Wie immer - viel heisse Luft um nichts...
BH did not attend.
Someone typed in that BH was having a hard time entering the Webinar... that he kept getting an error message.
Basically
it was a recap of all the other Webinars.The vote for BOD, Koch & dead deal, the TA, his transparency, NSS.... etc. etc. etc.
SK also talked about:
UC is free in Canada as he has broken no Canadian law, but says he heard when extradition is complete, he heard UC will turn himself in. Still waiting for Both UC & JE to be extradited.
Turino already extradited & on Us soil.
Originally expressed that he expected to be back trading by 2013. Things moving slower than he expected with recovery of land and also due to the Wells Fargo case being delayed, he is not as optimistic that this could happen.
Says his gut feeling is that the Hodges case will come to a head soon, one way or the other.
Talked about the new website and bylaws.
States he will not be reading the boards, does not want to deal with the different controversies from the past.
When pressed regarding a business plan,
he replied he wanted to keep it simple. When asked for examples of what he called simple, he gave these examples:
Apartment complex... to collect rents
Strip Mall....... same reason I believe
Or buying an existing business, such as an Exterminating/pest & termite control where you take control of the company, equipment & employees & I guess existing customers.

Was ich mir wünschen würde:
- Eine realistische Darstellung des Sachstandes für uns CMKM-Shareholder
- Von jemandem, der wirklich einen guten Einblick in die Materie hat, nicht nur irgendwelche diffusen Vorstellungen oder nebulöse Hoffnungen
- Was sind die momentanen Fakten bzgl unserer Company?
- Was können wir diesbezüglich realistisch erwarten und was sind weitergehende Hoffnungen?
- Was hat es mit den naked shares auf sich und worauf begründen sich daraus irgendwelche Hoffnungen für uns?
- Warum ist bisher noch nichts von den vielen Gerüchten, Vermutungen, Versprechen wahr geworden und weshalb sollte das in Zukunft anders sein?
- Zeitplan für irgendeine/besser jede der oben angesprochenen Fragen?

1.The Wells Fargo lawsuit is still in an important discovery phase, and trial has been delayed until early 2014.
2.Jeffrey Turino has been extradited from Holland and is incarcerated in the U.S. awaiting prosecution.
3.Extradition efforts continue to return John Edwards and Urban Cassavant back into the U. S. to face prosecution.
4.John Edward remains incarcerated in the U.K.

amerikanische $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000,000.00) sind deutsche 43,000 Milliarden oder 43 Billionen.
@oski: 43tausend Milliarden $ verteilt auf sagen wir mal gut 800 Milliarden shares gäbe etwa 50 Doller pro share! So viel zur Wahrscheinlichkeit des Eintretens. (Und natürlich "soon")
