Turning to our final chart, chart number 15. As you saw in our other press release this morning, as the newest example of our ingredient strategy, we are broadening our global sweetener platform with the addition of a high intensity, low calorie, and naturally occurring sweetener derived from the stevia plant. This ingredient which will be marketed under the brand name Enliten, results from a long term agreement we have entered into with Morita Kagaku Kogyo of Japan for an exclusive license of their patented stevia strain, their manufacturing technology and stevia production, along with the global marketing and distribution rights. We think Enliten fits consumers' desires for new low calorie sweetener that tastes good.

Beyond our access to Morita's Japanese production, we have committed about $20 million to construct a dedicated stevia plant in Brazil to meet expected growth in customer demand. We will market Enliten in select Latin American, Asian countries where we already... where it's already approved and plan to file regulatory clearance in the U.S. This initiative fits well with our value-added ingredient strategy and expansion of our sweeteners platform.

Last year, for example, we acquired a family of sugar-free, reduced calorie Polyols sweeteners in U.S. and in Brazil. We have more work to do, but we are excited about the long-term commercialization prospects for Enliten and look forward to keeping you informed of our progress. Same name, it's a different product. We feel this product is a more refined product that Morita has been working on for 30 years. It has less bitter aftertaste than the other stevias in the marketplace. We have contracted growing for it in South America, already have hectors planted. As we said, we have commissioned the plant to be built in Brazil, but it's the same name, slightly different product.

So in... and I apologize if this is afashionative [ph], but is there any limitation to you working on stevia in the North America? I mean does Cargill have a proprietary right to it or --

Absolutely none, no.

Okay. And then finally, I was wondering if you could update us or if there is any update regarding this lawsuit against Mexico and potential damages if you could just update us on that.

It's... the damages claimed are $288 million, Heather. We continue to go through the judgment phase as we have disclosed in the K. We won the liability side of it, and the judgment phase will be heard later on in the year.

Just on the new sweetener plant, did you happen to give volumes for that in terms of what you are expecting this to turn out?

Samuel C. Scott, III - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

No, we didn't, Christine. We specifically did not give it because it's in the early phases. We are putting a reasonably...- not a small, but a decent-sized plant to Brazil to introduce product into that market. We currently have products available through Morita that we are sampling and working with customers on development work throughout the world. But right now, the product is still going. It is not approved in the U.S. We will file for FDA approval as we move forward. We can sell it in other parts of the world. So we have product available through the Morita operation in Japan. They are currently selling this exact product in Japan. And we did not comment on the volumes, but it is competing with other high intensity sweeteners, except this one is a little different and that it's considered by many from the naturally made ingredient. And we think that over time as we see and get more resonance in the marketplace, we can look at expanding the plant we've announced today.

And relative to that, is it fair to assume that the margins on that product will be well above kind of your traditional high fructose given kind of where margins for other high intensity sweeteners are or --

We don't have the pricing yet in the marketplace for that product, Christine. However, as we have said in our ingredient strategy, our aim is to obviously surpass the numbers that we've seen in our commodity-based businesses. But we're introducing the product, the sampling is going well, the customers are very interested. But we have yet to price it into the marketplace. But we hope to have pretty good numbers as we go forward with it.

Now, this debate around natural and high fructose has come up this quarter. I am wondering, is this in response to that in any way or is it that you see it as a nice complement to your existing portfolio?

This has no... we've been working on this for a long time, Christine. This is not something that just came out of the box this quarter. We've been working with Morita and have planted... have been taking the seedlings, growing them in Brazil for over a year right now and have quite a few that we are ready to plant. We've leased land for this. So the operation has nothing to do at all with the comments you just made.

And then just on natural gas, we have seen a pretty big increase here lately. You have I believe less exposure obviously than you've had historically. But are you at all exposed to that or do you have some protection that will limit your exposure?

We've always said we hedge our natural gas requirements before the end of the year whenever we have fixed price business, and that is the case this year. But let me correct one thing you said. We are not less exposed to it in the past, because the boiler at Argo is a natural gas boiler. We had natural gas boilers before. So except for the fact that this one is a bit more efficient, we still have natural gas requirements very similar to what we have had in the past.

