Gestern habe ich über PMI Gold (WKN A0JMW7) und Uranerz (WKN A0F5XB) berichtet. Heute möchte ich noch ein wenig näher auf Zimtu und Panoro eingehen.
Zimtu Capital (WKN A0RDR9): 30 % Kurspotential allein durch das Portfolio
Wie bereits bei unserer Unternehmensvorstellung beschrieben, ist Zimtu ein Art Inkubator. Das heißt, Zimtu hilft zB einem guten Management, ein neues Unternehmen zu gründen. Durch diese Dienstleistung erlangt Zimtu natürlich Zugang zu sehr guten „Deals“, die gerade auf dem Markt sind und lässt ihre Aktionäre davon profitieren. So hat zum Beispiel Zimtu derzeit eine große Stückanzahl von Aktien der Triple Dragon (WKN A0Q69H). Dabei handelt es sich eigentlich um einen Börsenmantel, in den ein neues Projekt eingebracht wird. Zimtu hilft dabei dem Management ein geeignetes Projekt zu finden. Wenn dann Triple Dragon eine Kurssteigerung durch die Projektübernahme erfährt, profitiert der Aktionär indirekt auch davon, da der Wert des Zimtu-Portfolios deutlich steigt.
Noch interessanter ist es, wenn sich Zimtu dazu entschließt die Aktien, die Zimtu an dem Unternehmen hält, an die Aktionäre auszuschützen. Das heißt, dass jeder Aktionär in einem gewissen Verhältnis neue Aktien des neuen Unternehmens erhält. Damit entsteht eine deutliche Wertsteigerung für die Altaktionäre von Zimtu. In der Vergangenheit hat dies das Unternehmen bereits unzähliche Male praktiziert.
Aber auch ohne diese Spinn Off´s ist das Unternehmen sehr interessant. So hatte das Portfolio am 10 Juni 2009 einen Wert von über 9,2 Mio. CA$. Die Marktkapitalisierung von Zimtu lag aber nur bei rund 7 Mio. CA$ und daher errechnet sich alleine aufgrund es Portfolios ein Kurspotential von mehr als 30 %. Da ist der Wert des Geschäftskonzeptes noch gar nicht inkludiert.
Daher zählt Zimtu sicher zu den interessantesten Storys, die es derzeit am Markt gibt. Wobei Zimtu Capital keine kurzfristige Story ist, sondern aufgrund der Spinn-Off´s erst über die Jahre sein Potential aufzeigt."
Ich find ZC auch weiterhin interessant, hoffentlich bewegt der Kurs sich demnächst mal ein bisschen weiter nach Norden...

Oh Mann....im Moment ist hier so ein bisschen Konsolidierung angesagt...um nicht zu sagen "Tote Hose" - aber ich denke/hoffe das ist eher die Ruhe vor dem (An-) Sturm.
Von Western Potash, an denen Zimtu eine größere Position besitzt, gab's gestern (aus meiner Sicht) sehr gute News. Leider ist der WPX-Kurs gestern in Candiland dennoch runtergegangen, wahrscheinlich "sell on good news"....mittelfristig sollte Zimtu hier aber eine Perle im Depot haben (meiner Meinung nach).
Na mal sehen was noch so kommt, ich bleib auf jeden Fall dabei.

Denke ich auch - die Assets von Zimtu (also die Beteiligungen an den verschiedenen Unternehmen) entwickeln sich zur Zeit ganz gut - und Commerce gestern war ja der Hammer!
