      GEIL!!!

      25 May 2012

      News Release

      Ngamia-1 Drilling Update

25 May 2012 - Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) this morning hosted a meeting with certain investors in Nairobi. During the course of this meeting it was inadvertently indicated that the Ngamia-1 well was drilling into the primary target and that initial results appeared to indicate that the well had intersected further oil bearing sands.

The Company wishes to clarify that the Ngamia-1 well has encountered oil and gas shows over a gross interval of 140 metres from a depth of 1,800 metres to 1,940 metres. The reservoirs are similar to those previously encountered at a shallower depth. The well will continue to be drilled to a total depth of 2,700 metres and then logged and sampled. This is expected to take a further three weeks to complete.

Shares on Issue (also nachdem alle warrants ausgeführt wurden).

HRN hat 60% davon, also 180 mmbls.

Some brief info from the meeting in Sweden (google translate)

Hinted that there are around 300 million in the first well in Kenya. He compared with Tullow who found 50 million in another place (come not remember the name), and spoke of Kenya The well appears to contain six times more. Note that this is my interpretation of what he said. Important to anyone else confirms this interpretation.

Additional finance retirement will not be brought in than the earliest end of the year or early next year. "Better to refinance at $ 20 than option at $ 8." Seems like this was a quote from Lukas Lundin (?).

Hinted that there may be around 100 million in Schabel first However, this must be tested. He believes the 75% probability that it will be commercial. Oil in Puntiland can be worth up to $ 10 when it is near the sea o require a short pipeline. Consider that it takes around 50-70 million in Schabel area for it to be worthwhile to build the pipeline, etc.

In Kenya, he talked about the value of around $ 6 that is more than Uganda because of better conditions.

He mentioned that Tullow said that Kenya can be 2-5 times larger than Uganda.

The estimation of the total potential will be updated, if necessary. doubled.

He talked about continuing with the production when he sees tremendous potential, primarily in Kenya. May take 3-5 years before prod starts.

Hill has moved to Kenya. Selling just their house in Canada (I think it was there

      Many followers of Africa Oil

      May 24, 2012, at. 21:14

(SHARES) Småägarna in this year's stock market rocket Africa Oil hit tonight the company's CEO. It was an enthusiastic and humorous meeting. But the share is small and the large trade. This means that the company's strong course caste is likely to continue, many years to come.

CEO Keith Hill has worked in the oil business for 25 years. Last 15 years with Lundin and past 6 years with Africa Oil. Recently, he was able to report the oil discovery in the oil world, new region, in East Africa. But the figures are still uncertain. Yet selects president to put it mildly optimistic: "I have never seen such a good bargain."

Keith Hill may well be right. But the figures are not available. And when the first source is confirmed, remains at least 30-40 in his "string of pearls" to prove, before the value of the company the full value can be described. In short, the trip to Africa Oil is not a quarter or 1 year, but maybe 3-4 years. And this may say President: n the most striking. "My wife and I have now sold the house in Vancouver. We are moving to Nairobi. " For me it's clearer than all the numbers he mentions throughout the evening.

But still I am not saying buy the new oil region. For most investors can not withstand the rough journey that exploration shares do. They can not bear such a roller-coaster, between hope, worry and despair. You should have taken more shares in the past, for years, been through surprises, tested oil companies and you will surely withstand -20 or +20 percent as early as tomorrow afternoon. For so awesome vary course. A lot of great individuals like to buy and sell.

Because even IF deposits reported as, will also setbacks. Keith Hill describes the oil can be recovered for at least another 3-5 years. It will highlight Kenya's prosperity, but also create political risks. Add to technological, geological and production risks. Successes and setbacks will be sure of that. This causes the stock price to recall bumper cars on Green Lund. Full of hope, but with clashes between.

Last days of course-track speaks volumes. Keith Hill marvel itself. " I wrote myself a positive press release about the discovery in Somalia. But shares fell . " For 10000 Century individuals do not interpret the data at the same way. Rumors abound in various chats. Focus rather on the more accurate analysis and information directly from the company, I think.

Keith Hill almost bursting with enthusiasm. Four rigs, the drill from now through September. The hole in Puntland was a success, just need new utrustningt to be properly evaluated. Their partners Tullow says that Kenya's oil is much greater than that in recognized in Uganda. In short, the very facts, trust and hope in the air. Hills slogan says a lot "We hunt oilelephants!" - The really big discoveries. How good rifle scope, he remains to be seen.

And do not now enthralled. Now, not all the money in a stock, how much you believe in it. 10% of a stock is a huge expectation. Adding more quickly affect your personal finances negatively. And Africa Oil is certainly a new share, but it's not for beginners. This is an odd marathon.

How about exploration companies? / Claes Hemberg
