ist tatsächlich ein kleine feiner Wert bei einer Marktkapitaliserung von gerade Mal. 3 Mio. CAD....

Ich bin ja mal gespannt, ob ADD es wie in 2021 schafft, für ein Kursfeuerwerk zu sorgen. Auch wenn es in 2021 nicht allzu lange angehalten hat. Zeitlich könnte es wieder passen, da im März, April, Mai wieder gebohrt und gesucht wird. Und es somit wieder ungefähr zur gleichen Zeit nach oben gehen kann, wenn die Ergebnisse vielversprechend ausfallen.
Erstmal muss aber jetzt das PP abgeschlossen werden, damit das Geld für die Programme ausreichend vorhanden ist.

MARGARET LAKE DIAMONDS PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE ON JOINT VENTURE WITH ARCTIC STAR

Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc.'s joint venture partner, Arctic Star Exploration Corp., will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to $3.4-million. The private placement will consist of the issuance of up to 8,571,428 non flow-through units at a price of seven cents for gross proceeds of up to $600,000 and up to 35 million flow-through units at a price of eight cents for gross proceeds of up to $2.8-million.

The Diagras diamond property in the Northwest Territories of Canada consists of 58 contiguous claims staked by Arctic Star, with an area of 48,346 hectares. The property is in JV with Margaret Lake whereby Arctic Star owns an 81.5-per-cent interest and Margaret Lake an 18.5-per-cent interest. The property is located in the northeastern part of the prolific Lac de Gras kimberlite field, 22 kilometres north-northeast of the Diavik diamond mine and 36 kilometres east of the Ekati diamond mine in NWT, Canada.

Artic Star received all the diamond results from the JV's spring 2021 drilling program where five new kimberlites were discovered. Four of these kimberlites were processed by caustic fusion. The fifth kimberlite was not sampled being a small one-metre dike like intercept. The results are listed in the order of the sequence they were discovered. The Sequoia results were previously released.

The Sequoia clearly stands out as having the highest diamond count. As previously described in news releases dated Sept. 9 and Sept. 15, the diamond results at Sequoia also hint at a coarser diamond size distribution, as does the diamond indicator chemistry.

Arctic Star now plans to complete 10 holes at the diamond-bearing Sequoia kimberlite complex. This drilling will help define the size of the complex, the microdiamond grade and geology. After drilling at Sequoia is completed, the drill will likely be redeployed to discover new kimberlites. Phase 1 of the airborne survey completed coverage of 46 per cent of the property in late 2021. The company's geophysical consultants have selected over 33 possible kimberlite targets from a review of this work, and ground crews are expected to be deployed to follow these up. Phase 2 of the airborne survey is also expected to be completed. Margaret Lake will be participating in the spring 2022 program.

NEW DRILL TARGETS FROM PHASE 1 AIRBORNE GEOPHYSICS FROM FALL 2021, WINTER 2022 EXPLORATION PROGRAM

Arctic Star Exploration Corp. has received preliminary results from phase 1 of its airborne geophysical survey on the Diagras joint venture (JV). The project is located 30 kilometers northeast of the Diavik diamond mine in the prolific world class Lac de Gras diamond district.

This survey uses new technical and analytical techniques for discovering kimberlite that was not available during the 1990's "Diamond Rush" at Lac de Gras, NWT which led to the discovery of 4 diamond mines including the nearby Ekati and Diavik mines. Phase 1 of this survey was completed over 46.1% of the property, approximately half of the planned survey area.

Phase one coverage includes the areas hosting the Sequoia kimberlite complex as well as the new diamondiferous Birch kimberlite discovery. Preliminary data has revealed several drill targets of high interest that have geophysical signatures consistent with known kimberlites on the property.

Phase one has also provided high-definition data coverage over an additional 11 previously discovered kimberlites and surrounding areas. Once the final data is complete, Arctic Star as manager of the JV will make a more comprehensive new release and publish images of the high interest targets. Phase two of the airborne survey scheduled to commence during the spring 2022 drill campaign will complete the Diagras property coverage to 100%. Infrastructure for this survey such as fuel is already positioned at the property.

Arctic Star and its JV partner are currently making plans for the spring 2022 drilling program; it will consist of two parts. A drill rig at first will further test the Sequoia Kimberlite by drilling HQ/NQ holes at 100m spacings with the intent of gathering enough diamonds to give a view of the grade of the kimberlite as a whole and the sub-grades of the major rock types within the kimberlite complex as well as an estimate of the tonnes. While the drill is occupied at Sequoia, ground geophysical crews will be evaluating the new high interest kimberlite targets generated by the phase one airborne survey as well as the concurrent phase two survey. Once the drilling at Sequoia is completed the drill will move to test these targets for additional new kimberlite discoveries.

Arctic Star is the manager of the JV with 81.5% ownership; Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. holds 18.5% interest. As part of the July 31 st to March 31 st exploration program and budget, Arctic Star commissioned a 75m spaced Helicopter supported, EM and Magnetic survey.

Nov 5th, 2021 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, British Columbia – Arctic Star Exploration Corp. (“ Arctic Star ” or the “ Company ”) (TSXV:ADD) (Frankfurt:82A2) (WKN:A2DFY5) (OTC:ASDZF) is pleased to announce it has received formal confirmation of its 81.5% ownership in the Diagras Joint Venture, NWT.

Earlier this year Arctic Star assumed management of the project and proceeded to solely expend a total of $2,135,828 on the project. Our Joint Venture (“JV”) partner Margaret Lake Resources Inc. (“DIA”), elected not to participate. Five kimberlites were discovered, four of which are diamondiferous, with the Sequoia kimberlite being the most interesting.

At the end of the program, a total of $3,087,852 has been expended by the JV, with Arctic contributing $2,516,638. Using the dilution formula in the JV agreement, Arctic Star’s interest is now at 81.5%. Arctic Star will remain the manager of the JV.

Arctic Star has presented the Joint Venture with a plan and budget for the fall program to March 31 st , 2022, details of which will be announced soon. It consists of an airborne EM survey covering the entire property and further diamond studies. A spring 2022 program is also in the works. This program will cover definition drilling on the Sequoia kimberlite designed to give the first look at grade and tonnage of this diamond bearing kimberlite, ground geophysics, and exploration drilling.
