Anscheinend wurden wir alle mal wieder überrascht. Home Depot CA und Wal Mart CA ist nur die Ruhe vor dem Sturm.

Für mich ist eines 1000% sicher: Home Depot US und Wal Mart US wird nur eine Frage der Zeit sein, bis diese News über den Ticker laufen.

Geduld und harte Eier werden sich bei WNBD auszahlen.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen heute in D nicht zu verkaufen (auch nicht wenn 20% über Pari). Es werden sich heute noch viele in den USA eindecken. Nachricht kamm ziemlich spät, viele haben die Nachricht nicht mitbekommen.

Kurse von 0,035$ sind heute nicht utopisch.

Plus von gestern sollte aus charttechnischen Gründen dringends heute mit weiterem Plus bestätigt werden.

Könnte sein, daß wir die das letzte hoch bei 0,048$ knacken werden.

was dich von mir unterscheidet ist, dass du zu 0,03- 0,04 hier raus willst, ich bin hier long, da ich an den viel, viel höheren Kurs glaube, meine viele Mio. In Stockhouse schätzen Sie den Schub durch die News bis auf 0,05-0,07 Us$...mal schaun, das wird aber erst der Anfang sein, wenn das so weiter geht und erste Zahlen kommen, gehts UP!

Ich glaube es ist einfach ne Phase wo sie massiv mit Aktien um sich werfen. Expansions-Finanzierung. Insofern ein bisschen ein Glücksspiel, wohin der Kurs kurzfristig treibt...viele Nachfrage, aber auch viel Angebot. Denke aber, man sollte schon würdigen, dass sie vielleicht tatsächlich bald bei WMT im Regal stehen. V.a. im Zusammenhang mit KIND, CLEAN1...

Du hast das doch sicherlich auch mitbekommen, dass viele CEOs behaupten, dass über Berlin massives Shortselling betrieben wird und man deshalb die Notierung in D sofort streichen würde.
Ist dir da ansatzweise eine plausible Möglichkeit bekannt, wo es einen Zusammenhang zwischen einer Notierung in D und Shorten geben sollte?
Welcher Broker erlaubt das Shorten von OTC-Werten an der Heimatbörse?

ja, ich habe es mitbekommen. Lies mal die Press Releases zu UHCR. Außerdem soll die SEC SHO Rule verschärft werden. Man muss ja unterscheiden zwischen Short Selling und Naked Short selling. Shorten ist ja ok, wenn das auch gecovered werden muss und die Aktien loaklisiert werden.

Es könnte weiter fallen, seitwärts laufen und ansteigen
wahrscheinlich wirds eine Kombination aus allen drei Möglichkeiten in kürzester Zeit, OTC halt
eine Gegenbewegung nach dem Kursrutsch in den letzten drei Tagen ist in jedem Fall heute/morgen/übermorgen drin, der Rest wird sich zeigen.

und möglichst günstig ist nur möglich, wenn nach z.B. der Kanada Walmart PR der Kurs schnellstmöglich wieder in die Regionen befördert wird, wo er vor der PR stand....

....das fördert die Verkaufspanik bei denen, die nicht wirklich viel über WNBD wissen... so dass die dann schnell wieder schmeissen, bevor es möglicherweise noch tiefer geht.....

wer hier so billig verkauft ist selber schuld - wenn nur die hälfte eintrifft was so gemunkelt wird, werden wir hier kurse sehen die sich jetzt noch keiner vorstellen kann - das sind die ersten schritte in den amerikanischen markt - wenn ich mich richtig erinnere wurde doch nach irland auch schon mal eine ladung geschickt - also der eintritt in den europäischen markt ist schon passiert - und der april kommt auch immer näher - na das wird hoffentlich ein schöner frühling, ich glaube viele wollen nicht glauben was hier vor sich geht - bin auch eher ein skeptiker aber ich hoffe diesmal wird mein durchhaltevermögen odrendlich belohnt!!!

die geringen umsätze sind ganz leicht zu erklären: keiner verkauft zu diesen preis was die käufer haben wollen - ganz einfach - sollte in usa der kurs weiter steigen werd auch hier wieder gekauft - aber wies ausschaut freiwillig verkauft keiner da kann zuviel passieren und man(n) versäumt ganz schnell einige gute %e

Produkte haben viele, aber wie läuft der Absatz?
Wenn die Produkte ok sind und wie hier in diesen Absatzkanälen mit tausenden Läden abgesetzt werden, dann ist das die Lizenz zum Geld drucken.
Wir sind ja noch nicht einmal in USA durch - was dann noch kommt???

