ZIMTU CAPITAL CORP. PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Zimtu Capital Corp. has completed a private placement of 1,067,500 units at a price of $1.20 per unit for gross proceeds to the company of $1,281,000. Each unit consists one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of $1.50 per share during the first year and at a price of $2.40 per share during the second year. The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period, expiring April 29, 2010. Finders' fees of $28,691 cash and 14,450 common shares were paid in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to advance the Company's continued investment business plan and for general working capital. About Zimtu Capital Corp. machen die normalerweise aber auch nicht ... keine Ahnung warum sie sich diesmal dazu hinreißen haben lassen ...

... meiner Meinung ist Zimtu aber nach wie vor interessant. Ich persönlich vermute, dass das aufgenommene Kapital schon für einen bestimmten Zweck dient - mal sehen ....

habe ich noch im forum des abbs gefunden, ist allerdings auch schon vom 16. Dez., mal sehen, ob sie recht haben ... zumindest dürften in absehbarer zeit wieder news anstehen ....

Gemäß unserem Kenntnissstand konnte man die Privatplatzierung von Zimtu noch zeichnen, als wir im Internet-Forum des Austria Börsenbriefs einen Hinweis auf diese Kapitalmaßnahme veröffentlicht haben.

Ende August gab es bei Zimtu tatsächlich noch keine Pläne bezüglich einer Kapitalerhöhung. Dass inzwischen neue Aktien im Rahmen einer Privatplatzierung ausgegeben wurden, ist aus unserer Sicht jedoch kein Drama. Schließlich kann Zimtu mit dem Erlös aus dieser Privatplatzierung lukrative Deals finanzieren. Geplant ist bei Zimtu unter anderem der Erwerb einer weiteren Beteiligung im Seltenen-Erden-Sektor. Zudem will Zimtu ein Unternehmen an die Börse bringen.

Hätte Zimtu die Privatplatzierung nicht durchgeführt, hätte das Unternehmen eine Beteiligung verkaufen müssen, um die Finanzierung weiterer Deals sicherzustellen.

2010 dürfte sich der Kurs der Zimtu-Aktie oberhalb der 1-Euro-Marke einpendeln. Anleger, die noch nicht investiert sind, sollten versuchen bei Kursen unterhalb von 0,90 Euro eine kleine Position aufzubauen.

Wir werden voraussichtlich im Januar 2010 ein Interview mit Zimtu-Vorstand Shaun Ledding im Austria Börsenbrief veröffentlichen.

Zimtu Capital Corp. Geht Vertrag Zur Generierung Von Seltene Erden-Projekten Ein

2. Dezember 2009 - Zimtu Capital Corp. (FSE: ZCT1) (TSXv: ZC) (das "Unternehmen" oder "Zimtu") ist erfreut, bekanntgeben zu können, dass es mit zwei privaten Unternehmen -- Cathro Resources Corp. und Cazador Resources Ltd. (zusammengenommen "C&C") -- einen Vertrag eingegangen ist, um Seltene Erden-Projekte in West-Kanada zu generieren.

Die Unternehmen haben sich darauf geeinigt, gemeinsam Seltene Erden-Projekte in British Columbia und dem Yukon zu identifizieren und zu erwerben, um diese dann zum Verkauf oder für Joint Ventures verfügbar zu machen. Zimtu und C&C werden beide zu den Erwerbskosten der identifizierten Liegenschaften beitragen. Zimtu wird darüber hinaus $100.000 CAD zur Förderung der Liegenschaften einsetzen. Die Liegenschaften werden auf einer 50-50% Joint Venture-Basis gehalten werden und die Einnahmen des Verkaufs einer oder aller Liegenschaften werden gleichmäßig zwischen dem Unternehmen und C&C aufgeteilt werden.

Die Unternehmen haben zunächst die Claims für einige Liegenschaften, die eine Fläche von insgesamt ca. 32.000 Hektar abdecken, abgesteckt. Die Liegenschaften wurden nach Auswertung der geologischen Umgebung, die Potenzial für Seltene Erden aufweist, und nach eingehender Durchsicht von Regierungsdatenbanken zur Geochemie der Strömungs- und Seeablagerungen ausgewählt. Die Zielliegenschaften wurden dann weiter durch Geologie, luftgestützte magnetische Aufnahmen, bekannte Schürfgebiete, Zugang und die Erwägung der Landnutzung ausgesiebt. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt wurde auf Zielliegenschaften gelegt, die mit schweren Seltene Erden Elemente angereichert sind.

Das Joint Venture wird von den vereinten Talenten von Zimtu und Mike Cathro, M.Sc. P. Geo, sowie Adam Travis, B.Sc., den Verantwortlichen bei C&C, profitieren.

Mike Cathro ist ein geologischer Gutachter mit Sitz in Kamloops, BC und fungiert derzeit als Vizepräsident der Exploration für Virginia Energy Resources Inc. Mike Cathros Karriere umfasst die Arbeit als Explorationsgeologe in Kanada und Übersee sowie siebzehn Jahre mit dem BC Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources in verschiedenen Positionen (geologische Forschung, Richtlinien, Regulierung und Management). VANCOUVER, Dec. 2 /CNW/ - Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXv: ZC) (FSE: ZCT1) (the "Company" or "Zimtu") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with two private companies Cathro Resources Corp. and Cazador Resources Ltd. (collectively, "C&C") to conduct rare earth element project generation in Western Canada.

The companies have agreed to jointly identify and acquire rare earth element projects in British Columbia and the Yukon to make available for sale or joint-venture. Zimtu and C&C will both contribute to the acquisition costs of the properties identified. Zimtu will also commit $100,000 towards the advancement of the properties. The properties will be held on a 50-50% joint venture basis, and the proceeds from the sale of any or all of the properties will be shared equally by the Company and C&C.

Several properties covering a total of approximately 32,000 hectares have initially been staked by the companies. The properties were selected after an assessment of geological environments prospective for rare earths and a detailed review of government stream and lake sediment geochemistry databases. Targets were then refined using geology, airborne magnetics, known mineral prospects, access, and land use considerations. An emphasis was placed on targets enriched in the heavy rare earth elements.

The joint-venture will benefit from the combined talents of Zimtu and Mike Cathro, M.Sc P.Geo and Adam Travis, B.Sc. the principals of C&C.

Mike Cathro is a Kamloops-based geological consultant and currently serves as Vice President of Exploration for Virginia Energy Resources Inc. Mr. Cathro's career has included work as an exploration geologist in Canada and overseas, and seventeen years with the BC Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources in geological research, policy, regulatory and managerial roles. Mike is President and Director of the Kamloops Exploration Group, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AMEBC). He received his M.Sc. from the Colorado School of Mines in 1992 and B.Sc. from Queen's University in 1984.

Adam Travis is an accomplished exploration geologist with over fifteen years experience in the identification, exploration, and development of mineral properties. Adam worked with Keewatin Engineering and the Hunter Dickinson Group of companies before founding Cazador Resources Ltd. Cazador has focused primarily on the acquisition of exploration projects in Western Canada. Projects identified by Adam have been optioned to several companies including: Amarc Resources Ltd., Avanti Mining Corp., Western Keltic Mines Inc., Solomon Resources Ltd., and Virginia Energy Resources. Adam received his B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia in 1990.
