by the end of 2007. Drilling is expected to continue on the 13 additional wells in 2008 and 2009.

Independent geophysical assessment has been performed on the leases by using 3D seismic survey. Initial prognosis for the14 wells indicates aggregate production ranges of 68.3 BCFG to 119.6 BCFG and 13MMBO to 18.75 MMBO.

The Company has begun negotiations with its financial partners and is arranging funding for the dry hole and completion costs that are expected to be incurred from the aforementioned 14 wells. To facilitate the financing for the lease acquisitions and required drill programs, the Company and its majority of shareholders have agreed to complete a 1 for 250 reverse stock split. Upon completion of the reorganization, the Company anticipates closing on the funding for the first drill program. Additional information pertaining to the leases, drill programs, and financing will be released as it is made available.

Matrixx Acquires an Interest in an Offshore Gas Lease
Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MXXH) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement whereby acquiring a 10% working interest in a gas lease located in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Company announced late last year its intent to acquire five Gulf of Mexico leases. The first acquired lease, known as the Viosca Knoll Block 79, is a 5,760 acre lease located in 79 feet of water off the coast of Alabama. The majority working interest owner and operator has proposed to drill two wells in order to test the near 2,500-foot stratigraphic amplitudes derived from 3D seismic data. The first of the two wells to be drilled is expected to commence in approximately 60 to 75 days and will be the northern prospect. Based on the results, drilling of the second well would take place in the southwest quarter of the block.

The first of the two wells is expected to drill to approximately 2,500 feet covering a net sand of 20 feet over 303 acres with a possible reservoir of 4.757 Billion Cubic Feet of Gas (BCFG). The high end potential of the first well covers 618 acres, with a potential average net sand of 25 feet that could result in 12.128 BCFG.

The second prospect, located to the south, is comparative to that of the northern prospect covering 142 acres to as much as 300 acres. The average net sand is expected from 20 to 25 feet. Using a recovery factor of 785 mcf/acre foot, the reservoir potential range is from 2.229 BCFG to 5.887 BCFG.

Data from prospects in the immediate vicinity of the VK 79 have produced 11.3 BCFG covering 975 acres in 18 feet of sand at a depth of 2,330 feet from one block, 4.7 BCFG from 597 acres in 34 feet of sand at 2,052 feet. Three other blocks adjacent to VK79 have produced 4.5 BCFG at similar depths and similar acreages. The 3D seismic amplitude analogy between VK 79 and the aforementioned blocks show similarity in thickness and continuity over the anomaly giving us some validity to the VK 79 Block.

An independent 3D seismic geophysical assessment performed on the leases indicated the potential for finding a low range case of 6.986 BCFG with a high range of 18.015 BCFG. Today, natural gas prices are currently trading at approximately $8.5 million per BCFG. Matrixx has remained steadfast in its efforts in acquiring growth and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector with the intent of providing the Company and its shareholders a much-improved increase in shareholder value.

The Company announced late last year its intent to acquire five Gulf of Mexico leases. The first acquisition announced earlier this week is known as the Viosca Knoll Block 79, is a 5,760 acre lease located in 79 feet of water off the coast of Alabama. The second of such leases is known as the South Marsh Island Block 152 ("SMI 152"). SMI 152 is a 2,000 acre lease located off the coast of Louisiana in 240 feet of water.

The majority owner operator has proposed to drill three wells, the first to test the H-0, H-1, H-2, I-3, and I-4 objectives, all that have hydrocarbon indicators conforming to structure. Each sand ranges from 25 to 33 acres and 13 to 31 feet pay sand. The second of such wells is expected to test the H-1 and H-2 sands both covering 34 acres and an average net pay sand of 24 feet. The H-1 sand is the only objective for the third well. The H-1 sand has good amplitude conforming to structure over 35 acres. The H-1 sand appears to be thicker here than the other fault blocks on the lease.

Independent 3D seismic geophysical assessment performed on the lease indicates a potential discovery ranging from 11.28 BCFG and 112,800 Bbls of oil to 18.55 BCFG and 185,200 Bbls of oil. Ich habe die Hoffnung noch nicht ganz aufgegeben....

Ein Ölfund und wir hätten alle keine Probleme mehr. Vielleicht aber ist auch schon alles zu Ende und wir wissen es noch gar nicht.

Item 8.01 Other Events.


Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. has retained the services of Global Investment Consultants, Inc to assist the Company’s development and growth strategy within the energy sector. As President of the consulting firm, Ms. Spradling brings her lineage and years of dedicated service in the oil and gas industry to assist Matrixx in acquiring secure working interests in both producing, and exploration and development properties. Additional functions of the consultant are to locate industry professionals to sit on the Board of Directors, as well as corporate development and financial activities.