Xero, wie immer gebe ich die freundlichen Worte auch gern zurück. Ich freu mich schon darauf, endlich mal wieder eine angeregte oder anregende Diskussion zu führen, denn eine solche gab es m.E. seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr im tiefgründigen Sinn. Dass wir alle nur unsere Ansichten teilen steht natürlich außer Frage und ich finde, das ist auch gut so und wir profitieren alle von jedem zu Suwin bezug nehmenden posting, egal ob pro oder con. Lass´ Dir ruhig Zeit und keine Hetze, in Zeiten wie diesen wird eh nix zünden, zumal ich, wer meine posting kennt, eh nicht davon ausgehe, dass hier bald was "explodiert" oder "startet", denn ich erwarte ein kontinulierlich steigendes Geschäft, so wie es bisher auch war.

master, ich bin zu platt jetzt, um in art + umfang auf dein posting so einzugehen, wie es selbiges verdient hätte ... ich schätze deine kommentare sehr, weil sie zu den wenigen gehören, die hier überhaupt noch substanz haben ... entspr. ernsthaft möchte ich mit dir über das ganze diskutieren, weil uns das allen was brächte + weil es notwenidg wäre, auf alle aspekte + möglichkeiten einzugehen, egal, ob man dem ganzen mehr oder aber weniger skeptisch gegenübersteht ... unterm tag komm ich aber auch ned dazu, da bin ich zu sehr mit meiner dax-zockerei beschäftigt in diesen verrückten + hochvolatilen tagen ... deshalb entschuldige bitte, wenn ich nochmals aufs WE verweisen muß, da sollten wir uns dann wirklich mal ernsthaft mit dem ganzen auseinandersetzen, egal, ob pro oder kontra ... ich mein, ich hab ja auch ned die weisheit mitm löffel gefressen, sondern geb nur meine ansichten + beobachtungen wieder, die ich auch als solche kennzeichne ... bis dahin wird eh nix relevantes passieren mitm kurs, der läuft uns garantiert nicht davon ... ich wünsch dir was, bis zum WE ...

ach so... ok!!

Aber ich meine, schaut mal, wer kennt denn unsere Aktie wirklich? Das dürften hier in D mehr als in den USA sein. Bei Yahoo fragt seit ner Woche eine/r, ob es denn noch andere Aktien gibt, die im Segment von OnlySweet agieren. Das sagt mir doch alles.

Und der Deal (den ich jetzt mal ernst nehme) "schreibt ja vor", dass wir in 3 Jahren 5 Millionen Einnahmen machen müssen, sonst kommen die shares zurück. (wir nehmen mal an, dass das so sein würde). Das bedeutet, dass wir unseren Umsatz eigentlich mittlerweile bei 37 Mio sehen MÜSSTEN. Wenn das so wäre, dann könnte man ja sagen, dass Sunwin es mit steigendem Absatz in Zukunft schaffen müsste, steigende Skalenerträge einzufahren. Und steigende Absätze sollten wir zumindest auf Bulk-Basis sehen bei weiteren Zulassungen. Wieviele zuverlässige Zulieferer gibt es denn, die alle Klassen von Stevia herstellen können und das Zeug an Abnehmer verkaufen? Da ist soweit ich weiss Sunwin noch immer mit der größte.

Und mal angenommen wir würden verwässern bis ultimo - worin läge dabei der Sinn für Zhang?

master, war grad noch am tippen ... ich vergleich doch nicht die 2 stocks miteinander, sondern die paranoiden exzesse, die hier zunehmend einhalt halten wie beschrieben ... mit schneeballsystem etc. ... genau die gleichen nummern liefen auch bei glif ab, deswegen meinte ich, da niveau wird hier immer glif-iger ... sorry, wenn da was mißverständlich war ... und zu deiner zhang-schützt-uns-vor-übernahme-theorie werd ich am WE mal was schreiben ...