Vielleicht wird das dann der beste Pinky unserer Zeit, mal sehen wer dabei ist und bleibt. Da war doch noch was mit harten Eiern.

Jetzt läuft der Verkauf schon an und das ist gut für unsere Kasse !

Also ich bin dafür, denn je näher wir vor dem Announcement des National Retailers an die 0,04 $ heranrücken, desto einfacher wird die Hürde .0495 $ zu überwinden sein; hängt natürlich von der Bedeutung dieser NEWS ab...

Memo Re: Status of Listings for Winning Brands

This memo is intended to clarify the status of account listings for Winning Brands products. I am providing this update as a courtesy to shareholders because it is common knowledge that since 2007 Winning Brands has been targeting the month of April 2008 to secure a significant retail banner in the United States either for a national listing or the commencement of a formal regional test..

This is to confirm that the company has been in discussion with a number of U.S. retailers regarding the listing of Winning colours® Stain Remover, KIND™ Laundry Products and CLEAN1™ Outdoor Cleaner. It is enormously difficult to balance the desire by shareholders to know things on a current basis with the desire (and expectation) by discussion partners that business arrangements are confidential. As a general principle, Winning Brands has been very forthcoming about its various initiatives but has encountered feedback from discussion partners that people identifying themselves as shareholders are contacting such parties directly and making enquiries about the status of these discussions. The effect of such calls, visits and other forms of contact is to create concern by the prospects that the business relationship will be complicated by non-trade issues.

The plain and simple fact of the matter as at April 3, 2008 is that although the company has not yet received permission by its discussion partners to announce the commencement of a business relationship, there are listing negotiations underway. Such negotiations involve more than merely a decision of whether to put the product(s) “on the shelf”, but also a variety of detailed vendor agreement particulars including:

Will the account be supplied directly or through a distributor
Whose personnel will be used for detailing and in-store training
Which promotional allowances will be applicable
Is there any form of exclusivity associated with the status of first/lead retailer
Is the company in a position/willing to change its sizes or package configuration to suit a particular retailer’s preferences
What insurance arrangements are adequate
What is the outcome of alternative views within a firm’s selection committee about the best way to begin
Is the company willing to supply on a private label basis
Many other operational details

As CEO of Winning Brands, my responsibility is to the long term growth in the value of the company for its shareholders, not personal heroic posturing. If short term share price management were the objective, then perhaps the strategic thing to do would be to proceed with an announcement immediately so as to “prove the point” that Winning Brands is progressing in an impressive manner. That would be short term gain and long term pain because it would be a tactical error in our business relationships with such discussion partners. It would indicate that the company cares more about its PR than its substance. It is important that there is genuine accord on the operational details that define a long term mutually profitable relationship with substantial retailing partners so that it is in the interests of both parties to work together well into the future.

We have seen the most recent evidence of the merits of this “calm and sensible” approach to negotiations and announcements in the fact that Winning Colours® Stain Remover is now available at Wal-Mart in Canada – a business unit of the world’s largest retailer. This by itself was a breakthrough development. The fact that the company has earned this business relationship, as the most recent addition to an already respected retail team in Canada including Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware and True Value shows that there is sufficient comfort amongst parties of this calibre when they get to know us.

I therefore respectfully advise shareholders that it is in our interest that Winning Brands not behave as if it is desperate for PR’s but rather that it has the self assurance as a negotiator to go about its business, advancing step by step in the development of a solid company that is a source of pride for all those associated with it. For this reason, it is a mistake to view a specific calendar date for such announcements as absolute. It is in the interests of shareholders that Winning Brands achieve equitable arrangements, because it will be living with those arrangements as a party that honours its contracts.

ja, ich glaube lehner (aus meiner bisherigen "kenntnis" seiner person), dass er die tragweite seiner aussage unterschätzt hat. er hätte es aber eigentlich besser wissen müssen. ein "geschmäckle" bleibt halt. du weißt, was ich meine.