In addition, several potential exploration prospects are currently under review located in Texas and Louisiana. With the assistance of Ms. Spradling, the Company has engaged in first stages of negotiation on a lease that should bring two to three exploration wells of 3400 to 4000 feet in depth. The “Wharton Prospect” Located in Wharton County, is a 121 acre lease on the Yegua sands. 3 d-seismic testing shows a potential bright spot of 2-3 BCF dry natural hydrocarbon gas on the lease. The Company will provide more data on this acquisition as it becomes available


The company’s goal is to identify and proceed with acquiring additional exploration leases in the next few weeks. MXXH management understands that energy prices have stabilized and have reached levels more than sufficient to cause exploration activity. After review of prospects, MXXH management intends to take a conservative approach. Shallow reentry exploration with proven reserves will be the primary target prospect. Also, the management is considering purchasing royalty and working interest revenue to off set risk created by exploration.


The Company intends to furnish its financial statements with Pink Sheets through the OTC Disclosure and News Service while the statements undergo audits. Once audited, Matrixx will submit the reports on the EDGAR system and become compliant in the company’s reporting requirements for eligibility on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. has retained Global Investment Consultants, Inc to assist the Company’s development and growth strategy within the energy sector. As President of the consulting firm, Ms. Spradling brings her lineage and years of dedicated service in the oil and gas industry to assist Matrixx in acquiring secure working interests in both producing, and exploration and development properties. Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MXXH) announces it has engaged in negotiations to acquire up to a 50% working interest in an 82-acre lease on an oil and gas prospect located in the Wilcox Formation in Live Oak County, Texas.

Matrixx believes that there is a wealth of opportunity in the energy sector today. The identified prospect, an 82-acre lease, is located in the prolific Wilcox Formation. The decision to proceed on this prospect followed a review of significant project data including but not limited to: 3D seismic, financial projections (AFE), well logs, and geologist reports. This project will target natural gas and other liquids. Anticipated depth of the test well is approximately 7,800 feet. Projected well production from the lease is estimated at 60 bbl/D of oil and a total reserve of 6 to 8 Bcf of gas.

Today, fifty percent of natural gas consumed in the U.S. comes from wells drilled within the last three years. Currently, twenty-five to thirty percent of the gas produced comes from wells drilled last year, according to data from the ISH Energy Group. In consideration of these industry and consumer related conditions, the Company expects this prospect to fit within the scope of its forward re-entry plan into the energy sector.

Upon completion of the purchase and execution of the Joint Operating Agreement, Matrixx will furnish additional financial and technical data pertinent on the lease. The Company management and its development partners are enthusiastic on moving forward in this newly formed joint venture.

KFG Resources in Search of the Wilcox Formation’s Riches

High oil prices have a habit of creating winners and losers. It’s a complex equation, to be sure, since price hikes are the result of multiple causes, including the fact that “easy” oil reserves are increasingly difficult to come by.

For oilmen with the correct experience and some faith in serendipity, high oil prices indicate the opening – or reopening – of giant swathes of land for drilling and production, and the potential for big profits.

I spoke with Bob Kadane, the president of KFG Resources (TSX.V:KFG) about how oil prices have had an effect on one formation in particular – the Wilcox Oil and Gas Formation – and learned a lot about the true story behind petroleum exploration in the US that every investor should know. It’s a fascinating story.

First off, the stakes are huge. While proponents of the peak oil theory may be correct in stating that oil reserves worldwide are increasingly depleted, there is still room for substantial oil production from the Wilcox Formation.

For example, using a geology-based assessment methodology, the U.S. Geological Survey in 2007 estimated 110 million barrels of undiscovered oil, approximately 3 trillion cubic feet of gas and over 500 million barrels of natural gas liquids throughout the Wilcox Formation. Much of that would be contained in Mississippi and Louisiana, where KFG Resources is will soon be drilling.

The Wilcox Formation is located some 6,500 feet below sea level in Mississippi and Louisiana, inland from the Gulf of Mexico. It is just one of many strata of the earth buried underground by millions of years of erosion and land movement caused by wind, water and tectonic motion.

The last time the sand, silt and clay that comprise the Wilcox Formation were exposed to air was about 50 million years ago, during the early Eocene period, when the earth’s poles were covered by forests and the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico lay many kilometers inland from where it is found today.