... mit 'glif'iger + 'denen' meinte ich die glif-leute ... kurs wurde v. der firma + den leuten im thread hochgepumpt ... als n offering prospectus aufgelegt wurde, schwante mir, wie's ausgehen würde ... das hab ich u.a. kundgetan + vorgerechnet ... und das hat halt einigen nicht gefallen ...

... aber wir wissen ja selber zur genüge, wie das is mit 'investoren', aufgelegtem verkaufsprospekten etc. ... bei gnph würden sich wohl auch n paar wohler fühlen, wenn sie die hinweise ernster genommen hätten, die ich zum R/S + der auflage des offering prospectus gab ... noch wer drin v. euch hier ? ... braucht euch nicht verrückt machen, da schmeissen z.z. noch nicht die verkäufer ausm prospectus, sondern nur die nervösen, die nicht dabei sein wollen, wenn's mal losgeht + die die märkte nervös machen ... das teil hängt nachm R/S einfach saublöd in der luft jetzt ... aber das is halt das prob ... da reichen beim schwierigen umfeld n paar k, um das teil wieder in die wüste zu schicken jetzt ...

... und: lustige spielchen bei den amis, die preisen schon mal die zinssenkung morgen ein ... wird aus meiner sicht ne retourkutsche, prallen gerade v. unten an den gebrochenen kurzfristigen aufwärtstrend, n klass. pullback, der morgen wieder abverkauft werden dürfte im zuge v. 'sell on good news' ... mal sehen ...

OK, habs gefunden. Du sprichst offenbar von Grant Life Sciences, einer Firma, die einen Test für Gebärmutterhalskrebs entwickelt (hat). Nur verstehe ich nicht recht, warum Du die mit Sunwin vergleichst. Wenn ich mir so die Financials ansehe steht dort bei GLIF da, wo bei Sunwin seit mehreren Jahren nun schon steigende Umsätze stehen nur ein "--" . Gleiches gilt bei der Analyse der Stellen, wo man den Test bekommen kann. Bei Suwn kann man reellen Verkauf vorweisen, und das auch noch im Bulk-Bereich. Zu guter letzt, ich hab auch in eine Biotech investiert und bin damit bis heute sehr zufrieden, auch wenn sich der Kurs nicht so doll gemacht hat. Aber die Firma entwickelt sich. Gutes Partnering, Lizensierungen etc. Wenn ich mit GLIF ansehe hätte ich Dir vor zwei Jahren auch sagen können, dass die pleite gehen. So wie Stemcells, November oder Lion Bioscience. Meine Firma aber existiert noch und geht in eine spannende Phase mit einer prallen Pipeline in Krebsarten, die wirklich Gewinne versprechen. Gebärmutterhalskrebs würde ich nicht als einen Krebs ansehen, der NSCLC das Wasser reichen kann. Der ist soweit ich weiss oft sogar durch ein paar Tabletten heilbar, ohne OP. Schon allein die Tatsache schmälert den Ausblick von so nem Test erheblich.

Sunwin steht doch m.E. da in keiner Beziehung! Wir haben (wenn man mal den Geschmack und das Raffinierungsverfahren außen vor lässt) das gleiche Produkt, dass mehrere (ich beziehe mich jetzt mal auf die großen 2) andere Companies auch anbieten und das Coke und Pepsi sich sogar schon unter den Nagel gerissen hat. Das kann man doch von GLIF nicht behaupten!

Und auch vom Chart her lassen sich nicht allzu viele Gemeinsamkeiten ausmachen, denke ich:



Ich will ja nichts schönreden, aber für mich steht SUWN genau im Gegensatz zu GLIF. Die hatten fallende Kurse nach Push bei Null Umsatz/Gewinn/Assetzunahme und wir haben fallende Kurse nach Push bei steigenden Umsätzen/(Gewinnen)/Assetzunahme. Und das Ding mit Zhang ist doch wohl langsam vom Tisch. Sei froh, sonst hießen wir jetzt Nestevia.
