Trove Property
To date, 1,047m have been drilled in six holes on the Trove Property at an average depth of 174m. The objective of the drill campaign is to test IP anomalies derived from previous exploration work on the Trove Property. The Company is satisfied that the induced polarization (" IP ") target zones have been intersected as planned on the first six holes. Further, approximately 1,000 samples are pending assays at the labs. The samples were submitted to the labs in batches as they were collected, and are expected to be completed soon.
Unseasonably wet and warm weather in the Windfall area has proved challenging for moving the drill between holes at Trove. The weather provided the exploration team an opportunity to take a short break which also helped to reduce the back log with the labs (currently up to 45 day turn around) before the scheduled resumption of drilling expected on Monday, November 23, 2020. Another six high priority holes are planned on the Trove Property to test coincident geophysical and geochemical anomalies beginning on Monday.
East Barry Property
Durango has recently submitted drill permit applications for the East Barry claim block to test a high priority target coincident with high till anomalies of up to 2.19 g/t gold and pristine gold grains in till trend. As soon as the weather conditions are favourable for access, a drill will be commissioned to East Barry to test a geophysical anomaly which aligns with an artificial intelligence (" AI ") target.

The 1,185 hectare property is compelling due to the coincidence of gold found in tills coinciding with magnetic highs, several Induced Polarization anomalies and two faults crosscutting the property. The fault systems north and south of the Trove, control gold mineralization elsewhere, indicating the Trove has excellent exploration potential. Durango received all the final drill permits for the Trove property in September 2019 and is currently undertaking its inaugural drill program.
East Barry Property, Quebec

The East Barry block is over 7,740 hectares in size and borders the eastern perimeter of Osisko's holdings and the southern perimeter of Bonterra's holdings and is less than 4km south of the Gladiator deposit. The East Barry claims host a gold trend which covers approximately 10km in length and is subparallel to the main Barry Fault held by Osisko Mining. In 2018, a till sampling program was conducted by Durango and one of the till samples returned forty-two (42) pristine gold grains with reported gold values of 2.184 g/t Au. A high count of pristine gold grains indicates that the gold has travelled a very short distance from its source. The East Barry block underwent an Induced Polarization (" IP ") survey in 2018 which identified a high priority target coincident with the high count of pristine gold grains.

GO) (Frankfurt-86A1) (OTC:ATOXF), (the “Company” or “Durango”) is pleased to report that further to its news release dated October 8, 2020, the Company has started an exploration program on the East Barry Property which is located 2km east of the Trove Property at Windfall Lake, Québec. The East Barry Property was recently expanded in size and is now 7,740 hectares, bordering Osisko Mining Inc. (TSX:OSK) on the west and Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSXV:BTR) on the north. Durango’s exploration crew was tasked with exploring the East Barry along the 10km long gold in till trend for geological reconnaissance. The crew has also been asked to proceed with a north south Spontaneous Polarity (“SP”) geophysical survey across an area of high interest.
Due to the rehabilitation of old access roads, the exploration team is able to complete geological reconnaissance in areas previously unaccessible on the East Barry Property. New outcrops have been discovered on high ground providing key geological information for the area. During this exploration campaign on the East Barry Property, a mineralized quartz feldspar porphyry (“QFP”) dike associated with quartz veins was discovered (see Figure 1).

DURANGO BEGINS DRILLING ON TROVE PROPERTY AT WINDFALL LAKE, QC
Durango Resources Inc., further to its news release dated Sept. 17, 2020, has started drilling on the Trove property at Windfall Lake, Que. Due to the limited outcrops in the area, Durango has relied to date on surface geochemistry and induced polarization for planning its 2020 drill program. New mechanical stripping on the northeast extremity of the Trove property has strongly contributed to confirm and more accurately define carbonate-altered pyrite mineralized zones. Durango has designed the 2020 drill program to test the lithological contacts between the units associated structures and shear zones. The initial drill holes on the Trove property are planned to confirm a mineralized trend between two drill intersections ( OSK-UB-18-083 intersected 1.03 grams per tonne gold and 5.13 g/t Au, OSK-UB-18-085 intersected 1.85 g/t Au) and to test near surface geophysical targets based on chargeability highs of the IP anomalies conducted in 2019 and coincident with gold in till.

(TSXVGO) (Frankfurt-86A1) (OTC:ATOXF), (the " Company " or " Durango ") is pleased to report that further to its news release dated September 11, 2020, the exploration team has discovered a northeast shear zone with a set of stacked quartz veins at surface within a brecciated zone on the Trove Property at Windfall Lake, Quebec .
Durango now has multiple prospective areas, in addition to the previous drill targets defined by Induced Polarization (IP), soil sampling and airborne magnetic surveys. The Trove Property is located along the structural trend hosting Osisko Mining Inc.'s (TSX-OSK) Windfall Lake Deposit and the new surface data helps to better define the location of the structure on the Trove Property. Approximetly two hundred metres (200m) of newly stripped outcrops perpedicular to the structure are slated for sampling and assay.
The newly discovered shear zone is two metres (2m) wide and running subparallel to the regional fault. Figure 1 below shows the brecciated metasediment and the associated quartz veins. The structural measurements will help to precisely orient the upcoming drill holes. The shear zone is 75 metres away from one of Durango's high priority drill pads on the Trove Property.
The Company is in the final stages of targeting prior to commencing drilling on September 25, 2020.

The Company hired Orquest Drilling Inc. (" Orquest ") to undergo its fall drill program at Windfall Lake. The program is planned for a minimum of 2,220 metres and up to 5,000 metres with 27 permitted holes. Orquest will be using a clean-tech modular drilling system by DrillCo, which is the most environmentally friendly drill on the market. The DrillCo platform offers: 30% savings in fuel and electrical power; 75% reduction in the number of hoses and connections to reduce possibilities of leakage and spills; reduced hydraulic hoses to landfill; an air cooled system for reduced water consumption; and no discarded filters due to magnetic filtration systems.

Further to its news release dated Aug. 27, 2020, Durango Resources Inc.'s exploration team has discovered a two-metre-wide shear zone at surface on its Trove property while preparing the drill site for its exploration program at Windfall Lake, Que.
Mechanical stripping commenced on the northeast extremity of the Trove property to level and widen the access for the drill, exposing a two m wide shear zone near Durango's high-priority drill targets. The shear zone appears to correlate with the geophysical anomalies and favourable induced polarization signatures discovered in Durango's previous exploration campaigns.
The trenching commenced as announced on Aug. 27, 2020, and uncovered quartz veins at surface of over one m in width. In addition to the quartz veining, visible rusty-coloured till is evident, which warrants the collection and analysis of additional till samples in the area.