Huge pockets of oil formed by decomposing plant matter from distant epochs populate the Wilcox Formation, which can be harder to find than other oil reserves due to the fact that the oils are not kept in place by thick shale beds or other rock that are relatively easy to spot using seismic. Instead, the formation is up to 2,500 feet thick, and mostly sand. As such, other, more traditional methods are used to find deposits in the oil rich formation.

Just how rich? Well, as mentioned earlier, USGS has reported more than 100 million barrels of oil plus gas and natural gas liquids geologically proven in the area. But what about the standard petroleum measure of “barrels per acre foot”?

According to Kadane, the standard oil reservoir in the Rocky Mountains might yield from 75 to 250 barrels of oil per acre foot – meaning that one foot of sand over one acre of land would yield between 75 and 250 barrels, depending on such factors as porosity and oil content.

I did my own homework, too: A search of other companies producing oil reveals a high of 400 barrels per acre foot in Nevada, 350 in Texas, 300 in Oklahoma and so on. The numbers vary, of course, and in oil rich areas such as Alberta and the Middle East, they are much higher.

But the Wilcox Formation yields an average of 600 barrels per acre foot, Kadane says.

“I have been associated with some reservoirs that have recovered in excess of 1,000 per acre foot – it’s a high porosity sand,” he noted.

Simply put, Kadane says, “It makes the Wilcox Formation – if you can find it – probably the most profitable return on your investment on shore in the United States. It’s elusive but it makes a very lucrative target once you’re able to pin it down and find it.”

Kadane was born and raised in communities that lay on the earth above the Wilcox Formation. Starting in the 1940s, Kadane’s father drilled the same formation to great success. Kadane recalls his father putting dynamite into a well to get the oil flowing in about 1942 – when he opened the valve, a huge geyser of oil shot some 150 feet into the sky. Kadane still has a 16-millimeter film of the event, he says.

The Wilcox Formation lost favor due to its low success ratio and the fact that modern technology, such as seismic, doesn’t help much in finding its reserves. To find Wilcox oil and gas, oilmen like Kadane use traditional methods and wisdom gained through experience to improve chances of success. To profit from them, you have to know everyone working the Wilcox Formation, where they are drilling, and where they have succeeded and failed.

“The last Wilcox well we found that amounted to anything was 1989. We haven’t done a lot there since then, and that field still produces and is part of our main reserve and is almost 20 years old. It’s just three wells and it’s produced about 1.3 million barrels, I think.”

Now that peak oil has emerged to be a law rather than a theory, and with prices up and American supply diminished, the math is right again to make a success of the Wilcox Formation.

“In the Wilcox Formation, the success rate on wildcat drilling – which means no production within a mile or so, or virgin, undrilled land – is between 10 and 15 percent,” explains Kadane. “The success rate of offset is in the 50 percent range in terms of success.” That indicates that in many cases it will be most prudent to drill next to where other teams have already drilled, but failed to find the goods.

“With the price of oil and gas above $70 per barrel, suddenly new exploration companies are down in the Louisiana Salt Basin area. The higher price of oil makes the lower success rate more profitable.

“You see, when more players are in the field drilling, it helps to eliminate where oil is not, and tells you where it may be. Lot of people do one or two holes where there should be oil. Sometimes, if they come up dry, they give up. You go in there and drill a third or fourth hole, because you know it’s there – and bingo, you hit paydirt. So the other guys have in essence done the work already.

“By going in and completing more holes you know your chances of hitting oil have improved without spending a dime.”

The other players at KFG add the other essential ingredients to the brew that Kadane predicts will see success in 2008. President of Operations Stephen Guido owns a drilling rig good to below 10,000 feet. Geologist Dave Easom has 25 years experience in the area and has worked closely with seismologist Pitman Calhoun, who is said to be one of the best lower Tuscaloosa and Wilcox seismologists in that whole part of the country. Kadane says that Calhoun and Easom have completed three 3D seismology shoots in the Lower Tuscaloosa Formation in the region, all of them successful.

“I’ve got a network of guys who know what they’re doing,” he emphasizes. “They’ve been there and done that here since they were kids. They know every player on the scene and every dip in every field in the state of Louisiana.”

meiner Meinung nach ist MXXH jetzt fest in diesem Gebiet investiert, wobei ich nicht denke, dass sie mit 50% drin sind. M.M. nach höchstens mit 25%, aber wir werden es bald sehen.... deshalb sind auch jetzt Gouger und Basham mit dabei. Die beiden sollen jetzt das Öl ausfindig machen und dann gehts hier richtig gegen Norden.

KFG Resources in Search of the Wilcox Formation’s Riches

High oil prices have a habit of creating winners and losers. It’s a complex equation, to be sure, since price hikes are the result of multiple causes, including the fact that “easy” oil reserves are increasingly difficult to come by.

For oilmen with the correct experience and some faith in serendipity, high oil prices indicate the opening – or reopening – of giant swathes of land for drilling and production, and the potential for big profits.

I spoke with Bob Kadane, the president of KFG Resources (TSX.V:KFG) about how oil prices have had an effect on one formation in particular – the Wilcox Oil and Gas Formation – and learned a lot about the true story behind petroleum exploration in the US that every investor should know. It’s a fascinating story.

First off, the stakes are huge. While proponents of the peak oil theory may be correct in stating that oil reserves worldwide are increasingly depleted, there is still room for substantial oil production from the Wilcox Formation.

For example, using a geology-based assessment methodology, the U.S. Geological Survey in 2007 estimated 110 million barrels of undiscovered oil, approximately 3 trillion cubic feet of gas and over 500 million barrels of natural gas liquids throughout the Wilcox Formation. Much of that would be contained in Mississippi and Louisiana, where KFG Resources is will soon be drilling.

The Wilcox Formation is located some 6,500 feet below sea level in Mississippi and Louisiana, inland from the Gulf of Mexico. It is just one of many strata of the earth buried underground by millions of years of erosion and land movement caused by wind, water and tectonic motion.

The last time the sand, silt and clay that comprise the Wilcox Formation were exposed to air was about 50 million years ago, during the early Eocene period, when the earth’s poles were covered by forests and the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico lay many kilometers inland from where it is found today.

Huge pockets of oil formed by decomposing plant matter from distant epochs populate the Wilcox Formation, which can be harder to find than other oil reserves due to the fact that the oils are not kept in place by thick shale beds or other rock that are relatively easy to spot using seismic. Instead, the formation is up to 2,500 feet thick, and mostly sand. As such, other, more traditional methods are used to find deposits in the oil rich formation.

Just how rich? Well, as mentioned earlier, USGS has reported more than 100 million barrels of oil plus gas and natural gas liquids geologically proven in the area. But what about the standard petroleum measure of “barrels per acre foot”?

According to Kadane, the standard oil reservoir in the Rocky Mountains might yield from 75 to 250 barrels of oil per acre foot – meaning that one foot of sand over one acre of land would yield between 75 and 250 barrels, depending on such factors as porosity and oil content.

I did my own homework, too: A search of other companies producing oil reveals a high of 400 barrels per acre foot in Nevada, 350 in Texas, 300 in Oklahoma and so on. The numbers vary, of course, and in oil rich areas such as Alberta and the Middle East, they are much higher.

But the Wilcox Formation yields an average of 600 barrels per acre foot, Kadane says.

“I have been associated with some reservoirs that have recovered in excess of 1,000 per acre foot – it’s a high porosity sand,” he noted.

Simply put, Kadane says, “It makes the Wilcox Formation – if you can find it – probably the most profitable return on your investment on shore in the United States. It’s elusive but it makes a very lucrative target once you’re able to pin it down and find it.”

Kadane was born and raised in communities that lay on the earth above the Wilcox Formation. Starting in the 1940s, Kadane’s father drilled the same formation to great success. Kadane recalls his father putting dynamite into a well to get the oil flowing in about 1942 – when he opened the valve, a huge geyser of oil shot some 150 feet into the sky. Kadane still has a 16-millimeter film of the event, he says.

The Wilcox Formation lost favor due to its low success ratio and the fact that modern technology, such as seismic, doesn’t help much in finding its reserves. To find Wilcox oil and gas, oilmen like Kadane use traditional methods and wisdom gained through experience to improve chances of success. To profit from them, you have to know everyone working the Wilcox Formation, where they are drilling, and where they have succeeded and failed.

“The last Wilcox well we found that amounted to anything was 1989. We haven’t done a lot there since then, and that field still produces and is part of our main reserve and is almost 20 years old. It’s just three wells and it’s produced about 1.3 million barrels, I think.”

Now that peak oil has emerged to be a law rather than a theory, and with prices up and American supply diminished, the math is right again to make a success of the Wilcox Formation.

“In the Wilcox Formation, the success rate on wildcat drilling – which means no production within a mile or so, or virgin, undrilled land – is between 10 and 15 percent,” explains Kadane. “The success rate of offset is in the 50 percent range in terms of success.” That indicates that in many cases it will be most prudent to drill next to where other teams have already drilled, but failed to find the goods.

“With the price of oil and gas above $70 per barrel, suddenly new exploration companies are down in the Louisiana Salt Basin area. The higher price of oil makes the lower success rate more profitable.

“You see, when more players are in the field drilling, it helps to eliminate where oil is not, and tells you where it may be. Lot of people do one or two holes where there should be oil. Sometimes, if they come up dry, they give up. You go in there and drill a third or fourth hole, because you know it’s there – and bingo, you hit paydirt. So the other guys have in essence done the work already.

“By going in and completing more holes you know your chances of hitting oil have improved without spending a dime.”

The other players at KFG add the other essential ingredients to the brew that Kadane predicts will see success in 2008. President of Operations Stephen Guido owns a drilling rig good to below 10,000 feet. Geologist Dave Easom has 25 years experience in the area and has worked closely with seismologist Pitman Calhoun, who is said to be one of the best lower Tuscaloosa and Wilcox seismologists in that whole part of the country. Kadane says that Calhoun and Easom have completed three 3D seismology shoots in the Lower Tuscaloosa Formation in the region, all of them successful.

“I’ve got a network of guys who know what they’re doing,” he emphasizes. “They’ve been there and done that here since they were kids. They know every player on the scene and every dip in every field in the state of Louisiana.”

Wenn man im ihub so schaut, könnte man davon ausgehen, dass wir Montag mind. die 0,005 knacken. Sollte jetzt noch die erwartete gute news kommen, und nicht wieder dilutet werden, dann sind auch weit mehr als die 0,03 zu erwarten.

..interessant wäre es auch zu wissen, ob sie die Anteile an 'Clovelly noch besitzen.

Hab mal bei Txhe nachgesehen. Die haben auf ihrer homepage ihre Anteile an Clovelly nicht angegeben. Vor etwa 2 bis 3 Jahren haben MXXH und TXHE sich ja um die Anteile die TXHE an Clovelly hatte (glaube das waren an die 15%) gerichtlich auseinandergesetzt. Kann gut sein, dass MXXH jetzt diese Anteile auch noch besitzt....wie gesagt....kann!!!

Matrixx holds a fifty percent (50%) interest on an 82.2 acre lease mineral rights on the Wilcox formation, known as the Sanger Heirs. The Wilcox formation is known to produce an average of 600 barrels of oil per acre foot. For example, in 2007, the US Geological Survey estimated that there are 110 million barrels of un-discovered oil, and approximately 3 trillion cubit feet of gas and over 500 million barrels of natural gas liquids through out the Wilcox formation.

Matrixx announced on August, 2010 there is a high probability of a Slick Sand that will have a productive column of gas of 40 to 50 feet at the top of the structure with an additional 20 foot plus of pay sand. The sand may produce as much as 60 to 100 foot of pay.

USGS data provided proving an average of 600 bbls per acre foot on 100 foot of potential pay over 82.2 acres provides for a potential of six million bbls over the lifetime. Conservative expectations are for 80 percent gas and 20 percent oil and condensates over the pay zones over the lifetime on the well.

At current estimates, 20 percent on 82.2 acres and 20 feet of pay along with 80 feet of potential gas is approximately 8 BCF of Gas and 986,400 bbls of oil.

Mann. wie die MM's mit minialen Stückzahlen den Kurs drücken ist einfach der Wahnsinn.
Aber man kann es gut beobachten. Na ja. Ist ja erst der Anfang. So lange kann es nicht mehr dauern, bis unsere MXXH durchbricht. Spätestens Ende Januar bzw Anfang Februar.... sind wir auf zweistellige Cents.

bin gerade auch ein wenig eingestiegen. Es wäre toll,wenn Du hier ein paar grundlegende Infos zu der Firma und eventiuell die Perspektiven für die nächsten 2 Monate einstellen könntest.
Da in Deutschland nicht gehandelt wird,ist der Einstieg für die Meisten etwas kompliziert.

MXXH war vor mehreren Jahren Vinoble. Durch rs und dem neuen Namen MXXH und natürlich neuen Aktionären hat man meinen können, das ist der Explorer schlecht hin. Viele news aber leider keine Taten. Vor etwa 3 Jahren hörte und sah man nichts mehr von dieser Firma. Nicht mal eine homepage existierte noch. Der Kontakt brach vollkommen zusammen. Anfang des Jahres gab es unerwartet wieder erste Aktivitäten von MXXH. Ich hatte das Vertrauen eigentlich schon verloren kam aber dann mit Alex (PR) in Verbindung. Ich muss sagen, dass ich kein Insiderwissen habe, aber das was er mir schrieb bestätigte sich. M.E. könnte sich hier ein Sandkorn zu einer Perle entwickeln.

Hallo Blindgänger2 ,natürlich wünsche ich Dir auch viel glück,wie allen hier investierten auch. Ich sehr nur das Problem,daß ich keine Storry erkennen kann, und anderen wird es ähnlich gehen.
Um in Frankfurt gehandelt zu werden,muß man etliche Vorraussetztungen in engen Grenzen erfolgen.
Das kostet Arbeit und Geld.Wenn die Gewinnerziehlung nur im Aktienverkauf bestehen soll,wird man so weitermachen.

Hallo @ all, was ich bis jetzt nachgelesen habe ist,daß die letzten Meldungen immer sehr ähnlich waren,aber man legt sich auf keinen Zeitpunkt fest.
Was mich interessieren würde,wo genau der Standort ist,da Wilcox sands sehr groß sind.Kann mir da jemand helfen.Es gibt dort bereit genug Bohrungen und Vorkomen,öl und Gas.aber wo ist der genaue Lizensbereich von Matrixx.
Wie finanziert man eine eventuelle Bohrung usw. bitte wenn möglich Info.Grußß BB

Hallo @ all, nach meinen Erkenntnissen ist der Firmenwert von Matrixx derzeit ca 1,5 Mio Dollar wert. Ein bißchen wenig für einen Explorer mit diesem Vorhaben im Januar. Eventuell gibt es ja Investoren oder Sponsoren. Die Explorationsgebiete Oak County und Wilcox sands sind ja für Öl und Gasvorkommen bekannt. Ob das Matrixx Lizensgebiet erfolreich ist ,soll die im Januar geplante Bohrung feststellen. Kostet meines Wissens nach mindestens 3 Mio Dollar,falls man nur eine Bohrung vorbereitet. Scheint mir alles noch sehr offen zu sein. Positiv ist heute zu vermelden,daß fast nur aus dem Ask gekauft wird. Heißt meistens kommende Nachricht und steigende Kurse.Schönen Abend .Bis bald BB

Ich denke aber dass erst mit genaueren Daten zum drilling (Datum, Kosten, usw.) der Kurs enorm steigt. Ende Dez. Anfang Januar wirds wohl rund gehen....

Ok werde ich mich mal outen.
Habe auch seit ca.2 Wochen einige Aktien von Matrixx.
Werde heute im laufe des tages nochmals nachlegen.
R$ichtig interresant wird es anfang 2011 wenn die bekanntgeben das Sie mit den Bohrungen anfangen.
Ein Kurs von 0,01$ sollte im Bereich des möglichen liegen. Wir hätten dann eine MK von ca. 3 Mil $.

Wo seht ihr das Kursziel?

aber hat sich dennoch schön erholt auf SK 0.0028 wenn man bedenkt das gestern Low unter 0.0022 gewesen ist.

mit dem Kurs von MXXH hatte ich wohl nicht so eine weise Voraussicht.
Aber ich werde mal den Januar abwarten...... Die nächste news sollte den Termin von drillings bekannt geben.
Mit diluting und der neuen Situation sehe ich die ganze Sache nicht mehr ganz so rosig.
Jetzt kommt es darauf an, wieviel OS Mitte bis Ende Jan. 2011 auf dem Markt sind.
Vorerst korrigiere ich mein Kursziel bei der nächsten news auf 0,0075. Wenn nicht nochmals dilutet wird.

......im Jahr 2010 wird wohl nichts nennenswertes mehr geschehen.
Jetzt bin ich auf Januar 2011 neugierig. Jetzt kommt die Zeit wo MXXH die Hosen runterlassen muss.
Sollte bis Anfang Febr.2011 nichts passieren, dann kann man davon ausgehen, dass es wiederum das selbe Spiel war wie die Jahre zuvor.

Was mich nach wie vor verwundert, ist, dass auf ihrer homepage keine Kontaktadresse vorhanden ist..... nur die Tel.Nr. von der Kathi die ist wohl immer noch auf Männerfang


Trotzdem bin ich immer noch guter Dinge.

Moechtest du nicht mal nachfragen wann die Bohrungen jetzt starten sollen.

bis 04.02. könnte der Kurs die Cent Marke erreichen.....

da sie ja leider nur noch die 25% Anteile haben und nicht wie geplant die 50%.
können bei einem Ölfund die 10 bis 15 Cent erreicht werden..... na ja. Wäre doch gar nicht so schlecht....

Sollten sie widererwarten kein Öl finden, dann war es dann wohl......Dann haben sie ihr Geld eben fehlinvestiert... Jetzt stellt sich die Frage....Wann soll man rausgehen....
Ich meinerseits rechne fest mit einem Öl und Gasfund... somit gehe ich halt das Risiko voll und ganz ein......

Also auch ich bin und bleibe voll drin.

Ich glaube die Leute (die grossen Fische) werden hier erst richtig investieren wenn der Geruch des ev. vorhandenen Oels oder Gases zu riechen ist...soll heissen ...entweder Sie versuchen dann auf die fliegende Rakete zu hüpfen...(wenn auch mittels Kursmanipulation)oder es kommen vorher wie meist immer Insiderinfos raus....auf jedenfalls kurz vor einem ev. Fund.

Es gab ja schon etliche Firmen die nach solchem Gesucht und Gebohrt haben....diese Papiere wurden Hochgejubelt wie wild....und danach ..nichts..!!

Meiner Meinung sind die Anleger sehr sehr vorsichtig geworden bei solchen Firmen zu Investieren...ist ist nun mal so das Hop oder Flop! 50:50 Chance.Zuviele haben sich schon die Finger böse verbrannt.

Ich habe ziehmlich lange mit Biotech Aktien gehandelt...(schon fast geschädigt (;o) )
Daher versuche ich schon gar nicht denn Verlauf dieser Aktie zu erahnen oder eine Logik hinter dem momentaigen Kursverlauf zu sehen oder zu suchen sowie mir irgendwelchen Charts aufzuzeichnen oder zu Errechnen ....Schlussendlich wiederspiegelt der Kurs nicht nach den oben erwähnten Kriterien(zumindest momentan nicht) sondern lediglich ob diese fündig werden oder nicht..vorab ist alles nur reine Spekulation und Fantasie und ev Spiele der MMs sowie Tagesgeschäffte.

Das einzige was wir hier brauchen ist Starke Nerven und auch mal das minus auszusitzen sowie Hoffnung auf einen Fund....ich persöhnlich versuche auf das Endresultat zu sehen daher auch eher Long investiert..wenn jemand Tagesgeschäffte mit dem Papier Betreiben will dann soll der das.

Das ist meine Ansicht....

Was mich nteressieren würde wieviel Gouger und Basham einsacken....

durch dilution haben sie mehr als 1 Million Dollar eingenommen, haben aber damit nur noch die 25% anstatt der 50% erworben...... das drilling kostet natürlich auch noch was sagen wir mal dass sie insgesamt 350 000 Dollar für diese Aktion benötigt haben.... nochmals Zinsen für Schulden 50000 Dollar...... Wohin sind dann die restlichen 600 000 Dollar.
Das haben sich wohl Catherine,Gouger und Basham unter den Nagel gerissen.... Ach ja. Livak ist auch noch da mit seiner Firma Deltamine, die delistet wurde. Laut Nachrichten von Sept. 2010 wollte er seine Firma aber wieder an die Börse bringen.......
Nur komisch, dass er PR Arbeit für MXXH macht...
Bilder für Vorbereitung zum Bohren sind da.....


Irgend etwas stimmt da nicht.....

Entweder hier bahnt sich ganz was Großes an, oder sie zocken uns gewaltig ab.

Freya Energy, which is being acquired by China Nuvo Solar, has developed for manufacturing and sale, large format lithium ion cells and batteries for high-power and high-energy applications that use a technology that solves the problem of lithium ion batteries venting and catching fire, and permits the use of the highest energy cathodes available, while providing greater safety than low energy cathodes such as lithium iron phosphate.

The secret is in Freya's cell separator. All cells have separators. The separators are thin film sheets inside the cells, which separate the positive cathode from the negative anode. The separators have to be electrically insulating, but have to allow lithium ions to flow from one electrode to the other. Freya's unique composite technology turns the separators into multi-function safety devices.

•Overcharge Protection: Freya cells and batteries have overcharge protection, which protects the cells from damage during continuous overcharging. This protection, which is unique in the industry, eliminates the risk of fire and/or explosion, and the cells are not damaged. Freya's cells will continue to work after abuse.

•Thermal Shutdown Protection: The Freya thermal shutdown technology prevents thermal runaway by shutting down and discharging cells, if the cells reach excessive temperatures. Freya's unique capability leaves the cells discharged and inert. Competitive separators leave cells frozen in a fully charged state, which is dangerous.

•Structural Failure Protection: The Freya technology is thermally stable. The separator does not shrink or melt at temperatures as high as 180°C. And the Freya technology is chemically stabile. All commercial separators available to date soften or dissolve in their electrolyte at elevated temperatures, which can lead to dangerous shorting.

•Penetration Protection: Freya cells do not fail catastrophically if penetrated. Freya cells and batteries can survive being hit by a bullet, or pierced by a flying piece of metal in an accident, without danger of catching fire or exploding.

In addition to these protections, Freya's technology provides an intrinsic overcharge protection feature without the need for battery management electronics. Competitors depend on expensive, and failure prone, battery management electronics to prevent overcharging.

The Freya separator is a complex combination of polymers that offer bonding, very low shrinkage, thermal shutdown, thermal stability and the very unique property of electrical conductivity at elevated voltages. Only Freya cells and batteries offer this complete protection.

Richard Fox, CEO of Freya, commented, "Concerns over safety have limited the use of Lithium-ion cells and batteries in larger applications. Traditional Lithium-ion cells are prone to venting and fire. Competitors using lower-energy chemicals reduce the risk of venting and fire, but also reduce the energy in the batteries. We are very encouraged about the commercialization of our technology, as evidenced by the multi-million dollars in order commitments we have received, subject to the delivery of satisfactory prototypes."

As announced on 9 March, 2011, the companies have executed a non-binding Letter of Intent through which China Nuvo Solar is set to acquire 100% of the outstanding common stock of Freya. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions including, among other things, the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements as well as the approval of both company's boards of directors and any necessary stockholder or regulatory approval.

Press Release: Matrixx Joint Venture PartnershipHouston, TX - April 14, 2011
Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. (OTC:MXXH), announced today that it has entered into an agreement in principle to form a Joint Venture partnership engaging in the trading and processing of plastic and metal resources.

To run concurrently with the Company's oil and natural gas program, Matrixx has agreed to form a subsidiary in which the partnership will engage in the purchase, sale, and processing of plastic and metal commodities. The Company plans to trade and recycle post-consumer polyethylene ("PET") plastic bottles and their HDPE caps and sell the recycled product(s) to companies in the United States where there is a high demand for recycled PET products.

The partnership is working on developing a proprietary equipment design and process that will eliminate the human component in the sorting process thus creating a more efficient and substantially more cost effective system than is currently available on the market today. The long term objective is to build a state of the art recycling facility in the New York Metropolitan Area that will incorporate renewable energy sources and serve as an education center. This plant would be FDA certified and will be able to further process the post-consumer plastics into high quality grades of resin for potential use in food and beverage containers as well as medical supplies.

In addition, the partnership has identified and initiated discussions for the acquisition of certain processing facilities; and, for purchase and sales contracts within and around Central and South America. Included in this formula, the partnership plan provides for specific collection and sales contracts of specified tradable commodities, including plastic, brass, copper, aluminum, and other valuable tradable resources.

Under the terms of the agreement, Matrixx will retain a minority percentage between 25% and 50% of the newly formed subsidiary. To facilitate the transaction, the acting CEO, Ms. Catherine Thompson, has agreed to concede her accrued compensation on record with Matrixx for the past two years. In addition to the concessions, certain shareholders, including Ms. Thompson, have agreed to retire approximately one hundred thirty million (130,000,000) shares of Matrixx common stock to Treasury. Additionally, the agreement calls for Matrixx to have managerial control of the newly formed subsidiary thus allowing the Company to maintain consolidated financials.

Upon completion of a definitive agreement with the partnership, Matrixx will file the required 8K filings and initiate the audit of the identified acquisitions. Any subsequent purchase and sales contracts will be announced as they become readily available.

Es tut sich nichts. Es ist auch nicht absehbar, dass sich in der nächsten zeit was bewegt.

....ich denke mal eher zum negativen für uns.

man spicht im Board (Investorshub) über einen Revers-split 1:250 der um ca 29 juli kommen sollte....

Ich muss zugeben, dass sie uns seit Jahren verarscht haben. ich kann zwar nicht in die Zukunft blicken, aber in die Vergangenheit....und die war sehr ärgerlich....

er meinte, dass dieser rs sein muss, da die Firmen unter 0,01 Dollar evtl nicht mehr an der Börse zugelassen werden......
auf meine Frage ob bald gebohrt wird hat er geantwortet, dass eben drum auch der rs vollzogen wird

Zusammenfassend meint er das nächste Woche News kommen.
Meine Vermutung ist das wir zu beiden Themen (Drilling und RS)etwas hören werden.

Hoffentlich werden wir positiv überrascht.

Ich habe mehr als 2 Millionen Shares verkauft...habe aber immer noch einige im depot.
Mich ärgert dies alles gewaltig. Alex hatte mir einmal geschrieben, dass nicht mal er Antort von Catherine bekommt (etwa 14 Tage lang)
Ich habe noch andere Invests die interessanter sind als MXXH.
Bei CNUV bringt Fong wenigstens für seine Aktionäre immer wieder news.....
